Imagine Cinemas Lakeshore

I used the foam hand sanitizer to clean our seats and arm rests down, they were full of popcorn grease and remnants of food from whomever sat in the seats before us. When I went and asked for paper towels (to clean the seats and armrests), the young man pointed towards the wall where they were mounted. He didn't use "words". This is the second time in a row I've had to clean the seats. The bathrooms look like they haven't been cleaned in a while. The mounted bins for sanitary napkins were overflowing, which is quite "unsanitary". The two stars are for the luxury (dirty) seats and screen, not cleanliness or service. I think movie theaters are going to be a thing of the past very soon.

Not 5 stars due to the comfort of seating.unfortunately the movie I was goung to see was not avaliable in the Devonshire Mall theater, so I went to Lakeshore.

The theater seats were a bit awkard in which they swung around a little bit, with the flap down bottoms, also not much room between the theater seat rows.

The staff was friendly, and kind.

It was so dirty I did not even wanted to sit down. The trash was just shoved underneath the seats. The floors were so sticky you couldn’t even walk normal.

Glad they play Indian films here, saving us a trip to Detroit. But the seats are just downright awful.

Way better than the corporate theatres, Imagine Cinemas Lakeshore has the best popcorn around!

Went to the show today and asked for a cup to share a glass of pop. Told do not have any cups, could not get soft drink cup ad they count those but could buy one for $6.00. Unfortunately this theatre must be having difficulties as the concession has been going down for sometime now. Makes going to a show difficult.

Wanted to go watch sound of freedom at 945 tonight Aug 12 but when you call the theater it says it's closed

Saw Movie Sound of Freedom - GREAT Movie.
Theatre Seats were Very Comfortable.
The 'Sound' Was Good.

Went to get a refill on my drink and the attendant used my old cup to scoop up ice from their sink instead of using a new cup. The same cup I drank out of and held in my hand. Teach your staff to use new cups on refills.

ONLY theater playing SOUND OF FREEDOM. For that I give it a 4 star and the fact that the real life movie just shows how evil people are. Not a fan of two of the employees their. The two females didn't understand that sound of freedom had no graffiti/sex sence. The one female name beginning with (B) tried to not sell us tickets. Just goes to show you the evil working against something showing the evil. 5 Years in the making. Waiting disney and no intention to have this out. God pervaled yet again. As he always will.

Been here 3 times this month every time there is next to no ac sweating just sitting there

This place has old style seats and luxury recliner seats as well. Only about a $3 difference in price. Beautiful theatre. Not as crowded with people as Devonshire theatre.

Everything is good, but having only popcorn, Candy and drinks is not enough. Need to have more items.

Clean environment and well kept up, not normally too busy but the snack line when it's full moves fast
