They have a large assortment, they have it right there, they are very kind, in general a good supplier and by the way, a good price and compliments, they told me that they delivered on Thursday in Brampton and on Thursday morning they were confirming the delivery, and in case it was Little, I took the wrong measurement and returned 6 floor boxes and without a problem they returned my money, highly recommended (Adam assisted me)

Very nice people! They gave me samples to take home so I can try and compare. I offered to pay deposit by they didn’t even take that.

I own a rental condo. I needed the flooring to be replaced. I had decided on a two-week window for the work to be done between the time my old tenant leaves, and I place the condo for sale or lease. This was done in a very timely fashion. Khaled is very efficient, and he handled the red tape required for condo board approval after I submitted the renovation application to the property manager. Removal of the old flooring and installation of the new one was done in one day, although I had booked the elevator for 2 days. His installer were very efficient.

My partner and I purchased all of our flooring for our home reno from iDepot. We researched many places and went to at least half a dozen. Adam from iDepot gave us the best price we could find on the market. Most of the other companies were surprised at the price we were getting.iDepot offers a wide selection of products and the quality is solid (at least so far, as it's been ~1 month). Our contractor installed the tile, engineered hardwood, and laminate throughout our house and was impressed with the quality and the turnout. We also purchased carpet for our stairs and are very happy with the result.iDepot was recommended to me by a friend, but I still decided to do my due diligence before purchasing. I would highly recommend anyone looking to purchase flooring to shop here - or at least make sure you see what Adam and Khal have to offer before making a decision.

I visited the iDepot flooring located on Kennedy road on Monday, I was shocked to see their huge selection of vinyl, and laminate flooring. I received excellent customer service, providing me advice on the type of flooring I should use and why. I am very indecisive but they they were patient with me. The prices were amazing, I’ve been shopping around and hands down.they were the cheapest! I’ll be telling all my friends!

Came into the GTA on a Sunday trying to find a flooring store with reasonable pricing. I was able to purchase vinyl plank flooring at only $1.55 a square foot! Amazing prices and in colours we loved, plus it was in stock was able to pay cash and carry right away. It is a family run business and they were very friendly and helpful, and quick. We couldn't be happier with the purchase and experience!

Bad experience with Carl. I give him measurements in meters.he insults me by saying to talk to him qhen I'm done doing conversions. Then I ask for better price in tiles marked at $1.99.he says NO diacount because tilwnpricea have increased. O hopped over to home depo.found a better selection of same same tile $1.39.they just lost a $6000 flooring sale.thanks Carl.your bad, and rude attitide just saved me lots of money

Was having a very hard time finding the right and exact toilet installations i need, until i found them at idepot flooring. Best quality, great measures, even provides display picture for exact details.as well as their great customer service that meets all our needs! Totally recommend that place.

It was a one of the best experience ever I had with Idepot flooring and specially with Mr. Khaled. Best price with good quality and trusted work. I visit so many place but his price and specially his work was so amazing. He is trying to help us each and every thing because this is the first time I am changing my laminate floor to vinyl floor. Honestly I m saying that they don’t care about money but they really care about best customer service.

We bought a whole bunch of laminate and engineered wood from idepot flooring. Khaled was extremely courteous with good customer service skills. He was respectful in his communication. Prices are reasonable and the team is reliable in case you need extra support & help. The store has a wide variety of wood, laminate, tiles, carpets, backsplash, etc, to choose from. Khaled went above and beyond to help us get few extra boxes of wood that we fell short of, and needed on urgent basis to complete our work. Kudos to Khaled and his team!

Not good experience with this store, very tricky person we dealt with. We were given reasonable price in store initially for flooring labour and materials (all in). They required $50 deposit to come and measure the actual area at my home. The actual cost end up very high compared with other contractors i contacted. They keep adding cost for some materials which are supposed to be already part of this job as other contractors does. We lost $50 deposit because we didn't get this project from them. We tried getting the deposit back but they won't refund unless you purchase materials in store worth $1,000 plus. This is the only store I know who is asking money before giving you a quote. Easy money for this guy.good luck to your business.

After shopping around and almost going with another flooring company, I decided to check Idepot flooring inc.within an hour of talking with Adam, I had selected the floor, book flooring installation and measurements visit! Abdul is amazing to work with, I am a landlord and I was in a crunch for time to replace old carpet.i went to Home Depot and Lowes but they wanted too much money. I contacted Abdul and he advised me to come into his store. His showroom is huge and lighting is great. I found amazing berber carpet and he was able to install in less than 48 hours. His installer showed up at 8am ready to go. I am amazed at how fast they work and the high quality of their products and workmanship.

Visited place to look for flooring on may 24 2019.owner was there helping other customer but as the other customer was deciding.he ask me what i was looking for and pointed me showed me a couple choices.also showed me what he had on sale.then proceeded to go vsck to other client.no small samples available but he was very accomodating and not pressuring to choose product before he answered questions.will go come back to and recommend
