IKEA Etobicoke - Restaurant

I'm giving 5 stars all around for what it is. Is it a fancy restaurant? No. Is it solid delicious and reasonably healthy food for a good price? Yes. It's kid and family friendly and the best cafeteria style establishment that I can think of. They also now have a fancy coffee machine that will make you a latte or cappuccino, although, they appear the same when you make them. At least they look happy. The place is generally clean and the staff are pretty good too. Tip: If you join to be a free Ikea family member, you get free regular coffee! Look for the eat your receipt event before Christmas and after, where you get to deduct the food receipt from your purchase in store that day. They also have great special ticket events for kids/family for holidays like Christmas, Valentines, Easter, etc.

We dont miss eating there everytime we go to ikea. Food is just great and healthy too, there is ample and clean space to and enjoy tasty food.

Unfortunately, my recent visit to the IKEA restaurant left me dissatisfied due to a hygiene issue. I found a HAIR in between the scoop of mashed potatoes, which was quite unpleasant. The staff's response was swift- “It’s in the air, we can offer you something else from the store” but the overall experience has left me hesitant about returning.

It was an amazing experience.the meals are amazing.was my first time there.very great system there.easy and effective.the meal was so tasty. I would love to try it again.very affordable

Great quality food for a cheap price, ordered Swedish meatballs (mash potatoes were nicely seasoned), haddock and chips (haddock was light and flakey), samosa, garlic toast and cheesecake was all just 30.00, not much good fountain drinks to pick from. Seats and tables were clean and cutlery was clean.

I mean.it's IKEA. Not exactly fine dining but very good for what it is. It's simple and decently priced. The pear soda water is actually my favorite thing there. Tho, today I had their Hungarian mushroom soup.was very tasty.

I love coming to Ikea and stopping here to eat. Food is pretty good and the main courses are very reasonably priced, even in this hyper-inflated day.

Meatballs are always my go-to, but the veggie mix is pretty awful unless you just love the taste of frozen veggie mix. Salt is required to make it edible, but still not good. Maybe skip them and ask for more mash.

Got a poutine last time I went and it was absolutely swimming in gravy—not my thing. There's a balance! The customer can always ask for another ladle if they want more.

Service is generally good, though they are often pretty busy so I understand if they are a bit rushed-feeling.

Very clean restaurant! I appreciate the veggie options, it’s a nice place to have lunch while shopping. Staff is nice too!

The restaurant food is miles above fast food but certainly below gourmet. It finds a good balance for the hungry and curious shopper.

It's Ikea food. For the price and location definitely a good place to go. The coffee and desserts are great.

Not the best, not very cheap if you order salmon hahaha. But people are really nice and friendly! Highly recommend if you want to take a rest after walking all around in IKEA

Food is great and reasonably priced. Food is always good consistent quality. The place is bright and airy. Cafeteria style with staff friendly. The bonus is not required to tip.
