Disappointing Customer Service Experience at Immigration Medical Centre
I recently had an extremely frustrating experience with the immigration medical centre, and I feel compelled to share my feedback to help improve your services.
Upon moving from Edmonton to Ottawa, I called the center seeking assistance with booking online, as your phone system suggested. Despite my inquiry, the receptionist assured me that appointments could be booked online. Subsequently, the center rescheduled our appointment after initially confirming it.
On the scheduled day, arriving at 12: 50 p.m. For a 1: 00 p.m. Appointment, I found a note indicating a lunch break from 12: 00 p.m. To 1: 00 p.m. The receptionist returned at 12: 15 p.m. And informed us that they couldn't conduct the requested test since I wasn't their patient. This was in direct contrast to my earlier clarifications over the phone.
To make matters worse, the receptionist suggested either returning to Edmonton or finding another doctor in Ottawa. This lack of flexibility and the dismissive attitude displayed were both rude and unhelpful.
My overall experience was extremely disappointing, and I believe improvements are crucial for maintaining professionalism and customer satisfaction. I wish I could rate the service zero instead of one. I hope this feedback helps in addressing the issues I encountered.

"Blood tests, lung x-rays should be done and should be more comprehensive. The doctor and staff are friendly. Have a good day! "

Doctor there is sooo nice, and his nurses are nice too. 10/10 would reccomend would also go back again

Went there for IME. I booked it the same day. It was a great experience! Quick and efficient. The doctor and staff was really polite and handled everything professionally
