Yeah I got bad service here
My filling broke in half after a year and the root canal they did started to get mushy from inside out. The other thing is I was told what they charge is “standard” fee when I wanted to get wisdom teeth removal I went and checked elsewhere and the fee was considerably lower, I got my wisdom teeth removed at a reasonable price at that other place and didn’t have a single problem.

***For the filling and root canal issue, I got specific exam of done elsewhere when I told them I want them redone at a discount because of the issues the receptionist told me that they do their own specific exam and won’t accept any existing ones no matter how recent they were! So they said they would would charge the full fee for that. When I asked her to talk to the particular dentist about she would not. After much persistance, she agreed to ask for the dentist’s decision.

*** As for the specific exam, I checked with a whole different clinic (other than the wisdom tooth one just to double check) and they were happy to take the recent specific exam (the exam was done a week prior). So icon tried to justify their fees by saying “oh it’s standard fee” and said it’s more or less the same everywhere; that was a lie. They also justified their fee for specific exam saying “oh we have our own system for exams” and did not even take a look at the specific exam I had done a week before. Randomly checked another clinic, they took the week old exam off my hands no problem no extra fees. Let alone the problem with the low quality of dental work mentioned.

They only consider maximizing profit for service that I have to pay elsewhere for repairs. Do not recommend.

Well. Every one in this clinic is so freindly and welcoming. We are dealing with Al-Qadiri dentist and she is so professional and she looks for details to make sure kid's treatment is perfect. Still I see one lady there on 5he front desk has an issue with my 3 kids coming with me. They stay with me as they have no where to stay or go during treatment time in the office. I don't know this small thing makes a gap between us and coming to the clinic. Otherwise everything there is professional and efficient.

This is a lovely place to go and get dental work done. I had my teeth cleaned by Sue (I believe her name is). She had an awesome attitude, making the environment friendly and comfortable as well as the receptionist:)

Dr. Sung Hong and team provided a fantastic cavity appointment, taking account for my braces plan and scheduled family dentist appointment back home by providing a diagnosis in my best interest. He even fixed my broken wire for me… Insurance was filed by them and explained thoroughly. Everyone was very friendly and competent, would highly recommend

By far my favourite dentist. The staff are all very kind and friendly. Dr. Rola is also very kind, patient and gentle. She explains everything she is planning to do before she does and takes the time to show you pictures and diagrams until and you are comfortable. I am also very pleased with her attention to detail. I have always been weary about going to a dentist until I visited Icon Dental Clinic.

Everyone at Icon Dental is very caring and kind, I would not hesitate to come back in the future. Dr. Rula did a great job with everything I needed and is an amazing dentist. The 2 hygienists I had cleanings with are also awesome. The office is clean and the overall process was clearly communicated to me, including multiple reminders of my appointment beforehand.
I would recommend inquiring about their laser technology as well. I had a great experience with it and it would be great to see it become more common and affordable.

I'm very glad I chose ICON dental for cleaning and whitening - the densits and hygenists were all very kind and frequently asked me if I had any questions/concerns during and after each session. They were understanding of my teeth sensitivity and worked to accommodate it, creating a hassle-free experience. Thanks to the diligence of the staff, I didn't need to make any temporary inconvenient changes to my daily routine, and was able to resume my normal everyday routines/eating/exercising after the operation. I've interacted with two of their front desk staff and they were both very kind and precise in their scheduling / fee arrangements / etc. All in all, when you walk out the doors, you'll leave knowing that the folks here really do care about the work they're doing and the patients they help. I would definitely come here again.

Had my first appointment this week, the staff is friendly, professional and very clean. I feel I am in great hands, best dentist I've seen yet.

Doctor Kader was excellent. Icon dental has a new beautiful high tech office. I was impressed with my care.
