Definitely a place to go!
Had had different types of coffee and they all taste like they should taste.
I like the high quality of ice cream and less quantity. Lactose free milk and ice cream available! Big plus!
Fair pricing, ask for coffee/ pastry combo

I have had mutiple ice creams here and at the Niagara on the Lake location. The flavours are amazing. However, at the Fallsview location, the ice cream and cookies tend to be stale or have a refrigerator taste. The NOTL is excellent and the ice cream is fresher.

Some wonderful vegan options here. I had a flaky apple pastry, a chocolate chip muffin, and a scoop of strawberry gelato. So good!

The workers were very nice and friendly, and the interior was spacious. The gelato wasn’t displayed in open tubs like most other gelato stores. The gelato wasn’t a very good texture. Unlike other gelato stores which are very rich and creamy, the flavour and texture here was more like regular ice cream. This place is fairly priced and good if you’re craving something cold and sweet. If you want traditional gelato, this isn’t the best place to go.

The flavors of Carlotta's Gelato are really good and you can feel the excellent quality with which they are made, we also ate the excellent pasta and the great stuffed sandwiches. The coffee made by Elisa was excellent. Well done, highly recommended

It’s been 30min we’re just drinking coffee and talking and the workers keep
Coming to check if we’re done, it’s not really busy so us staying it’s not a problem for them people can seat if they want
I don’t feel really welcome and comfortable when the workers keep checking and pressing me

Amazing ice cream! Extra kudos to the gluten free cones! Loved this place during our stay. Felt like the only place where you can get some proper food that is not bland or too sweet.

This place was not worth the price. 11$ just for 1 cone unhealthy icecream! Plus he got food poisoned. Rather have crepe delicious opened here.

Stumbled upon this place by chance to fulfil a late night craving-glad I did because this place served one of the finest gelatos I’ve had. Their mango gelato was ultimate.
Must visit if you’re in Niagara!

I came to niagra with my family and friends. And we tried ice cream here.
Recommend mango and strawberry flavour.
Reason for giving 3 stars: they didn’t provide samples, so that someone can test and order.
I would strongly recommend to management to start giving the samples for testing to gain the customer and give good customer experience.
Just to add on for customers, this place has a small kitchen too where you can order panini, pasta, etc

After leaving the Terry Fator performance we stopped for some gelato. I found Evan to be very hospitable and patient while my 85 year old mother in her wheelchair changed her mind several times. Even with a line up he was so kind and suggested she take her time. So respectful. His work buddy Carlo picked up the clients in a try team partnership. Service with a smile and connection makes all the difference in a customers experience. Thanks guys! Jan Tracey and Audrey.

OMG! What a gelato! Very smooth, creamy and delicious. Marco and Leon are the best. I really the mix of pistachios, hazelnut and chocolate

Cute place! Nice to sit and eat at, but portions are small and the cup is actually half the size of what it appears

A gem of Niagara Falls. Amazing gelato, fantastic coffee. Small cozy place at the casino. Definitely a must-visit and a refreshing change from touristy places

This little gem is located in the hallway across from the casino. Marco serves up some delicious treats, highly recommend the gelato, which tastes so fresh and creamy, and the little cookie wafer topping your ice cream is a nice touch! So many wonderful flavours to enjoy, you’ll want to try them all!

Delicious and authentic gelato! It is so difficult to find quality food while in Niagara - and this is definitely a must try dessert.

This place does fantastic gelato and is also celiac-safe / gluten-free! Gelato came in a neat styrofoam box separate from anything else; staff are aware of gluten cross-contamination and the delivery drivers were really friendly! They also included some non gluten-free wafers in a separate bag and made sure to tell me when delivering. 10/10 will definitely buy again!

Great place to stop for amazing gelato! If you are vegetarian/vegan, plenty of options and the cones are vegan too! Our favourites were Mango, Strawberry and Milk chocolate! Definitely will come back again.

The coffee gelato here is absolutely delicious! When they say coffee flavoured, they mean coffee. I have never had it like this anywhere else.

I also have to give a shout out to Tyler, for being so kind and helpful in answering any questions we had and for giving the perfect sized scoop!

My family is dairy free, soy free, egg free, and gluten free. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and accommodating. I’m so impressed by this little spot- but most importantly their staff. Just amazing! We were able to get 2 smoothies and 2 fruit flavored gelatos.

Gelato is very good quality, one of the best I've had for sure. Cappuccino is pretty good as well, pastry was good but it didn't feel very fresh. It was good nevertheless and with the amount of pros in this place, I didn't mind the pastry part so a solid 5 stars!

Loved the gelato here. I tried a combination of hazelnut and giandui and both were amazing but I liked giandui more. A must try when in Niagara, ON

Great ice cream. We especially liked the zero sugar stevia cafe and vanilla flavors. Super friendly service from Tyler and Grace as well. Nice people. We will be back.

Cute little dessert shop tucked away at the Fallsview resort mall. Their gelatos were especially delicious and I had to take some of their pistachio spread home as soon as I had a taste of it. I would come back here again!

Tyler and Grace’s customer service was the best. Very friendly and overall just made the experience at this gelato shop in Niagara Falls fun. The zero caffe ice cream is soooooooo gooooood! Thank you!

We asked for a couple of the guys favourite treats and we so very surprised with a galato ice cream sandwich and a pisctasio cake so so good. I will definitely be back and I would recommend that you try it out.

Surprisingly delicious! The dolce carlotta is a must try. The pizza margherita tasted of fresh and fragant tomatoes. Great selection.

I loved this place. Very unique options and delicious flavour with a very tasty cone. Wonderful dessert after a nice walk in town.

We ordered mocha & latte, mandarin ice cream and some pastries for a relaxing Saturday afternoon. Staff were super friendly! Nice place to have coffee/snacks and get some laptop work done~

The store was very full, with people just standing around, so it was really hard to get served. The gelato was okay.

Delicious gelato! The fruit flavors were rich and vibrant. The banana gelato was like a ripe banana and the mango was so juicy! The friendly staff was pleasant and allowed my family to taste the many different flavors until our hearts content (even after finishing our original purchase). The price was average and worth the refreshing treat. We will be going back again.

LOVE the lactose free options (banana, dark chocolate, strawberry). Or we would have had a very upset 9 yr old. Very tasty gelato! Thank you!

Creamy gelato! Highly recommend the After Eight gelato if you like mint. The chocolate gelato is very rich, like heavy fudge.

Had the best gelato I’ve had in a while. I opted for the large size choosing three flavours (mango, lemon and coconut) the mango and lemon were amazing and the coconut was a bit on the sweeter side but still great. Did not get a photo of my gelato but I did of these adorable little ice cream cakes they have!

It's one of the shops in the Falls View Casino and Resort. They have a nice selection of gelato in all shapes and sizes in cup or cone form. There's some seating but it's not for crowds. Make sure you use Canadian or debit/credit cards they had little US $.

It's ok. Was great when it first opened but find its now overpriced. Popular spot to stop in on a hot day. Gelato is good. Cappuccino and espressos are good too.

Ice cream is good, however not worth the high price. The guy successfully scammed us out of $2 for not telling us before hand that caramel drizzle and the waffle is extra. Once I pointed out that he didn't tell me that, he brushed me off saying 'oh yea I forgot' - very convenient

During a stay for four days in the area, I came to this place three times. The dark chocolate gelato was delicious and kept me coming back, and my wife loved the banana gelato - huge bonus that it was lactose free for her dietary requirements!

Great simple coffee and gelato bar in the Fallsview resort. Quick and not overpriced. Friendly staff.
