Amazing place for facials, the owner is very thorough, I have been going for a few years now. The spa is also very clean and I love the massage chair.

Tell others why you hated this place: my family went here and were not given the stylist they booked. Some random lady was there, didn’t introduce herself and started working. Was insulting and verbally bullying my family member the whole time and didn’t even do the job properly, like what? Clearly from other reviews there are some great workers here, but management still keeps around these few bad apples.

Sorry consider checking out other places until Imaan’s Studio can provide a consistent experience.

I drive 40min to go Imaans for laser and brow threading. I had someone before mess up my bows. At Imaans they listen to what I want and how I want to grow them and where. They do exactly what I need with patience and checking along the way. I always get compliments on my brows and I always say Imaans. They have also been great with me and laser. My lip and chin are now done and I’ve been doing Brazilian. With darker skin it does take more sessions in certain spots anyone will tell you the same. I’ve now moved onto my legs and maintenance with my Brazilian. I did one under arm session and haven’t needed to do another… but will as soon as I see hair again. They use a very good laser compatible with pretty much any skin type. I would refer anyone here

I've been getting my eyebrows threaded here for at least 8 years, no where else I'd go! Excellent service and expertise!

I went in for my brows but unfortunately had a bad experience. Positives was that the place was very clean, great amenities and the lady did a good job.

However, I said I was getting my brows done for my wedding and was told I should have gotten a facial instead of my brow service since my skin was “bumpy”. I get trying to sell additional services but felt insulted by the comment. There wasn’t any availability for a facial even if I wanted it so there wasn’t a reason to comment on my skin.

All the ladies that work at Imann's are hands down amazing! Best eyebrow threading around. Very clean and super friendly I love Imann's. You definitely won't be disappointed after your first visit

I went to Imaan’s for the first time to get my eyebrows threaded. The studio is in the basement of a home. It is very clean and bright. I booked with the next available person. Sonia is pleasant, courteous and professional. I am very pleased with the outcome and will definitely be booking with Sonia again!

Very skilled crew. It is hard for me to trust someone to style my eyebrows, but I completely trust Imaan’s crew, specially Mina. The facility is beautiful and clean. The prices are fair. Highly recommend this place!

I got my eyebrows threaded and the lady was very nice and calm. I didn’t noticed until I got home but I have a gigantic cut under my brow from the threading. Disappointed because I expected better.

I have used several services at Imaan’s Studio. I have had laser hair removal, eyelash extensions, and eyebrow shaping done here. All of my experiences were great!

The laser hair removal has significantly made my life easier and worked really well for me. It’s a great investment into saving time from shaving/other hair removal techniques. Overall, I have had wonderful experiences here and am very happy with my results!

I’ve been going here for almost 2 years to get my brows and lashes done by Mina and have always had a great experience!

I didn’t catch my workers name but she was very nice. My brows look great but the only problem is that I experienced some cuts from the threading. I understand these things happen and wouldn’t want to penalize her too much.

Saved my eyelashes. I came in with a very tough request - I had extensions from another salon in Toronto and needed them fixed before a trip. I thought they would just add a couple additional lashes but instead they went in and gave me a full set of beautiful lashes. I was so grateful for the service and will definitely be back for additional treatments next time I am in town.

I was getting my eyebrows waxed for years until my cousin sent me to Imaan's for threading. Kanwal completely transformed my brows! My brows have never been bad, but the first thing she noticed was how they weren't levelled. It took a few months of leaving strategic hairs unplucked, but after that it was smooth sailing! The studio is so clean and relaxing, plus all the women that work there are so nice! I send all my friends to Imaan's and wouldn't trust anyone else with my brows!

Kanwal criticized my brows from the moment she saw me, you could tell she was in a mood because she was running behind (as she told me) and then she proceeded to ‘fix’ them. She told me I needed more hair under my arch so she threaded the top half of my one eyebrow only, leaving it unshaped and much thiner than my other brow. When I put on my glasses she then told me it looked better, considering the fact that my glasses helped cover her terrible job. I should have stuck with Zahra. I can no longer leave with my natural brows and will have to fill them in daily, and will be applying castor oil nightly to get them to grow back in.

I had been looking for a salon in London for a while and saw this place had good reviews. I was very upset with the aesthetician I had, she was extremely unprofessional and rude - making several comments on why she should charge me more than the website price listed. I definitely will not be coming back.

I've been seeing Kanwal for facials for 4 months now and I could not be more in love with the differences! After our first session I noticed improvements to my skins's texture, and now we're working on managing years of acne scarring. Extractions and exfoliating are inherently painful, but she makes it all tolerable and handles all the procedures with such care. All worth it! And as a student, her prices are super affordable

I went here today for the first time and I was impressed with how fast and efficient Zahra was. The service was fast, clean, and not painful at all. I will definitely be back.

Love going here, have been getting threading done for years and my eye brows are finally growing in and look more evened out. I have went to all the girls there and they each do a wonderful job, always recommend to friends and family

I went here to get my brows done and the lady doing them named "Zahra" Was very rude.

I had a bad experience. I went to do my eyebrow threading 2 months ago. I don’t remember the name of lady but she messed up my brows. She threaded my brows in different shape. I agree my brows bit upside down but You should atleast make them in proper shape. After that Kanwal tried to fix it and told me to grow more and come next time. As i read good reviews i thought let’s give one more try and booked an appointment with Kanwal. When i went her she said she can’t do my brows as no guarantee that it will be in same shape. I was so disappointed with her. She suggested me to grow 3-4 months and give a try and didn’t touch my brows and wasted my time. Frankly speaking i don’t like to give a review about anyone. But this one specifically for you. I guess you should know how to handle customers if you already disappointed them once

I have been getting my eyebrows threaded at Imaan's for years and I always have had the best experience! I decided to try laser with Mina (legs, brazillian and underarms) and it has honestly been life changing. I have light skin and dark coarse hair, so I used to have to shave EVERY day and always had terrible razor burn no matter what I did to prevent it. I literally don't have to shave anymore and my skin looks so so nice (no more dark shadows of hair coming in). I couldn't recommend getting this treatment done enough! Thanks you ladies for convincing me to try it out, it is well worth the time and money!

Kanwal and her staff are brow queens. Love the online booking system, and I book with whoever is available, as they all do a great job and I can get an appointment sooner this way. Kanwal is a perfectionist, and makes sure that your brows come out looking flawless. Definitely recommend this place.

Imaan's has the very best laser machine! I used to deal with having to wax very frequently - I have had 3 treatments and my hair reduction is more than 50%! -really life changing to say the least. This place is extremely clean and they always make you feel welcome. I have had 6-10 laser treatments at other places and did not experience even close to half of the results I see at Imaan’s. I get my laser treatments done with Zahra and she makes me feel comfortable and is very skilled at what she does -this laser experience has been amazing! I also had my eyebrows done with Kanwal and she was able to get them back to a really nice shape. Highly recommend Imaan’s Studio.

I've had a lot of bad experiences with my natural eyebrow shape being ruined by well-meaning aestheticians, but Kanwal consistently threads them to perfection. She is the only person I trust with my 'brows!
