Really poor customer service. They act like they don’t really need business and are doing us a favour by clicking a picture. The place shuts at hours of choice, so kindly donot follow the timings shown online. Also their prices are really high. Not recommended at all.

The attendant had the worst attitude ever. I needed to get my headshot taken for work and didn’t even look at the guidelines I provided. Would never recommend nor come back.

Such as bad service, I won’t never come back, personnel not polite, i suggest to take any manners course, workers there must need it

I had high hopes for this place, only to be met with a series of disappointing events. They delivered another man’s photograph and coerced me into paying for the product again upon pick up (they lack proper accounting). A warm exterior doesn’t always come with quality service.

I got my photos done at Print2Go they charge $6.99 for 2 photos. I would recommend Print2Go to anyone who wants to get their photos done.

Fast service and helpful staff and even open on Sundays. Took passport photos for me and my two young children and they were done in one quick session and ready in less than time than getting a coffee.

They are theif. Man said he knows how many picture are needed for passport. And later he denied and over charge me.

Lady was very patient. She took so many photos of my child just to get the right one. Didn't get mad or rushed me. Would definitely recommend this place.

They say kids pics get longer, that’s why adults and other than kids should be prioritized. Even no respect for the turns. Absolutely unprofessional. Wish there was 0 stars.

Quick and easy passport / immigration photos. Several dollars cheaper than at Shoppers Drug Mart.

I went to images etc.today to have a passport photo for my six month old son done. They were extremely professional, quick and actually managed to get an excellent photo of him, despite his age and squirminess. I was extremely impressed with their professionalism and their price was very reasonable. I would recommend this store to everyone.

I have been a customer for over 5 years; it is my 'go to location' for prints, portraits and passport photos. And the knowledgeable staff delivers great and friendly service. A local business that is a hidden gem (right across from the TD Bank in the East York Town Centre).

I've been going there for a few years for passports pictures and family portraits. Service is always fast and the prices are affordable and the pictures come out great.

Thanks a lot Images! The prob about the photo that I faced last week with a new trainee (worker) was solved in a very nice and professional manner by the the owner right away next day, they retaken my photos.
