IKEA Burlington External Pick-Up Warehouse

Although it's located offsite from the Burlington store, it's only a 5 minute drive. It's not busy with customers so it was nice to be able to wait for items to be picked without dealing with the busy crowds of the store. The employees were very friendly and helpful.

Disappointed that my order was canceled and I got NO EMAIL NOTIFICATION. Cabinets/drawers I ordered are In stock and had to create a new order to pick up since they didn't let me know and canceled my order for whatever reason with o notice

I was forced to find a receipt for the return. I fainted. After talking for a long time, I was refunded to a gift card. Other people’s ikras are fine.

Why go to the store to look at what you want? If you like mazes they'll you'll like it there if not get your furniture or product code walk into the External Warehouse order pay pick up and go.easy peezy lemon squeezy, no muss no fuss.grab n go!

Fairly efficient if you plan it right. My advice is to pay for your warehouse order as soon as you get the sheet, then do your browsing at the main store AFTER paying for the warehouse order. After checking out with your physical purchases the order will be picked by the time you get to the warehouse. If you drive straight there after paying for the warehouse order, you will wait for them to pick it. It's a pretty uninspiring place to spend any time, so doing the waiting elsewhere is advised. Staff is friendly.
