I have never had a massage before and was nervous about my first experience, the nerves quickly went away when I stepped into ignite your soul. The service was beyond Amazing and the ladies made me feel comfortable and safe. Will definitely be returning!

I went for a Rustic renewal spa package. It was an exotic experience. Mary is such an amazing person. She did a great job. And all the other staff are very friendly and welcoming. I loved it

This was the best massage I ever recieved. Suzann was my masseuse and paid attention to all my problematic areas. I came out of the room looking like a brand new person. I came all the way from Etobicoke and was hesitant because of the distance. I am definitely coming back!

Colleen was amazing with my facial. Very relaxing and wonderful conversation. Explained what she was doing, the benefits it served as well as listing the products she was using.

I'm so thrilled to have recently discovered its location. Much like her establishment, the owner Mary is so welcoming. She has created a 'don't judge a book by it's cover' wonderful spa retreat in Oshawa right under our noses, in the centre of our busy lives so that a 'little getaway' fits within our daily schedule. Crystal and Sarah left us feeling rejuvinated both mind and body with the Bliss package for 2. I'm sure my body sounded like a bowl of Rice krispies but Crystal left me feeling like a delicious bowl of noodles:). Thanks again ladies! You're amazing.definitley recommend and we will be back again soon.

Pathetic service

I booked an appointment on Jan 27th for couple spa, I went there and waited for half an hour and no one opened the door.
This has happened with different clients as well
I am so unhappy and they ruined our anniversary day

What a beautiful space! It's such a vibe! They went over and above to accommodate a bachelorette party of 7. Brought in extra girls just for us. Gave us free range to hang out and enjoy.
These girls were ready to make this such a memorable experience. Anything we wanted we got!
They travel for parties too!

My husband and I spent 2 wonderful hours with Danica and Samantha. We had the Bliss treatment and it was very relaxing and left us feeling rejuvenated. We look forward to returning in the near future.

So awesome Mary is a miracle worker! I went for reflexology and it was so incredible relaxing healing cleansing. Mary has such amazing energy and attitude she's a true angel. Were going Thursday for a couples massage and it can't come soon enough!

What an amazing experience it is every time I have visited this place. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and their service for all types of appointment is fantastic. I met with Coleen for my facial and she was extremely helpful, gave me custom advise for my skin and recommended a proper skincare routine.

Fantastic experience with my wife who surprised me for my birthday with the “Bliss Package”. Full massage, facial and hand treatment over 2 hours. We had Colleen and Selena take care of us and they were not only fantastic at the treatment but so friendly and easy to talk to. Highly recommended!

Friendly staff and amazing massage for reasonable prices! I went for a couples massage with my boyfriend and it was so relaxing. The room felt to comfortable and the two massage therapists were very nice and did a really good job at the massage. Both mine and my boyfriends backs feel brand new. I think we had Danica and Samantha. We really enjoyed. 10/10 recommend.

I had a 1 pm appointment for a facial with Danica and when I arrived the door was locked. I tried knocking but no one came to let me in and the phone was disconnected from the number on the sign and on the website. I waited outside for 10 minutes repeatedly knocking but no luck. I finally just gave up and went home.

I received a call from the spa 25 mins after my appointment time and was told that the system double booked but was offered no resolution other than to book a new appointment on a different day (I had booked the afternoon off work for this appointment). I booked the appointment days in advance and received a confirmation email that the spa had confirmed my appointment after booking. I’m not sure how this double booking error was made and why the appointment was confirmed if there was a known overlap.

I’ve been here before and had started coming for routine facials, it’s a shame this happened because I am now hesitant to come back.

Wow! Really amazing spa, I had the best experience at this salon, the staff was really friendly, very positive staff really professional environment! Made me feel super comfortable during a treatment I had for the first time! This place really made me feel special! Exactly how a spa should be! Nurse injector Laurie was awesome. Fabulous personality, super informative consultation, loads of experience injecting botox & derma fillers. I never felt rushed or pressured. Absolutely love love love my results!

I'm very picky with spa services! However today I was impressed. I was in a bad mood and my husband treated me to this! I got a the Bliss package. I had never done a facial before and I was impressed. This place isn't stuck up but actually very welcoming. I got my service done by Colleen and she was amazing! Would definitely go again!

My daughter and I had the calm package today, it was awesome. The ladies that did the massage and facial were amazing. It was a perfect combination of relaxation and therapeutic. The products used were gentle and effective. And the charcuterie board after was the perfect touch.
Definitely going to be planning my monthly self care here!

Just there today with my sister and niece, they went out if their way so that all 3 of us could have the Bliss package together.and it was blissful it was our first time there, Amy was so helpful when booking and there was no disappointment!

I would NOT recommend this place. Had an appointment for a foot detox with the owner who actually did not show up for the appointment. The staff there could not get the device going for the foot detox, I asked if they could call the owner, maybe they weren’t doing something right. Still did not work. When I left, I said to the ladies, have a great day and off I went. While in my car I get a call from the owner and she asked if I’d been vocal with her staff as she said the ladies were visible shaken. I was in complete utter shock. In the very little interaction I had, there was very little spoken and nothing out of context. Needless to say I will never go back and would not recommend to anyone!

Had such an amazing facial today with Natalie! 10/10! Can't wait to go back for another one! My skin feels amazing, it was so relaxing and such a great price! Highly recommend!

I cannot believe all you get for such a low cost. It was incredible and made us feel like royalty UPDATE: I actually went back for a massage and it was horrible. I had booked with Natalie ended up seeing someone else it was so uncomfortable and I was soooo disappointed! I don’t think I’ll ever go back

A MUST GO-TO for relaxing! Suzanne and Mary really show their passion in their business. My friend and I went to relax for a day - massages and facials. By the end of our pampering, we left feeling lighter and refreshed. I never realized how stressed my body is, until Mary worked her magic. I definitely plan on going back, amazing service and ladies! I went to there new location in pickering and it was an amazing experience! Its at the end of Liverpool street right next to the water which adds a whole new element to the Spa! My service was a foot/leg massage which was absolutely blessed. It felt like i got blasted to a whole new universe Highly recommended!

This is the best spa in Duram region! Awesome stylist, and aesthetician. Reasonably priced too.

I had a massage with Samantha. It was the most relaxing massage I've ever had. She has the warmest hands, I honestly thought she warmed them up or was using warming oil. All I wanted to do was go home and go to bed and sleep. Next time I will book an appointment for after work, not before.

Shannon was a great masseuse. She understood how to softly unfold my body's areas of tension, seemed like a real conversation with my muscles. Thanks for the couple's session with my girlfriend on Valentine's day!

I am speechless… just WOW. I have never been more pleased with a spa before! I booked a couples massage with myself and my fiancé and we both felt like this was the best value for our money we have ever received. The women made us feel like we have known them forever. We ordered a couples massage and really enjoyed the experience. I had a lot of knots in my upper back and the team here was absolutely amazing. Very professional and comedic as well!

My niece had her lashes done by their tech Rebecca and has had to go elsewhere to have them removed as half are laying sideways, she used way too much glue. Huffed and was clearly upset doing the lashes which shows in the poor work quality. Looking on pictures recently posted you can even see half the lashes on that client laying to the side, not sure why you would be promoting that.
Really disappointed with the lash tech and hoping they get a new one as I did enjoy this business but seeing how upset my niece is and the damage done to her lashes, I won't be returning.

My friend and I went here for the first time yesterday. It was such a great experience. The massage, the facial, the foot massage were just incredible. My only regret is not buying longer treatments. The estheticians were just LOVELY. Cant wait to book again!

After over a year of growth. Hairstylist Elyse listened to what kind of style I wanted. And gave me the needed shape back to my hair! Super pleased with my wash cut and style.

I spent my entire day with the lovely ladies of Ignite your soul Wellness Spa and hair studio. I began with my day by receiving a massage and Microdermabrasion session with the lovely Suzanne. Suzanne went above and beyond to assure that I (8.5 months pregnant) was comfortable and truly went the extra mile to make sure I was receiving quality treatment. I was lucky enough to also have her for a pedicure! Suzanne takes her time and builds a relationship with the client and I am truly thankful for her expertise today.

I had the opportunity to have my hair done by Katie, who I can not speak more positively about. From start to finish Katie treated me like I was absolute royalty. I went in feeling very frustrated with my hair, and left unable to contain my excitement. Katie is passionate about what she does, and that's evident when a customer leaves with a smile and can't wait to book again.

Lastly, I finished off my relaxing spa day with the famous Mary! Mary gave me the most relaxing manicure I've ever had, seriously I could have fallen asleep! From the hand massage right down to playing with different colors, Mary never skipped a beat. She does exceptional work, and is wonderful to converse with.

The entire spa is filled with positive energy, smiling faces, and people who truly care about the level of care that they are providing. If you are looking for a place to relax and practice self care, please book here! You will not be disappointed.

I went for my birthday early November and had the Ultimate Relaxation package. From the moment you walk in, the spa is so inviting, cozy and the mild scents relax you immediately. Mary was an absolute delight - I felt extremely pampered and cared for! Already booked for December and I can't wait.
