Investigated the unit several times without the presence of the residents.
Make people pay the bill for repair, yet no damage was found in the area they are talking about.
No negotiation regarding all these actions above. It is like an order every time. If they want to enter your unit, you have to say yes even you are not at home. If they need you to pay for something, go ahead and send the cheque.
Think twice before deciding to live in condos under such kind of management. Unless you want to live with privacy being violated and depressed because of issue that are not caused by you.

I have been requesting a repair service for nearly two years now, and there has been no progress whatsoever. I consistently have to remind the management about the repair service's status, yet they never provide a clear answer, dragging this issue on for over a year.

Furthermore, during a recent visit to the management office, I had an unfortunate experience. After providing my legal name, the assistant manager made racially and gender-sensitive comments. It's disheartening that assumptions about my background were made based on my name and race. This left me feeling very uncomfortable and offended.

Overall, my experience with the management has lacked professionalism and reliability.

The ICON management team at my building is exceptional. The manager and administrator are extremely attentive, quick to respond, and the community communications are great. I am absolutely delighted to live in a building where the management cares so much about the people living there.

I have experienced many property management companies throughout the years of living in different buildings in Toronto, and I can easily say that ICON is the friendliest, most responsive, and helpful group.

I can always rely on them assisting me and I have had great experiences with their managers walking me through any items that were my responsibility, even when they didn’t have too.

They just took over my unit on 397 front st 2 weeks ago. Since then, we’ve no security, no property management who are responsive, 1 running elevator 99% of the time tor 41 floors and major safety issues. Closed all amenities and refuse to speak with the residents and owners. Disgrace and should be investigated ASAP.happy to take any questions and provide supporting evidence of the activity of ICON.

I have known the Panorama building property manager and team/ Icon Property Management since May 2010! They have always been very helpful.
Recently I had an urgent problem with the window arm and handle in my unit in the Panorama building. The property manager, Artur Musa, knowing that the winter season is coming, took action right away. He sent the superintendent for inspection to my unit, on the same day, and the next day my window was fixed and working properly. Thank you very much for fixing my window arm so quickly and efficiently and for all of your hard work during the last 12 years of being our property manager.

My partner and I just moved into a loft managed by Icon and had a seamless experience dealing with Dwayne - the property manager. Even though Dwayne JUST started managing the property a few days before we were planning on moving in, he was still extremely organized and made sure we were set up with the moving elevator prior to move-in. His response time through e-mail was incredible as well. Super happy!

Our PM is pleasant and generally responsive but I do find it frustrating that issues are not dealt with more sense of urgency. IE - had proof a vendor had not completed work (twice) and escalated the issue. When I finally got an update, I was told that the vendor said they completed the work and the issue must be on my end. I got in contact with the vendor myself and they immediately sent out someone to check and confirmed that their worker had missed my unit (as well as others). As a condo owner paying maintenance fees, I was disappointed that I had to contact the vendor myself to get a resolution. Moving forward I am hopeful there will be more thorough follow up and investigation for similar issues.

I recently worked with Sokol and Nadir and was extremely impressed with their level of professionalism and dedication to their clients. They went above and beyond to help me. I was particularly impressed with the level of communication and responsiveness from Sokol and Nadir. They were always available to answer my questions and concerns and went out of their way to make sure I was well taken care of.

I've lived at the Milan Condos for the past 8 years. Our Property Manager, Alfaz, is the best we've had. Alfaz is a true professional, always communicates effectively, and in a positive manner. He is very diligent, courteous and respectful. We are truly blessed to have him manage our Building. Would give him a 10 star rating if I could. Thank you Alfaz!

Having Worked with both Nadir and Sokol for the past few years has made working at 550 Queens Quay west a very positive experience.
Regardless of the situation at hand.both Nadir and Sokol handle all situations with a very calming demeanor thus helping to ease others while working on resolutions for both staff members and residents alike.

Just wanted to say “Thank you” for the great job you are doing at 1040 The Queensway. Since you have been the property manager, there have been a significant number of improvements to life at the 1040 Queensway. Most importantly, for my wife and I, is the solution you provided for our plumbing issue. From the day we took ownership of our condo two years ago, our kitchen sink gurgled loudly during the day and even louder during dinner hour. The gurgling made it difficult to have friends over for dinner. When Icon took over, you listened to our concerns and tried many solutions, eventually having the entire building’s pipes flushed from top to bottom. Now our condo is quiet and everything we hoped for when we made our purchase. Thank you, Mike!

Since Icon Property Management has taken over at 101 Peter Street, Property Management Security and the Board of directors have been able to work as a cohesive group for the betterment of the building. Much of this is due to the work of Property Manager Andon Decka, who has implemented changes in regular servicing of building systems that have helped eliminate costly repairs and damages.

We have recently moved, but we will miss all the staff and property management at the Harbourfront location in downtown Toronto. The Icon Property staff are not only professional, but friendly and approachable. They have worked to create such a small community feel, so you feel like you are at home once you enter the building. Even our friends compliment the staff every time they come over.
Having spent the last 7 years of my life there, I honestly have nothing negative to speak about the property management team. They respond to any requests or inquires as they arise and do their best to keep everyone happy. Very informative with elevator postings in regards to any downtown event restrictions/ road closures, renovations taking place for potential noise disruptions, etc.
Having watched some of the staff there work their way up over the years is another great thing to see, they definitely try to promote within.
Thank you to everyone at Harbourfront for making our time there so great!

As a condo owner, in 38 Dan Leckie Way I couldn’t be happier with our property management team. They’re responsive, available and committed to running the building to the highest standards. Having spoken with many other condo owners all over the GTA, I’m aware that Icon is one of the very best. My building is kept clean, repairs are handled promptly and our Property Manager takes care of the building as if it were his own. Downtown Toronto buildings can be especially challenging and I always feel safe. Keep up the good work guys.

Jesus, the new property manager is absolutely useless and frustrating to work with. He cannot answer simple questions, nor has he provided us with updates in a timely manner. Everything is an uphill battle.

For shame, perhaps you should train your staff better.

As a board member at a condominium, I interviewed many management companies. Icon Property Management did standout amongst the others as they are by far the most attentive and personable company out there. Since on boarding Icon Property Management we have had access to the best resources and have been paired with one of the finest property managers, Jenny.

I live in a building where the property management and other amenities have changed far too frequently since the building opened.
At first, when ICON took over the property manager only lasted a few months at a time so the residents never really got to know them.
When Afreez joined, everything changed. He has been the most responsive, organized and empathetic property manager we have had.
He has and continues to provide quick responses and reasonable solutions to any issue I had or if I just needed advice,

I have had a great experience with IPM particularly with Afreez. He is so responsive and professional and truly looking out for me. I had issues with some normal wear and tear in the condo and Afreez was able to refer good quality people. I had an emergency once and he was there to respond EVEN over the weekend. I am so pleased and hope he never leaves! We had Michelle prior to Afreez and she was very good as well.

What an amazing property management company! I work on a business level with one of their senior property manager's and she is such a pro! Since the condo hired her and ICON, the building is run completely differently. Happy they are taking over!

I have two properties that the condominium is managed by Icon.
In one of them, the manager is very ignorant and a very unpleasant person;
In another condominium, I worked with Christy, Nadir, and Miguel for years they were always, professional, and responsive!
I’ve had interactions with many property managers over the years and they are by far the best I have had the pleasure of dealing with.
The manager of Charlie Condo is extremely professional, courteous, he responded to every call, and every email.
They are working on a renovation in the condominium and everything is coming out incredibly fast.
The repairs team is very, helpful and agile, always assist me quickly when I have problems in my suite.

I have read the reviews for ICON and I am impressed to see that there is a lot negative feedback.
I think the problem is not with the company, but some employees.

For me / our condo corporation, ICON means:
I - Integrity
C - Conscientiousness
O - Open to suggestions
N - No BS

Icon management has provided us with an excellent PM and area Manager. The service from both representatives has been excellent. We are a building with 142 units and the vast majority appreciate the help, care and interest they receive from our Manager.
Our Board is proactive and works with the ICON and the teamwork approach is positive.
As President, I have recommended ICON to potential clients referred to me.
To be fair, as with any business, it is the quality of the representative you get and the manner with which you treat them that makes the difference.

Serving on the condominium board, I've seen the time and care that Jenny, Wes and their team have put into reviving our building. Their tenacity and dedication has helped us restore the relationship with residents and contractors and rebuild our community.

I have been a director on two condominium Boards for a cumulative period of over 10 years. Icon is property manager at one of these buildings and I appreciate their expertise, professionalism and responsiveness. They understand condos and regulations and not only provide administrative functions, but guidance. Senior management have always been responsive to address any concerns we have with either the fit of the on-site administrator, or to help with difficult issues facing the Board. As a volunteer Board member, it is important to feel that the day to day management is running well and you need to trust that your property manager has the condo's best interests and has the experience and knowledge. Icon helped us through Tarion and a lawsuit with the Developer during our first few years of registration.

I am a realtor and also resident of one of Icon's buildings located in City Place. I have lived in this property since take over (almost 14 years). Icon PM has managed this building for 12 years. Great management and customer service. In fact I am happy to recommend my clients to buildings managed by Icon PM. Great staff.

I have lived in TSCC 1855 for about 2 years. I am very satisfied with the property management team there so far. During COVID-19, they worked diligently to make sure common areas are frequently disinfected. Recently one of the units above had water leakages. The property management team responded very quickly, identified the leak and stopped it as quickly as possible to prevent further damage. They send email communications very frequently (a few emails per week) to keep us updated.

ICON hired a new security team who has NO IDEA what they're doing. They didn't even know how to operate the elevators after being on the job for 2 weeks so we had to figure it out ourselves when we were moving. The security team are nice people but they are completely incompetent. Our Property Manager tries to do his best but at this point, I'm not sure if things are actually completely broken or if he's also incompetent. If you're buying or renting a building unit that is managed by ICON, you should stay away.

Completely irresponsible company. They allowed AirBnb parties in the middle of a COVID-19 pandemic in my building that resulted in people from the party burglarizing multiple units.

Did not follow up with the owner, nor did they prevent this when warnings were issued. They avoid responsibility at all costs.

Every conversation I have had with representatives of this property management company has had a level of rudeness and unprofessionalism that I have never had to deal with before.

Somebody broke to our house because the
Parking door was broken that was two weeks ago.
Guess what it is still not working.
They are rude people that dont know how to manage property.

One star is far too generous! If I could give them zero stars I would. Esmeralda and Erjona are the most unprofessional and incapable managers I have ever come across. Not to mention the people who work above them who are just as useless and incompetent. On top of Esmeralda’s and Erjona’s incapability to manage themselves, let alone an entire building, they are rude, condescending and flat out offensive. Unfortunately I’ve been involved with quite a number of incidents with them where they just keep proving they are incapable and in over their heads. Choose another management company unless you like to be ignored, berated and received zero help all while paying $700+ in maintenance fees.
