IHOP

I had a lovely breakfast. The chicken and waffles is so filling. I ordered 2 eggs to go with it (which in hindsight was unnecessary because I couldn’t finish them.

IHOP is definitely known for their pancakes, but I wasn’t a fan. I found it to be very dry.

Their Chicken and Waffles were mid at best, it’s pretty average. Even the waffles seemed dry.

Our server was friendly, polite and helped with food suggestions.
Service was great, but towards the end service level dropped. It took a while to cash out, we needed to stand to get our servers attention. It took approximately 20 minutes for her to come over.

Visited in early June 2023 and found everything to be tip-top. Great service and really good food. Prices were on par with expectations. We aren't new to IHOP and found this location to beat our expectations overall.

This was a decent meal, IHOP always puts out a pretty consistent product. Our server was great, very friendly and attentive. There are some points worth noting at this location:

1. The food here is very expensive compared to other locations. I get that it is a tourist location but franchises should have a bit more control on these prices. Receipt is pictured ($26 for eggs Benedict).
2. Beware the additional niagra falls tax added onto this bill (nfdf) which is a premium charged for the location. If you are travelling in or staying outside the downtown zone, my advise is to eat before coming to avoid unnecessary overcharge.

Basic breakfast was almost $30
Toast was rock hard.
Hashbrowns were over cooked.
Eggs and sausage were good but it definitely wasn't worth the money.do better IHOP

The waitress was an old lady who was extremely rude while we requested to have some of own food along with the items ordered from there. Politeness is expected which she dint know!

There is nothing wrong with the food, nothing wrong with the service, but there is no way these prices are justified.

$25 for eggs Benedict, $25 for an omelette. Nope. There are plenty of other options for close to $10 per plate cheaper with the same or higher quality of product.

Sorry but this is a gouge. Do yourself a favour and read the menu before you order. $70 for 2 orders of eggs Benedict and coffee is insane.

A classic eggs Benedict prepared at a high end restaurant in Niagara on the lake is charging $27. This is made with real hollandaise, prepared by professional chefs, professional servers in an elevated atmosphere. No way IHOP can justify charging a $1 less for a product that doesn't even come close in quality or cost to produce.

My family dined at this location for Father’s Day. Our waitress Teresa was very kind and helpful. She was professional and courteous with taking our orders as we were a very large group. The food came at an appropriate time and everyone enjoyed it. The restaurant was inviting and very clean. The table were nicely arranged with all condiments present for use. I recommend this location for anyone to come and dine. The menu is fantastic with an array of selections. Thank you Teresa for serving us.

I really loved the breakfast here! There is a lot to choose from, and the staff are super friendly and helpful!

Food was not bad, but the service was downright terrible. My server was Kayla. I was with my nonna as a treat to buy her breakfast and Kayla, our server was late with our food, she didn’t seem nice at all. I should’ve went somewhere else. Just disgusting.

In my opinion, this is the highly overrated restaurant in Niagara. I would recommend visiting the "Table Rock House Restaurant" situated atop the iconic table top location instead.

Here's why:

- When comparing the prices, we found that we paid around $125 for a meal for two adults and two children at iHop. However, at Table Rock House Restaurant, we paid a similar amount and received a significantly better experience in terms of the view, service, and food quality.

- At iHop, we ordered two kids' meals which were supposed to come with drinks included. However, they removed the drinks and charged us separately for two additional drinks. This kind of discrepancy would not occur at Table Rock House Restaurant, where you can expect fair and transparent pricing.

- The view at iHop did not live up to the hype. On the other hand, Table Rock House Restaurant offers an unparalleled view from the top of Niagara Falls, providing a truly awe-inspiring experience.

- We encountered arrogant staff at iHop, which affected our overall impression of the restaurant. In contrast, the staff at Table Rock House Restaurant were lovely, well-behaved, and contributed to a pleasant dining atmosphere.

Based on these factors, I believe that Table Rock House Restaurant is a superior choice, offering a more enjoyable dining experience with breathtaking views, attentive service, and fair pricing.

Went there with a hope we will enjoy the breakfast.upon repeated requests to make omelette with only whole eggs without pancake mixture, they served still the pancake mixture omelette.
It is very strange for us, not listening to coustomers what they want.

Expensive mediocre breakfast. And a long wait for the food despite the fact the restaurant was almost mpty. Had not been to IHOP in a while, will avoid it from now on.

The only disappointment is that they don’t serve Mimosas anymore, that’s what I went there for along with the delicious brunch I had. The server was definitely on top of her game, she was right on time and respectful. The food was freshly prepared and didn’t take long. Huge portions and a wonderful atmosphere, not your average IHOP.

The appearance of the restaurant was okay- a bit dated. Our server, Steve, was nice enough! It was very overpriced and definitely nothing special/worth paying those prices for.

Good food and service, but some of the worst price gouging I’ve ever seen. Easily twice the price of a normal IHOP, even accounting for currency differences. Only go here if you like burning your money pointlessly. The owners should be ashamed to charge this to people.

Came here for breakfast with my partner. The service and food was exceptional. Our server Elisa, was very pleasant and attentive to our needs. The manager Jackie, also came over to check in with us to make sure everything was up to standards and was very lovely. All in all, one of the best locations in the Falls.

We were ignored and never seated. Poor service, restaurant was in serious need of an updating. Probably a good thing we didn't stay.

Food was a bit pricey, but tasted good. Service on the other hand was horrible. After being served our food we were never checked on once, and the first time the waitress came back she only brought the bill, while we were still eating. She also gave herself a massive tip without my consent because the final bill went up $15 with just the tip alone. I was still going to tip but the fact that she gave herself a much larger tip than what she deserved rubbed both myself and my partner the wrong way.

The food was decent. However, the server disappeared after we got our food, as she took the coffee pot with her. The chairs were uncomfortable.

Food was ok, tasted like it was soaked in butter and kinda over priced for what you got. Service was not very good, she gave herself a tip (total was about $75, we had a $20 off coupon and still paid $65 even though we never got to choose a tip option). Only time the server came back after we got our food was to give us our bill even though we were both still eating. Felt rushed to pay and leave. Don't think we will be going back here for a meal even if it's in the hotel.
