Great experience so far! The light sure duet laser system is the only one that works for my hair and skin and so I've been looking for clinics that have that particular laser. I've had great experiences here, however, it's a little expensive compared to other options.

Went to this clinic for the first time and was very happy with my experience. Irina and staff are friendly, professional and honest. Prices are great and procedures are quick. Location is very convenient as well. Will definitely be going back for more treatments. Highly recommend!

Finally! After years of looking for a professional with high quality standards, knowledgeable, passionate and a very gentle touch I found what I was looking for.
I always believed that all my lines, wrinkles and skin texture are representing a “map” of my life experience, but I got to the point that it just showing way too much. I don’t want remember the damage I want to keep just beautiful memories. All my questions and concerns were answered, I am at the beginning of my skin renewal but even now I see how my skin is just glowing from a the treatment that was recommended and well done by Irina. I HAVE NO INTENTIONS OF HARMING a BUSINESS! What happened to me here is just horrifying. I am thinking the product Irina used on me was either expired or cheap quality because the reaction i've received from it could possibly be permanent.considering the fact that her reviews on here were high gave me hope that I would have a good experience. But no I don't feel like my skin was cared for here and here is my picture to prove what happened to it.

I must say this is the only place that has the right laser for dark melanin skin. My complexion is around the same as Serena Williams the tennis player. I got laser on my chin and side burns. It work very well with no burns or irritation. The hair was gone for a long time.
I intend on starting treatment on my lower legs soon.

I’ll definitely be going back. I wish I found this place a long time ago.

I am a long time client of Irina (facial & laser procedures), and an extremely happy one. To me it really matters that you will never be advised to buy something "just in case" and all treatments you receive here give noticeable effect. In my case a combination of made in the clinic procedures and used at home products met all my needs.

You have to be ready to follow instructions and maintain your routine yourself, however, Irina provides you guidance and supports on the way.

The best place for taking care of yourself! Irina is very knowledgeable and friendly. If you have any questions, she will always be happy to answer it and explain everything to you. I am currently doing LHR and results are great. I would definitely recommend clinic to everyone I know. ALL BAD REVIEWS ARE NOT REAL! If you went there, you would never leave unsatisfied.

I want to write this review long time ago.
I had a deep cleaning facial with Irina. It was a perfect treatment that left my skin cleaner than ever.
I used to go for facials once a month, but Irina did a perfect job, so I could wait 3 months between facials.
The studio is very clean and the products she used were very good as I didn’t have any bad reaction on my skin.
She was kind enough and gave me some calming cream in case I need and invited me to contact her in case I have any concerns after the treatment.
She deserved 5 stars!

Irina is professional and knowledgeable. I came to her for laser hair removal. The atmosphere is cozy and clean. She made me feel comfortable very quickly and her treatments have been effective. I did a lot of research about lasers before and found her because of the laser she uses (LightSheer Duet) which is great for my skin type. Today, I am hair free! I enjoyed my experience with laser hair removal so much that I am now seeing her for facials and other services. I trust Irina with all my skincare needs!

I've had laser treatments with Irina and the results are incredible! After a year an a half, my legs are so smooth! I was skeptical at first, but her priority was to to make me comfortable and she never pushed me to buy any packages. After the first session, I knew I was in good hands. What I find amazing anytime I go see her is that she keeps thorough notes about what happened on the previous sessions, so she knows exactly what to do or not do. She really is a true professional and I warmly recommend her to all of my friends. She only gets 5 star reviews because she works hard to deserve them. I'm so glad I found her clinic close to home:)

I was looking for a laser hair removal place and checking out reviews, but I feel like I need to send a waning out because this place seems suspicious. This place only has ratings of 5 stars and 1 star with no review ratings in between. Also all the people who gave this place a 1 star rating are conveniently never found in this company's database. Either this database is faulty, they have a lot of enemies, or the 1 star reviews are real.btw don't look for me in your database cause I've never been there.

After all cosmetological services I tried in Toronto in the past, I can confidently say that Irina won my heart (and my skin). I did laser hair removals here as well as facials and my skin is happy after every treatment. I also bought some face creams and hand made body scrubs here, the quality of products is really good. I highly recommend this place for those who want to get rid of hair in unwanted places effectively and keep skin clean and young for as long as possible! For all those who have sensitive skin I would definitely recommend IG Laser. I was so afraid to start laser treatment overall because I have a very sensitive skin and a medical condition, but Irina explained everything so well to me and has so much patience with me. I'm on my 3rd session and not only can see great results but my skin is better. Irina is great, the clinic is very clean and she details every single thing that is important during the treatments. I'm so happy with my results and so happy with the service!

I've been going to Irina for the past year and a half and I'm so pleased with my experience. Irina is knowlegable and personable and able to make the uncomfortable experience of hair removal comfortable.
She made sure to provide me with a lot of education on our first session and tested my skin to ensure that the laser hair removal would be effective. After one treatment I noticed huge results. I've been going to her every two months since.
I've tried other places which used shady practices so that I'd keep coming back and I saw no results. I love Irina's fun personality and she makes this procedure go by quickly with her charming personality.
I would definitely recommend her to anyone with coarse, East Indian stubborn, thick black hair like mine. My facial hair is barely noticeable and my skin looks great.
