They always make time to explain any prescriptions to me, checking if I'm familiar with the medication and answering any questions I may have. I exclusively use this pharmacy because the team is so efficient, knowledgable, and kind.

I will be to the point here. BTW, My family goes here for number of years now.
(1) Whole team is very knowledgeable, friendly and professional.
(2) They also deliver when we need.
(3) They call us and remind us well in advance for prescription refill.
(4) When we go there for medicine, they not only ask about my health but they also ask about whole family with names, like "How is the blood pressure of uncle, is it in control now? Etc. That is the biggest difference. At that time we really feel like they are my family member or close friend, not just drug store.

I would highly recommend this pharmacy to anybody.

Easy, quick, and caring! The people at this pharmacy truely care for their customers and are prompt to get medication ready. They also explain how to use medications clearly and look out for you. No need to go anywhere else, this is the spot!

I have been a customer at I. D. A.since they opened. Their staff are all professional, caring, and very friendly. You always receive a warm welcome & smile which is quite a contrast to other drug stores where they barely look at you. If the drug prescribed isn't in stock, I would receive delivery the next day to my home. I highly recommend becoming a customer here and begin to enjoy their excellent & personable service. Where do I begin…. Since this Pharmacy has opened, I’ve have the most amazing service here. DJ and Dushayant are the most caring and personable people I’ve come across in this industry. They’re like family now. They know you by name, they are so excited to see you when you come in. They ask how your family is doing, how your day is going. My rx is always filled and if they don’t have the quantity, by the next morning it’s in and they are calling to let you know it’s there. I would recommend switching your pharmacist if you don’t have a good relationship. Even if you have a great relationship, these guys won’t let you down.

Right from the start IDA - B & C Pharmacy has been an Excellent Pharmacy! The Pharmacist Dushyant and Staff aim to please and are very helpful always going out of their way! Here you can call any time and they answer the phone quickly, they ensure that your monthly prescriptions are filled and ready for pick-up with a friendly phone call to let you know your medications are ready. The customer service is EXCELLENT! Everyone is so friendly and accommodating and really make you feel wanted as a customer and that you do matter - that you are not a prescription $$ but a customer that they truly care about! I would recommend everyone who reads this to please go to this pharmacy, you will be so happy you did! No more stress when having to get my prescription like at Shoppers Drug Mart on Mayfield and HWY 10 - so happy l left Shopper Drug Mart and will never look back!
