I participated in a condensed mindfulness birthing program with Erica and found it extremely helpful. I recently had my baby at 39 weeks. Our birth did not go to plan with some complications in the latter half of pregnancy. I used many of the practices taught at this course to get through it.

Erica is the sweetest and most calming nurse. My experience was great, with minimal pain or downtime. Highly recommend.
