Amazing lunch course. You can’t find this quality, quantity, and price anywhere else. Highly recommend!

This was a very good Italian eatery. Went for lunch and the food and service was great. Our sever was a trooper as she was 8 months pregnant but met and exceeded all of our service needs for our meal. We went for lunch and while not packed it was busy. The cost was typical I believe for this type of establishment. Entry to the restaurant was a bit odd as you wall through a building to get to the restaurant at the back of the building. The parking was paid and on yhe street and the worst part of eating here. The meters have a 2hr limit and we felt rushed for lunch because of it. Should be a better means/location for parking.

"Creams, and truffle oil" kinda pasta, (iykyk).
Nothing creative. Lack of seasoning

Pretty sure the ceaser salad used Renee's dressing. Definitely wasn't made from scratch, so it's not really "that" kind of restaurant. Maybe it was, but it was suspect.

Very 90s style restaurant. Actually nice wide, spread out seating, which you don't really see anymore.

Service was fine, but they charged for extra bread, which was tacky.

I dunno, it's Barrie, people are happy if it's not KraftDinner it's seems.

Delicious food, amazing service! You can take your time and enjoy your meal and company without being rushed out. The value is great, my favourite Barrie restaurant!

We dined at this restaurant this afternoon, and I must say the ambiance was fantastic. The restaurant had a wonderful atmosphere and great lake view that made the meal quite enjoyable. However, we're a bit disappointed with the food as it was overly salty.

Our visit started perfectly with Jamal our server (with an anniversary wish)
Our meals were outstanding. From presentation to taste to helping size.
We started with our Fave the roasted garlic and continued with mains of shimp alfredo and the spagetti mare (seafood dish)
AMAZING is an understatment to say the least.
But have to say Jamal is exceptional at customer service - welcoming, informative n just oh so kind.

My whole family came here for my birthday and the food was nothing short of amazing! Our server Sarah was so welcoming and friendly, truly made us feel at home! We will definitely be visiting again the future!

We had our office holiday lunch this week at Il Buco, It was a fantastic experience. We had 19 people for the lunch and the food and drinks all came out with perfect timing and great portions. Everyone that attended has shared such wonderful comments about how great the overall experience was, how tasty the food and how lovey the service was, we will most definitely be back again!

I LOVE this place. We discovered it passing through Barrie as we live in Richmond Hill. Beautiful service, busy venue, delicious food, awesome lunch deals! We drove all the way back to Barrie just to eat here!

Nice meal we were gifted. We started with the Lemon Garlic Shrimp, I had the Chicken Parmigiana and my wife had Spaghetti Mare. The food was very tasty and plentiful and size. The service was exceptional. Desserts were exceptional. It was hard to spend the entire $150 gift card, prices are extremely fair. Parking is only street parking and can be tricky.

Have been to this restaurant multiple times over the past few years - it never fails to disappoint! It's truly delicious

Wait staff was great, everything was clean and comfortable. My chicken parmigiana was cooked a little to much for my liking.

As always an excellent dining experience. The food was delicious and the service was attentive but not obtrusive. Highly recommend! A long time family favourite.

Hands down the best penne a la vodka ever. Our waitress Leslie was amazing. We asked if they had burchetta because we didn't see it on the menu she said not a problem we can make it for you. Over the top service and food was absolutely worth every bite.

Lovely little Italian restaurant in downtown Barrie. Good selection of dishes, vegetarian and gluten free options, entrees reasonably priced in the $20-30 range.
Typically three seatings in the evening @ 5,6: 30 & 8. Thankfully, we had an 8: 00 reservation, as we had a nice, leisurely meal and didn't leave until well after 10.

I love this place. Great patio with views of the bay. And inside - great atmosphere. Good for date night, family reunions, or just some friends hanging out and having dinner. Food is great- I recommend the roasted garlic appy, gnocchi or cochilgie mains.

Awesome food, great atmosphere, and fantastic service. It is pricey but it's worth for a night out.

Probably the worst italian food I have ever had. I think this city is desperate for more fine dining restaurants where you can take your significant other because this restaurant really misses the mark. Yes its a decent place for what we have available in Barrie but the food is a disgrace to italian culture. Very nice views, with pretty good staff, but for the price, I recommend driving to the GTA. I can also admit that many people recommended this restaurant to me, and that my expectations were set high to begin with, but this City deserves better then to call this place "the best restaurant in Barrie".

Very tasty food, friendly service, nice location and view of the water. You can enter from the south entrance by the parking lot but it is up a lot of stairs.

We parked on Dunlop and didn’t know any better entrance so my date had the funniest look when we walked in through the back entrance! Despite the shaky start Il Buco was a delight that made everything a delight. A caring server had great timing and knew the menu off hand. We enjoyed the homemade fettuccine veal and beet salads which were perfect. The cheesecake on the dessert menu is one of the tasty options to close it off. Portions are decent and the pricing is very digestible. If you’re looking for a nice wintry date with the wife or simply dinner with a friend this is a great option in Barrie.

Great lunch specials. 3 course meal for about $17. Seating well separated for indoor dining. Very impressed with the taste. I find it difficult to find italian dining I enjoy, and they hit the mark. Definitely going to become a regular there.

Food was so tasty! The portion sizes are good and I really enjoyed the fresh tasting food! I would highly recommend, and I’m excited to visit in the summer!

We are the lasagna, ravioli (special), and shrimp linguine. All were great! The flourless chocolate cake and crepe brûlée were fantastic!

Prices were also very affordable. Just over $100 for three entrees, 2 deserts, and 2 drinks!

Very clean and convenient restaurant. They provide large meals and for economical prices. I liked the food a lot and the staff members were super attentive and informative. Highly recommended.

The server didn't care about us. She poured water and provided customer service for the older white mens sitting at the table right next to us, but all she did was bring us food. We went on a trip from Toronto to Barrie and she ruined our trip. (oct. 13)

Best Italian restaurant in Barrie so far. The food is excellent with reasonable price. That's the must go place when we went to Barrie. 3 courses meals cost less than $20 with quality service. I'm die hard fans for their house made lasagna with fresh pasta and spectacular Bolognese sauce. The server, Jen is very friendly and provide competent service.

We celebrated our 1 year wedding anniversary here on Sept 18. The service was fantastic, food was AMAZING and we enjoyed dining on the patio. I HIGHLY recommend trying Enrico's Famous Garlic Appetizer.you will not be disappointed. I apologize I cannot remember the servers name, but she was very friendly and had a great sense of humour. Overall, a really great experience.

The Quality of the food is out world! I'm from out of town. I love to stop in for amazing meal. The service is outstanding make you feel very welcome. Highly recommended.

Atmosphere was good with nice lake view. However, staff was not professional at all. Never came to our table to check while she continuously checked table beside us. Was it because we were Asian?

Found this great restaurant while visiting family in the area. We both has veal scallopini with shrimp. The appetizer, the meal, and dessert were fabulous. Highly recommend this restaurant.

The food was really tasty, Never had better Italian food. We celebrated our first anniversary here.

One of the best Italian restaurants I've been to. It's got a really nice atmosphere, an excellent menu (try the whole roasted garlic bruschetta!), And friendly staff.

The patio overlooks Lake Simcoe, and has a spectacular view.
