Very accommodating place when it comes to language barrier, all the required services are available in the same building, very easy and transparent booking process, you pay what is mentioned online, no additional extra hidden charges or costs and overall process is very fast and smooth.

The worst place I have ever been. My boyfriend and I went there for a body check. In a few days, my boyfriend got an email telling him there is something abnormal in the report. I received no email but it was actually about my report instead my boyfriend’s. After paying an extra 40 dollar fee for a further talk with the doctor, no response was given by them. After I called them, the reception claimed no fee was received and asked me to forward the confirmation of the payment. I did that immediately and then no one answered my phone for that whole day. In the next day, I called again and was told they had sent me an email confirming the doctor would call me on that day between 9 and 13. No email was received by me, and no call was received on that day. Same, no one answered my phone any more! It was such a bad experience.

Dr. Butterfill is the most kind and caring doctor I've ever met, staffs at the reception are very welcoming and courteous.
