The lift chocolate smoothie is delicious - it hits the spot since it’s a “healthier” version of milkshake. It has a good viscosity although it could be even thicker.

The cappuccino is pretty good.

The chocolate collagen pudding is tiny and has a somewhat jelly mousse texture. It tasted ok, it’s just very expensive.

The collagen booster shot is also tiny and very expensive - the exact brand is in Loblaws for a fraction of the price.

I don’t like that the refrigerated items don’t all have prices and it’s not written on a menu nor on the product. Very bizarre and not transparent. That needs to change.

It’s a modern spacious go-to spot as it’s big enough to always have a table (all surrounding cafes never seem to have a seat) even though it’s always busy. It’s also big enough to be left alone to work - lots of people also have their laptops out. The music provides some atmosphere and it’s not too loud.

The service is perhaps “too friendly” as they spend far too long talking to friends/locals and creating long queues. There is always a long wait for smoothies and coffees for cafe standards - 5-10 minutes waiting in line and then 20+ minutes for merely drinks to arrive. I’ve not ordered their hot food yet so don’t want to know how long that wait would be.

There are a few washrooms and they’re pretty modern and clean.

Overall, I’d recommend this place if you’re not in a rush and want to use your laptop here.

Love the food options and atmosphere! Impact is a nice place to work or study at with lots of natural light, ample seating, and (most importantly) power outlets. Employees are super friendly as well!

Really nice environment inside. Always has seating available unlike surrounding cafes. If Lululemon were to make a cafe this would be it! However, you pay for it - prices are expensive.

Impact kitchen has become my go-to spot for lunch. Excellent vibes, and excellent service. Every time my water was anything less than 60% full, one of the staff members named Joey was always quick to make sure my thirst was quenched. This is especially lovely considering how sexy he is in those tight black shorts! Sometimes I don’t get as much work done because I become fixated on that ripe peach and brown curly hair…But I’ll take that trade any day!

Fantastic place to get healthy food and leave full!

I got the Zesty Mexican.it was fantastic.very filling.

The staff is pleasant and friendly.even with all my requests for extra toppings.

Stayed to catch up on work.atmosphere is spacious and clean!

Healthy ingredients but breakfast meals had no care/love in them, bacon was reheated (microwave?) and side avocado scooped out of a container. Overall sterile and impersonal dining experience. Won't eat here again.

Nice hangout spot, good drinks and foods. A word of advice I know it could get boring for some staff without it, but the music is very loud. Like so overbearing my noise cancelling over the ear headphones don’t matter.

Food is not bad, but pricey for the amount you get. I ordered a soup that comes with a “slice of sourdough bread”, which sounds great except it was the smallest, thinnest piece of bread you could imagine.

Great location and atmosphere, kind staff, but they have serious hygiene issues, so don't order food here. The cookie counter has been infested with insects for weeks (look for them when you order), and that's right in front of customers. I can only imagine the kitchen in the back is worse.

Super friendly and patient staff! We got the two pieces of avocado tomato feta toast for $9.95 and it was delicious. It’s a big space and there’s also wifi. Lots of people working as well so it could be a study/work spot. We’ll definitely return!

Tasty, health-conscious, allergen-friendly food. However, slightly over-priced, in-person I’ve seen the bakery counter swarmed with flies, the app is finicky and in-person counter service is shocking. Twice now I’ve been waiting for app pick-up with countless employees chatting and laughing and unprofessional screaming around, with my food and drinks cold sitting underneath the counter or in a separate area and they just “forgot” to put it out until I asked or did not bother to ask why I had been standing for 20min (beyond the pickup time).

I've ate here 3 times now because i live next door. This is without a single doubt the worst restaurant/cafe in all of king west. The food is insanely over priced. I just ordered the chicken sandwich and it was uncooked, raw, tasteless, the bread was inedible.im shocked at how this restaurant is still in business being so expensive and so disgustingly bad all the time.

This is the place you go to start or end your day. The team isn’t just a coffee or food place, they are part of your day. Their attitude, quality of food and overall vibe is somewhere you can go to relax, be productive or meet up.

I wanted to like this place because I have heard great comments and I know people who work there. And I love their double chocolate cookies.

However, my experience was very very negative. We went for brunch today (well, 2 of us ate, one didn’t because the food never came), ordered at 11: 20, at 11: 40 we got one of dish, 20 mins later the second one, then I was left with nothing until 12: 30ish when we decided that it was better to not have my food as I could see they were not sure if it was coming or not. I was not the only person having the same issue, the guy in a table beside us had also been waiting for an hour. People who came after us were served before that.

I get you have problems, I understand that there might be a glitch or x, y, z with your system, but instead of telling me “it is coming, it is almost ready, your plate will be out soon, ” you could have explained.

We all ate at different times, and I ended up not eating. They reimbursed me and apologized, but the experience has left me not wanting to come back.

One of my to-go to with Ubereats. Although recently I have been getting cold meat/chicken! I dropped by to get some studying done and found the music to be a bit too loud for my liking (I’m bias here). Yet, it’s a great spot in the city to get work done! Love the Huge windows. Nice seating, Lots of light! If I wasn’t studying for a big exam I’d probably come to get work done there. Will drop again to try their food in store!

Can’t recommend this place enough! Food is always so good, staff is friendly and they have great service. Feels nice to order from a place that you know has “clean” food and lots of nutrient-dense options:)

If I could only eat at one place for the rest of my life, it would be Impact. Food is so good that I willingly drive from 20+ mins away at least once or twice a week to pick up from here. Best food, great service (everyone is so nice!), you really feel great after a visit to Impact.

Out of all the healthy fast food joints, Impact is one of my favourites. The ingredients are top notch and I don’t have to scan the menu looking for the “clean” food because it’s all clean and it all tastes great.

Big fan of the zesty Mexican power bowl (that tostada crumble - so good). Also if you haven’t had their chocolate sea salt cookie yet, go get one right now.

Presentation was non existence, portion is incredibly small for such a high price, honestly would not recommend.

Impact KItchen never disapoints, they have a delicious Beni over zucchini fritters its keto friendly and delicious.accessible patio.

Charged me $14 ($18.5 including tax and delivery) for a chicken soup. Was less than 350 ml, even didn’t full up a normal glass.
It’s all yellow water with no taste. No spice, no vegetables, no chicken in it. Just found 3 tiny pieces of carrots in it.
Very disappointed and wouldn’t recommend at all.

That Mexican bowl is the stuff of dreams. I could eat it every day. Each component is so well thought out. It’s also very reasonably priced if you consider the other options in the area. The place has lovely interiors and seating space. Other places offering similar food charge more without offering the great vibe you’ll find in here. You’ll actually want to stay and enjoy your food rather than take it away. I really loved the paleo cinnamon roll to finish off. It was packed full of nuts and not overly sweet.

This is very nice place - just a message for the manager: if you are not here apparently the employees can't lower the sound of the music. I don't mind music, but allow the option to take it a notch down for visitors who might have a headache, autistic spectrum or any other reasonable argument and would appreciate a slightly lower volume. I come once in a while. The bowls are good. Service behind the counter is very slow. Service outside is good. Shakes are warm. Don’t get me started on price. Will very rarely shop here until prices correct.

Horrible staff. Don't know about the food, but I got roasted by the staff for looking out for my customer and providing them cutlery for their meal. Apparently cutlery is not environmentally friendly, and I shouldn't be looking to improve customer experience for my clients. Got a nasty remark over a plastic fork. Yep a fork. If you like rude pretentious service this is the place to be. Do not recommend.

Love their bone broth. A bit pricey but the quality is there. Great spot for a coffee, to get some work done, or to grab lunch.

Espresso was mediocre, the brownie was alright. I paid $9.10 for the two. That's expensive, but then again, people are sitting there and doing work. I finished a book there. So if you are wondering what you are paying, it's the rent.

It would be good to list what are in dishes, the farmers breakfast was mostly kale. Even kale farmers wouldn't put kale in a farmers breakfast

I had lunch here for the first time today and they have great selection for people with gluten intolerance or vegetarians. I ordered a macro bowl, drip coffee and a bottle of water. In all it came to 25$, honestly it wasn’t worth it salad was quite small for the price and didn’t even include a protein. Also while I was in the store I filled out a survey for 15% off my next visit. The girl who was doing the survey forgot to give me my discount before I headed back to work. I won’t be back here, far too pricey, small portions, staff also need to work on customer service.

I have been to Impact kitchen several times, really tasty healthy food with nice presentation. The only dowside is their prices which could have been less compared to the food portion.

Great food, specially for health conscious people, lots of Keto-friendly dishes and amazing space for people who want to work with laptops. The chocolate cookie with salt is a must try!

This is their idea of a $12 breakfast. Eggs were cold. Portions were insanely small for the price. Charged almost $5 for 2 tiny pieces of bread and a bit of avocado.

Concept/Ambiance: Ce Fast-casual Healhy a tout pour plaire. Déco' sympa, serveurs à l'écoute et un spot parfait si on veut travailler. Je n'ai pas forcément l'habitude d'aller dans des endroits comme celui-ci et pourtant j'ai adoré (4,5/5)

Cuisine: Les ingrédients sont sains, locaux et de qualités. On comprend rapidement qu'ici, on aura pas des gros burgers bien gras mais bien des plats copieux et healthy (5/5)

Qualité-Prix: Rien à redire sur la qualité mais les prix sont tout de même légèrement trop élevés. Attention au prix lorsque vous prenez des jus detox maison (4/5)

A friend and I stumbled upon Impact after a day trip to Body Blitz Spa on November 9th, 2019. We were looking something healthy & delicious and wandered in still somewhat undecided. We were immediately greeted by a friendly staff member who gave us a rundown of the menu and offered thoughtful selections based on our preferences. The associate at the counter was equally lovely as she took our order. In fact, every single employee that we had interactions with was warm, genuine, and knowledgeable about the cuisine. Our meal and beverages came promptly and where heavenly. Huge portions of fresh, tasty food! So healthy and yet decadent at the same time. We ate every bite and followed it up with a salted caramel chocolate cookie for dessert. (These cookies were SO amazing that we bought some more to take home). Big kudos to the entire staff and a special shout out to the manager we spoke to that evening for providing a wonderful experience, start to finish! We will absolutely be back next time we come to town. Many thanks

Good food but way over priced and snooty service from the cashier. Feels like a college cafeteria with all the students on their laptop.

I came to pick up food and this lady refuse to give me water. Apperantly they were closing and pouring some water was gonna take too much time

What has happened to this place? Earlier this year, this place was the go-to for our office. Now, I will only go for one baked good (RAW cashew cookie is amazing) because the rest you will be wasting your money on. I ordered a latte from there and I took a sip when I left and it tasted burnt. I opened it up and there was not one bit of foam (see pic). It’s a latte…it looked like I ordered a coffee. Maybe they put a splash of milk in? I had their salmon dinner a couple of weeks ago which was really tasty to be fair, but for the price, there was a very very small thin piece of salmon. I got the macro bowl today and my unseasoned bland chicken was so SO dry, a sip of water was needed after every bite to wash it down. The sweet potatoes in it were crunchy and not baked fully. It was so bad I won’t even consider getting this again. Someone in my office also ordered a bowl from here today and her bowl was half full when it’s normally properly filled. Not sure if there is a new management but it’s been really disappointing these past couple of months! Better walking a bit further to somewhere else.

Impact kitchen is known for its healthy meals, here you can discover vegan, vegetarian, paleo, and gluten-free options. They have a cold fridge takeaway counter, hot eat in counter, as well as a coffee counter. Everything can be paid for in the same space. It's a large restaurant with quite a bit of seating. Docked stars for slow table clean up, lack of table service, and lack of anyone clearly explaining that there is no table service! If you want something, it's an order/pay and get a number to your table situation.
