Long wait time just for reception. Not busy, front desk just seem to be more interested in each other than customers.

I have been trying to call for two days in a row straight. Each prompt goes to voicemail. This is absolutely unprofessional and not right to the patient I have been trying to get my results for the past two days. It says they’re opened until 6 PM Monday to Thursday. Every time I call after work at 5 PM it goes to voicemail every single time I need someone to follow up with me as soon as possible. This is terrible Service and I’m very disappointed.

Holter Monitor Doctor/Technician advised me to return my monitor on Saturday, June 31. June 31 does not exist. Then he advised me to then return on July 1 not realizing the clinic is closed on Canada Day. Checked clinic hours on Google to return my monitor on the following Monday. Google indicated clinic was open. When I got to the clinic it was closed. Very poor advice from the clinic and it's technician. Clinic hours are also not accurately updated. Very poor experience.

In my 4 visits for heart care I have had the most pleasant experiences. I have also witnessed the care taken with other patients around me. The staff is professional beyond a limit. They take the time to listen to my answers and they make sure that my concerns are addressed. I highly recommend this care facility. I have a follow up appt with a cardiologist and I will post about it as well.

It's pretty urgent you check on the legitimacy of the doctor's employed in this office.gaslighting someone into thinking they don't have cancer, when they actually do have cancer, is extremely concerning.

Receptionist are horrible, they do not follow up, they lost my CT results and had to get new ones. They never answer the phone when you call and go on 2+ hour lunches. This is extremely unprofessional, this is not how you run a family practice. I've been waiting for my blood test requisition to be emailed for 3 WEEKS. Something that should've only taken 1-3 days. Does anyone know how I can go about reporting this to Public Health Ontario?

DO NOT GO HERE. If you are already a patient here, I'd recommend finding an alternate. The clinic is inefficent and has no sense of urgency even when it comes to urgent matters. Both the doctors and the admin staff are to blame. There is a considerable amount of internal dysfunction.

I personally spent months with this clinic and went through an array of unnecessary delays, poor understanding of medical reports and a general overall lack of urgency in helping to expedite my case. With the way our healthcare system works, you need a clinic/doctor on your side that will advocate for you and one that has the knowledge to understand the urgency of potentially complex matters. In the absense of these things, your life is at risk. Mine is/was literally. I eventually gave up on this clinic and went directly to Sunnybrook ER. They diagnosed me with late stage cancer after this clinic labeled my issues as "probably no big deal" for months.

Simply the best care I have received the entire staff at Ihealth are absolutely fantastic. Very professional. It's sometimes the small things. Techs that administer needles so well that I literally don't feel a thing. Everyone there from front reception, to the specialist Doctors have been outstanding.

The nurses told me to come back to clean the remainder of my ears, but my doctor said everything was fine after flashing a flashlight in my ear for a second, late in 2021, even though the nurses explicitly told me to return during my previous visit. Similar, but a much worse experience, I explained a bicycle injury to my doctor back in 2020, but they only took my shirt off, looked and my back and said it was fine. I finally got my x-rays done late 2021 but they failed to reach out to me when promised. I called back, but never recieved a call from the office. Also neglectful of the needs of my other family use to often dismiss a family members sleep apnea for "the constantly changing weather", something you're told to calm you down when you're 8. When the doctor finally acknowledged the condition, they claimed to schedule an appointment at a sleep clinic but most likely did not.

Nice people but I am sure there are other offices that aren't as neglectful! I'm not sure where the issue lies within the organization, this is just my experience! If you have good experiences I encourage you to keep going, they have very good technology to keep you healthy.

I highly recommend this facility.
Staff are exceptionally kind and friendly. Made me feel very comfortable.
The Nuclear Medicine Technologists, Linda and Nastaran (Nancy) are simply amazing!

Dropping the Ball 101
Surprise Surprise Surprise! Surprised that I had the audacity to call because I expected a follow up call from them so long after my tests or surprised when they realized they dropped the ball yet again by not sharing the results of my tests with me? Who knows? That’s the feeling I get from whoever picks up the phone there when I called more than 4 weeks after the risky high level radiation CT Scan with its potential complications as well as the high volume iodine injection that comes with warnings associated with that potentially dangerous procedure that the doctor ordered because my symptoms appeared to be serious enough to wave those risks to rule out a more serious threat. I waited 4 weeks after that test and no one ever called me to share results. I had to call them. Same goes for the 3 weeks I waited for a call after an onsite breathing test they ordered. Both times I had to call this office to set up an appointment over the phone to get my results. The first time I waited close to 2 hours for the Dr.to call me for our scheduled CT Scan follow-up appointment but no call came. When I called the office they seemed surprised again and had the doctor call me back a few minutes later. Weeks later the next scheduled call I had to call in to arrange again for the breathing test results that they also ordered, knowing their history I only waited an hour after the appointment time before I called in to enquire if the Dr was going to keep our scheduled appointment. They were surprised I called at all because the Dr.was not in that day and though my appointment had been rescheduled to a later date in their system, they were surprised that no one took the trouble to notify me of the change. When that appointment was finally kept, 7 weeks after the test and 6 months into my worsening symptoms with still no answers as to a cause, the Dr.said she was going to refer me to a gastroenterologist. This time I waited 4 weeks and when I had not heard from anyone…again, surprise surprise, I called the office only to find out that “sometimes the doctors fax the requests in and sometimes someone in the office staff faxes them” but this time it seems everyone thought someone else was faxing it in so it was never faxed at all. No surprise anymore at this point. Why would they even admit to that? Oh ya right. It’s this place. Could this organization be more disorganized? Doubtful. They seem to have mastered that. It’s been 5 more weeks since my last call, a total of 9 weeks since the Dr.advised me she was going to refer me to a gastroenterologist, and still I haven’t heard from anyone to even make an appointment that I know will already be delayed for months due the current backup situation. I just want to get in the queue while I still live. I would be surprised if the last person I spoke to could be bothered to fax that specialist referral in at all. What wouldn’t surprise me would be if they hung a sign over the reception desk that read “WE DON’T CARE”

Trying to get through to Dr. Dakhil is like trying to reach the prime minister. No in person appointments and phone line auto rejects you during work hours.

My daughter needed an x-ray but she’s only 20 months. When I brought her in for the first time she was a little bit scared she was somewhere where she wasn’t familiar with and the x-ray technician Karamjeet was super friendly, he made us feel very comfortable he was talking to my daughter and made her laugh before he tried to take x-rays on her. Even though the first attempt she would not take x-rays the other option would have been to sedate her I was not going to do that so I told the tech that I was going to come back when she was sleeping to try again. Two days late I went back with my sleeping daughter and Karamjeet recognized us and brought us in right away! He was so patient and was able to get all the images we needed to take. Thank you again!

This review is for ultrasound only.
I have done 2 ultrasounds here and both times had the same technician. She is extremely rude and does not know how to speak politely, especially in difficult times.
My experience with the clinic is good otherwise, my doctor is great too. But the technician has spoilt happy and once in a lifetime experiences for me. I do not recommend going here for ultrasounds.

Did my lung test, and from start to end the experience was amazing. I had Mansari as the person who conducted the lung test. Bansari was very professional and very patient with me. Amazing work!

X-ray technician was grumpy, front desk did not sequence me properly, I had to wait 30 minutes, would have been longer if I didn’t tell the receptionist that I will go somewhere else

I take my father in law to this client the workers are so wonderful and welcoming keep up the good work
