The speaking test invigilator will go out of her way to make your test a living nightmare. She will intentionally ask weird questions unrelated to the standard IELTS speaking test format to throw u off guard. Just take the IELTS test some place else. Avoid this place at all cost.

I took 2 tests at this centre. Always very nice customer service, and all staff showed how much they value their customers.

Very poor service. I chose this center for IELTS test because it is not too far from my place. I took the computer-based test due to its quick results delivery and i really need the resut asap for my immigration application. However, after the expected final date of result, it only shows "this test results are currently unavailable in the test taker portal. Plz contact test center for further detail".

The CELPIP test is on the 5th floor and the elevator does not work. All candidates are supposed to take the stairs to the 5th floor.

I took the IELTS test a few weeks ago. The staff is very rude, they don’t have patience with us as a Non-native English speaker, which is so frustrating because mostly of the test takers are immigrants, plus we are already SO NERVOUS about the test and be treating rudely by them is really annoying. I would take this note because they should realize that is not nice what they are doing, and this might impact us in the test, please be nice with others test takers in the future and have more empathy with us. Thank you! (This is not included the examiner)

Passive aggressive and RUDE customer service. Examiners were okay nice even but the customer service staff lord help not good at all

I really admire this place for IELTS. Recently I booked my general IELTS Paper based mistakenly however, upon my request to Beatriz Moraes and Christine, I've been helped to transfer it to Computer delivered. I must admit that, they do understand and care for their applicants. Thanks ILSC again.

Best service i ever had from an IELTS test centre. Special appreciation to Beatriz Moraes (ILSC - Toronto) as she is such a heart warming, polite, and welcoming person with strong work ethics and dedication towards her job. She helped me with my queries in a timely manner and was considerate to call me back the next day to make sure the fulfilment of my request of additional TRF with the IELTS team. Great service!

The service from the Support Centre was incredibly helpful! They were able to answer all of my questions thoroughly. I was looking to get my my IELTS exam TRF and they directed me to the quickest solution for it and I was able to obtain the TRF within an hour.

I was absolutely happy with this test center. Test was smooth, sound during listening test was perfect, I got much better score than I expected. Old lady from the office (I think her name was Martha), helped me to receive my results on paper right on the date when the results were published online.

I suggest Chinese students not to take test here, the speaking tester is not serious about her job at all. She looked hangover that day and dressed like a homeless. She had a poker face during the testing process which made me think that a robot could do better job than her. My past speaking score was 6.5 taking five years ago. After studying in Canada for over two years, this tester gave me 5.5! One month later, I took another test without any extra preparation in Mississauga testing centre, and my testing score is 7.5! Can you imagine what happened? It was totally a joke. Maybe this tester deliberately treat Chinese students unfairly. SO DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.maybe this teacher no longer working here, but the testing centre did not select their tester responsibly.

诚挚建议大家不要来这里参加考试，口语考试老师看起来有宿醉，着装非常随意，整个提问对答的过程poker face, 我认为她有一定的反华态度，去年在这里的口语裸考考试成绩5.5，一个月后在密西沙加考试的口语裸考考试成绩7.5，我5年前在国内口语考试是6.5。我写了投诉信给雅思委员会，但是石沉大海，建议中国学生去密西沙加的考点参考，老师和监考老师态度都更友好一些。祝大家考试顺利。

I have been trying to contact the company via phone calls and email for more than two weeks and I have no answer. The point is that two tests were charged and my husband only did one! How long will I have to wait just to talk to someone and get the refund? We are talking about $ 345 dollars and absolutely no one responds to phone or email messages. Terrible customer service

Chinese students don't take exam here. The speaking officer is a racist woman and gave every Chinese student speaking score5.5！Ridiculous!

Please answer the call and emails i am waiting for my refund it is more than the time u asked to wait

They are very friendly and helpful especially Marta Polak. They understand the situation and help accordingly. They always gives reply on timely manner and reply in best possible way! Really someone should book exam with this centre.

The worse customer service experience I've had. I sent too many emails for my test cancellation and refund along one month but I did not get anyyyyy answer please answer the call and emails I am waiting for my refund it is more than the time you asked based on your website to wait.

I had a very good experience here for IELTS. The COVID-19 safety measures were taken very well. Process was smooth and results for my computer based exam came within 3 Business days. TRF pickup was very systematic too.

I wish I could give negative stars to tell how bad is the service. No body picks up phone or responds to email. Still awaiting for score that was supposed to be released on 31st January and not showing up on website. Have called multiple times but no response.

I highly recommend ILSC as I had great experience with it. Reception staff is really good and I wanna thanks to whole british council IELTS team for upgrading my band score in speaking module.

I had a very bad experience both with the test center as well as their head office in Toronto.

I had my Ielts test at '55 city center drive, Mississauga'. The enterance door was closed and nobody was there to unlock the door or take the extension call.

Nobody attends the Calls at their Toronto office.

It was very important for me to find a test center where I could feel comfortable to write my IELTS exam from. The administrators and test supervisors were very accommodating and understanding with certain requirements that I had asked for. I highly recommend the North York location. It is conveniently located to my home and on the subway line. Again thank you for all your understanding, help and assistance.
