The cleaners need to learn etiquette n basic manners.
At Hillcrest Reactivation Centre, before entering someone’s room you should knock first before entering. Empty all waste basket including the patients you dislike. The morning shift girl on 2nd floor also need to be more conscious of the noise n commotion she creates in the morning as there are patients next door to her janitorial room. She spends her day on her cell phone in the room with door partially closed. Poor morale.

The owner George is very rude to his office work and so as the managers loved to swear in the office not professional at all he believes everything people say with out asking the other party that was involved. Not a company to work for the environment is toxic.
