Very good and fast medical examination. In addition they are working on Saturdays. It was very important for me.

Everything went quickly, the employees are friendly and know their work. All my questions were answered. If I could, I would give 6 stars. Definitely recommend.

From the entrance till the exit, the service was excellent. All the staffs attended us was very courteous and helpful. Especially, the Physician attended our medicals was super friendly and explained all the process in detail. Definitely recommend this location at Bristol Road.

I took my mum for her immigration medical exam and we were excited to be attended within the advertised timeframe of maximum 2hrs for everything including X-ray.
It’s my expectation that the result uploading to the IRCC portal will stay on track too.

The receptionist are very helpful. The waiting line approximately 45-60mins. Staffs are informative.you should come early in morning. Highly recommended.

My experience at Immigration Medical Centre was great! I required an upfront medical examination for Permanent Residency and found the page through Google. The fees are reasonable, the staff are very welcoming and friendly. The service was really quick even though the center was busy. I even went on a Saturday since I couldn't visit during the week and got everything done in an hour. X-Ray clinic is in the same building which is convenient. For those out of town and commuting using public transit like me, it's also easily accessible from Clarkson Go station. Highly recommend! 5/5

Being newcomers we didn't know how to find a recognized doctor to do our medical so we searched and found this centre and we were able to get an appointment.
From making the appointment to the completion of the process our experience with Immigration Medical Centre was a wonderful one.
First of all the convenience of making the appointment virtually due to covid-19 concerns was helpful. Before the actual date of the appointment, we were contacted and given the option of an earlier date which we gladly accepted. We were given a call reminder a day before the appointment.
On arrival, all covid-19 protocols were in place making us feel safe. The support staff was pleasant and very professional in their dealing. Everything was organized and even though other persons while we were there everyone was looked after in a timely manner.
Dr. Bains was very professional in her dealings, She calmed any fears, listened attentively and was very thorough in her deliberations. We had some issues in one of our reports and D.r Bains personally contacted us, explained the issue and has indicated her willingness to further assist us if necessary.
Of note also is the presence of clean and accessible washrooms, this was especially helpful for us as we had travel a good distance to get there.
Two weeks after doing our medical, we applied for and received copies of our results.
If I were to grade Immigration Medical it would be A+. Thank you Dr. Bains and staff for your service, If we have to do it again this would be our go to place.

Everything there was super clean and sanitized. All Covid-19 protocols followed carefully by staff and all tests processed completely organized and on time. Thanks for all crew and special thanks to Dr. Anita Aghabagheri and Mr. Erfan as they did my test process friendly, full-proficient and great.

The great experience started from the booking process. They made every effort to try to find me a suitable early appointment even though it was a very busy time. When a new better appointment was found, they actually called me and asked me if I wanted to change my initial appointment which I did. They have great communication and customer service.

Overall nice experience.however nurses could have been more trained and experienced instead of learners so they do not mess up with the tests and reports.
