I gave my exam on December 16/2023. It is almost a month and half, no response just left me hanging about my result being flagged. No response by phone or over email. Unprofessional and undue stress.

Please don’t chose IDP for exam their customer service is below 0. Been trying to call them for a week and no one picks up the calls.

The realizations of booking the academic module did not go as planned, but thanks to IDP Office in Toronto in just a snap, they've helped me to change into general training without costing me a penny. Great customer service, did not add up to my anxiety before taking the test.

20 STUDENTS ARE EFFECTED DUE TO IDP MISTAKE in Burlington. TOTALY WASTAGE OF MONEY AND TIME EVEN don't pick phone call and STILL WAITING FOR YOUR REPLY ON MAIL. I had exam on 29 April 2023 in Burlington There are a big problem in listening due to this my all the exam are effected. Listening is the easiest module of ielts Not only me my all class face problem in listening because headsets are not working properly. It cause some disturbing noise. When we inform our examiners who were having duty in exam Then they strictly forces all class to give exam with same problem. After sometime they told us to find some solution that time they told us to start reading first. After reading they did not find any solution because headsets are not working properly.
Then they start listening on speakers it is not fear for me not only for me for all candidates who are present in my class.
There are having lots of disturbance with doors going out and somebody sneezing. I did not properly focus in this test due to this my all the modules are affected. This is not fear for me because I spend 349 dollars for this test. It is not our mistake because your headsets are not working properly. My all the modules are affected due to this I loose my concentration.

Today I reached out to Harshdeep for some information about my upcoming IELTS test. I had great experience talking with her. She was very polite though out the call and answered all my questions with great level of patience. Thank you!

On which no to call to reach any of the representatives? All numbers are fake. Nobody answers. Call center is closed due to COVID!
COVID is gone, please come to work and answer calls. Its next to impossible to reach someone. $350 for exams but no customer service

Palak Nayekar and Vidhi Solanki stopped responding after I came to Canada. After getting their commission, they don't care about you.

I go with Alex for my study permit extension and it took only 3 weeks to get my SP extension, Alex is very nice person and does a great job everytime.
He response fastley every time and helps me a lot.

He did not only get me the level of education I wanted, he constantly followed up and counselled me, and made sure I didn’t back out of the program / plan. I know one of the major hold-backs for me was affording the fees as an international student. He liaised with the school to help spread out the fees into four instalments.
In addition, he helped with my study permit extension application. He took me through the whole process FOR FREE! (Of course, I paid the IRCC permit application fee, but no extra cost)
