Terrible customer service, do not bring your phone here. My iPhone 14 Pro backing was cracked so I brought it in to get replaced. Not only is the backing not a certified apple backing it also no longer fits in the case properly and because of that it cracked again within a month. The owner wouldn’t do anything or refund me even though I brought this to his attention the day after I got it fixed. Once cracked I brought it in and he still wouldn’t do anything. The color is not even silver like the original apple it is white out white and looks awful. I am so disappointed. Now that I have the newest iPhone is completely worthless because apple won’t trade it in because of the fake backing. I will not be coming or recommending anyone to IFix. This is so ridiculous, take ownership for your products and how counterfeit they are

I've been going to this shop since they opened. I'm terribly accident prone and have had SEVERAL phones repaired over the years. I made the mistake once or twice going to other mobile repair shops that were closer to where I lived out of convenience and regretted both those times, in both of the cases lack of knowledge resulted in substandard repairs and in one of the incidences resulted in my phone being left in an unrepairable state. Never again. I will continue to go to iFix, the guys here are extremely honest, very knowledgeable and you can't beat their prices. Seriously hands down the best mobile repair shop in the GTA by far, I highly recommend using their services. Keep up the great work, you have a loyal customer for life.

Found ifix on Kijiji. They opened the shop after hours due to my phone emergency. Saved me a lot of hassle and saved me from personally losing business. Excellent service & very respectful. Also wouldn’t let me give him a tip! Solid guys. Thank you so much. Will recommend.

Not sure why it has good reviews, if they mess up a job they will blame you and get hostile if you think the blame is on them, beyond terrible customer service at a terrible place, please read and know the bad reviews are correct. If you notice they just go after the people with bad reviews with 4 paragraphs saying how they're wrong.

Brought my Galaxy S6 to get the battery repaired. The guy who replaced it was fast, efficient and cheap. Based on my experience definitely would recommend.

Brought my iPhone 12 Pro Max with back glass broken to be fixed, after I came back he said in the process of fixing the back glass the front screen however had lines on it and ended up changing it with a low standard resolution screen, after going home with the phone, I realized my phone heats up, battery drains so quickly and the screen wasn’t even glued well to the phone, I called and he wasn’t ready to listen, all he says is I don’t have time for this just bring it to the shop, I know it’s going to be a back and forth when I take it there so I won’t even stress about it, I’ve ended up getting a new phone but I wouldn’t come near this shop again, I should have used my phone with back glass broken like that.

Took my 12 pro max with broken back to this shop for them to replace, they ended up breaking the original screen and replacing it with a cheap low resolution screen which heats up and drain my battery, I still don’t understand how changing my back glass resulted in breaking and replacing my original screen.

Went here to replace my Microsoft Surface Pro screen a while ago. I got it back reasonably quickly but it was immediately obvious the screen texture was different from the original. After reading on it for about an hour I placed it on the table and it cracked. No way the replacement screen was OEM. I tried contacting the store but they were unresponsive. In the end I ended up buying another MSP for only $50 more than I spent replacing the screen. Wish I did that from the get-go. Would not recommend these guys.

Amazing services! Fixed my laptop with like an hour after I was told it would no longer work from apple. Staff treats customers amazing, always willing to help!

Hello, I thought my Mac note book’s battery failed. After contacting an authorized Apple repair centre, “Servall Canada” they had a look at it and summarized an $500 repair and 7-10 days turnaround. I called Jay at IFixexpress and he said bring it right over and I can change the battery for you in 15 minutes at about $100. Turns out he found that my battery was fine, charger needed to be replaced, I offered Jay some money for his time, he refused.
I will definitely be going back to see Jay in the future and you should too for your repair needs.

I had a great experience at Ifix Express. I went 4 years ago and service was fast and amazing I came yesterday to fix my broken Samsung phone screen and it was fixed in less than an hour. I highly recomend this location to all my friends and family.

I originally found out about iFix from a Kijiji add. I had cracked the screen of a Surface 3 pro and needed it replaced. I brought in the device, waited about an hour and they had it fixed! Jay was excellent. He was friendly and professional. I brought 2 iPhone 6s Plus for repair, one for broken screen replacement and the other for charging port replacement. The prices are reasonable when compared to other repair shops. Excellent work and on time. Will definitely return for additional repairs if needed in the future.

I had several problems with my phone ranging from a cracked screen to a defective battery and a busted camera. The staff at iFix were professional, accommodating and their services where priced competitively. They are my go-to for any phone issues.

All I can say is that they provide a great service. I needed my phone to be updated as I could not do this on my own mac. I gave him my phone and he did it free of charge. I would have paid. He was able to save all my files that I was not saving while using my phone. In addition, every time I broke my phone screen it was always fixed quickly at a great price. This place is the only place to go when you have an issue with your phone.

Went in on 4/21/21 for MacBook Pro battery replacement.
After calling in and getting his price (great price!), Jay was able to change the battery in less then 20mins. Very impressed with the speed and quality of his work.
He even went the extra mile and blew the dust out of the fans without me asking, and offered 1yr warranty.
Overall experience 11 out of 10.
I know where I’m going for future battery/phone repairs!

My S10+ screen broke along with the LCD. Everybody around was qutoing me 400+ without even looking the phone. I went to these guys and he took a look and said it would only cost 370. This phone was worth 700 then so of course I'd fix it. Dropped off the phone and he called me a few hours later and it was done. As simple as it gets. Phone works great and everything. Also 1 year warranty is greatly appreciated. Definitely go to them if you need something fixed right

Jay was absolutely awesome, fixed the screen on my phone with issues, threw in a simple screen protector as a bonus and even bought my other old phone that I no longer needed and was laying around collecting dust. Great customer service, kept his word on everything and done it in time he said he would. 5/5.

iPhone “ and they refuse to give it back.

Amazing sales person was so nice to me, I bought a used Mac Air and he was kind enough to include a case and also told me if I brought him my iPad he would unlock it for free. This is a good person.

Have come here various times over the past few months and am so happy with their service. Replaced my daughter’s iPad screens for a great price. Today woke and my iPhone was not working so my wife took it to them. Took them an hour to reset and now it works great!

I shipped my surface pro 4 today to repair the screen. I had many questions before I send it in and they answered every single one of them. The person who responded to me was really nice and reassuring, they told me about their 90 days warranty:) I am full of hope and can't wait to have my surface pro back.

Update:
I would recommend you don't repair your surface here. I have send it in 2 times the screen wasn't place properly and it flickered. I was told it was a problem in my computer but I didn't have this problem beforehand. Overall it was a lost of my time and money. They refunded me a part of the amount I paid but seriously this is a lost of time they are not qualified to repair surface pro like they say they are.

Don’t listen to the low ratings. Jay and staff were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and patient with me. I’m usually very finicky with people fixing my stuff, but he repaired my Nintendo Switch screen exactly how I needed it for a good price. I would highly recommend this place to anyone that needs screen repairs for any device and dog apparel. Definitely coming back soon.

Express means express. I called them at 2pm, dropped by at 3pm, they had my phone and info by 310pm, they told me 1 hour, I came back at 410pm and my phone was ready. AND THEIR QUALITY IS ALSO A1.good quality and customer service by these brothers, highly recommended

Lackluster work.iPhone replacements will result in board swaps rather than doing the actual work. ALL parts will be swapped for aftermarket without authorization. They are basically selling you a knockoff phone with your memory in it. If there ever comes another issue, which will be very common due to the quality of parts they choose to install, expect your phone to be irrepairable using OEM factory parts. AVOID.

Note: Took phone in for screen repair, came out with not just a replaced screen, but I didnt even have an OEM battery anymore, yet alone a screen

Pretty impressed with these guys. My phone fell on a piece of metal and poked a hole in the glass and left a black spot on the display as well as a white stripe up and down from the point of impact. Brought it to them and Had my phone back in 20mins with new glass and Display fitted perfectly. They were all business - no sales pitches, big smiles, empty promises or scare tactics - just took a look at my phone, said yeah we could fix it, took my alternate number and called me when it was done. Very happy

Great place, i got my surface pro 3 fixed here twice and they kept the price relatively low and did the repair in under 45 minutes. Best place to get devices of all sorts fixed.

Recently repaired an iPhone XS Max broken back glass for the ($70+tax) in 40 minutes! Best price and fastest in all of the GTA. Save big money rather than the Apple Store which charges $599! Will be coming back here for future repairs! Highly recommended!

Awesome guy! Was quick and price was excellent! These guys know their stuff, and are genuinely good people (kind and courteous). I would recommend them and definitely consider their recommendations on your device issues. Glad people like this still exist!

This is my third posting.only because these guys continue to give great expert support at a great value.seriously.recently was there with my iPhone and had a faulty camera and light, and went to pick up my phone and they didn’t charge me on account of it being an easy fix.camera and light is as good as new and they could have easily charged me something but didn't. Been going here for years and will continue to do so.

This has to be the most honest and professional phone repair store in all of Vaughan. I needed my camera replaced on my Pixel 3XL and these guys quoted me a very reasonable price for part and labor. Other stores were telling how there was a high chance of them breaking my screen during the replacement and would cost $250 for that alone + the camera.
Anyways, come to this store with confidence. Very impressed and would highly recommend!

My review isn't a testament to the service, which was good. But rather, to the quality of the repair. Although 80 dollars is not as expensive as what Apple charges, but with the recommendation of the glass screen protector AND case, hiking it up to over 100 dollars, I did not expect the screen to shatter underneath the protector at the first drop (and I am being honest here, it was not a far drop). Upon calling, I was told that I would be charged 80 bucks to have it fixed again. So maybe I got unlucky with the batch my phone was fixed with considering the amount of positive reviews, but you can definitely find better quality for the price.

I'm an expert in the telecom industry and I decided to give this shop a try as they were advertising the lowest cost for a Note 8 LCD repair, more than half the cost of others. They fixed it perfectly but there was a small issue with the volume button. They were pleasant to deal with and promptly resolved my issue when I returned. They also included a new back replacement as well as a tempered glass protector. I know good repair workmanship and this shop definitely provides it. I would highly recommend them for your cell phone repairs.

Excellent Service! My iPhone 7 screen got damaged which caused me to have issues with the touch and thus my screen not responding. I got referred by a family member to come to ifix express and was definitely not disappointed as my screen was fixed in a timely manner and I was given a 90 day warranty. Unfortunately, I experienced a very minor issue with my screen and they were VERY understanding and took it back and they fixed it right away as they said they would. My screen works perfectly now, and they gave me a good OEM screen. Would HIGHLY recommend if you're experiencing any issues with your phone!

Fast service and pleasant to deal with. Right beside the mall so you can shop while you wait. I also had an issue after the screen replacement where the proximity sensor wasn’t working and they fixed it within 10 mins. This place is like a NASCAR pit stop. Thank you!

I brought my phone here after I dropped it and broke the screen.
The service was polite, efficient and after price shopping it seemed the most reasonable.
However less than a week later, in the same spot as my previous break a black spot appeared on my phone and when I pushed on it the whole bottom of my phone stopped working. My phone had been well protected as I just paid to have the screen fixed so it had to be from a faulty screen/fix.
When I brought the phone back in, they very rudely told me that I did this by pushing on my phone. They were very combative and unwilling to re-fix my phone unless I wanted to pay for it again.

They were very rude when I tried to communicate with them and I would never use this service again

The guy I dealt with was absolutely amazing. He was purchasing two of my phones and paid for the shipping costs for the two phones he bought from me walked me through each and every step of the way! Very well mannered, will highly reccomend to family and friends in the future!

I come into this store every time I do something stupid.dropping my phone in the sink, dropping my phone getting out of the car and cracking the screen (twice).
These guys are fast and honest with their repairs and fair with their prices.
Next time you do something stupid, take it to these guys to fix it.

They do the work fast and cheap but it might be worth it to spend the extra money to get the quality.

Unbelievably fast walk in service!
After dropping my Galaxy Note 9 and shattering the screen I was worried that it wouldn't make any sense replacing the screen.
I walked in and was told the led works fine and that the glass only needs replacing.
In less than 30 min I had a phone back spotless and was surprised that the scratched frame was also replaced.
I would highly recommend!

I had visited this place after seeing an ad on the app LetGo (app similar to Kijiji) for an iPhone X, the person who was helping me out had a very aggressive tone and posture, he told us that the phones brand new, sealed etc, as soon as i reached home with the phone I noticed some peculiar things such as the flash being pushed in, the screen on one of the corners not properly settled in (Moving up and down), and the screws had paint chipped off signifying that it was repaired I was absolutely lied to, lesson learned. Given 2 stars as the person who had sold me the phone got caught lieing.

NOTE FOR ANYONE VISITING THIS STORE:

-Get a receipt!

-Throughly check anything they're trying to sell to you from head to toe! (IMEI #, Camera, Dust in ports, etc)

-Make sure you pay by Credit/Debit card as this store has a no refund policy for cash (if things go bad you can still dispute the charge with your respective bank.

-Make sure you take a picture of anything you give them for repair.

-Stores not good for anyone allergic to dust /grass, pets etc as 3 dogs are almost always there.

I found this store on Kijiji and saw positive reviews. My girlfriend needed her screen replaced and a new battery for her iPhone 6 as it was clear the the lithium battery has degraded a lot over time. The repair was cheap totalling about $90 dollars and the service was good.

The repair however was terrible. The screen leaked light from the side and the topof the screen and the new battery was worse in terms of battery life than before. We went back to get these issues resolved and he told us that he replaced the battery again and it could be a logic board issue. He bent the housing to hid the light leak but the front light leak still persists. Furthermore, the quality of the glass was terrible and it broke again. The front facing camera has become blurry and theres a light leak that shines right into it now. It makes me believe that the front glass replacement was never attached properly to the phone and that caused all the issues with the camera, light leaks. If one of the repairs were done poorly, then it's very likely the all of the repairs were done without much care.

EDIT: The light leak on the side you have mentioned to have bent back however the light leak at the top of the screen still persisted. If you took out the old camera and installed it to the new screen incorrectly, with the light leaking from the top isn't that your fault? The photo's taken with the front camera now has a light glowing in the bottom corner after the screen was fixed. I still won't understand how if the frame wasn't leaking light before it was fixed and then it was leaking light after, it suddenly becomes my fault? You should've told her that the frame was bent the first time you gave it back to her.

I also don't expect any sort of repair as it was another physical damage, but the quality of the repair is poor. The customer service was good however. Don't go bullying your customers claiming that they do not know anything due to their ignorance. It is your job to educate your customers in the way your repairs are done and any imperfections that you cannot fix.

I really don’t understand the negative reviews here. I have had 3 iPhone batteries and an iPad sceeen replaced here. It has been fast reliable service every time. Prices are great. I have watched them look after customers who have returned with issues with no problems whatsoever. I have also recently come back with a failed battery that was just replaced and they looked after it right away and gave good advice about what I may have to do if the battery wasn’t the real issue (it was). Thanks for the great service!
