Impact Kitchen

I really wanted to love it, but it only deserves a 2.5 star review. Read on for a full breakdown:

- Zesty Mexican Bowl: it smelled really good, but the rice was undercooked, the sauce is quite citrusy already, didn’t need the extra lime on the side.
- Poke Bowl: ordered with chicken instead of tuna. This one was not bad! Portions were alright but it was hella expensive. If I remove tuna (aka the more expensive protein), and sub it in with a less expensive protein, why do I have to pay more?
- Butternut Squash soup: honestly, nothing special. Could definitely taste the ginger kick. Moxies has way better quality and taste. There was almonds on this, which didn’t feel like it fit well. Also wish they had given me a small packet of black pepper. It came with a piece of bread which was harder than my head.
- Tomato + Feta Toast: don’t waste your money on this. The serving was TINY for the price and everything was thin - the toast was thin, the layer of avocado was thin, the amount of feta was little. The only thing that was good was the generous amount of sprouts.
- Chocolate Sea Salt Cookie: the only amazing thing on this menu. Texture was perfect, the sides were crispy. Chocolate melted in your mouth, decadent and gooey. So satisfying! We got the BOGO deal, so it was worth it. Otherwise I would not pay $5 for a cookie that’s only the size of my palm.

We ordered on Uber Eats, so unfortunately we couldn’t “send it back to the kitchen”.

Overall, the only thing I would reorder is the cookie only if it’s on special. Nothing else is worth coming back for.

The staff have a bad temper when dealing with delivery drivers and deliveries constantly take longer than usual to be ready. Especially at this store on Atlantic Avenue, Toronto, my experience was terrible. I hope the team receives training to avoid unpleasant situations like this.

Food was good but they didn’t bother to include forks. I had to eat the food using Tim Hortons stir sticks

My go to spot for a quick breakfast and take out smoothie. The food is always quick and of excellent quality, and the prices are fair. Service is extremely fast and staff are always friendly.

Walked out. Took too long to take order at counter. Lots of people standing around heads buried in their phone orders (? !?) with no clear queue or whatever. Taking an order is not rocket science; here it seemed like quite the atypical process.

Been wanting to try this place for a while and just ordered the victory bowl, $18 later and I got less than half a bowl full of vegetables.if I had noticed earlier I would have asked for a refun but had already walked 20 minutes home. For some reason I couldn’t post the photo with this review but I posted two in the photos section. Very disappointed.

Super helpful staff! The gentleman at the front with tatts helped me with getting a coffee subscription, and it's the best thing ever! I've only had the baked goods and chia pudding, but both are delicious! Great music = great vibes!

Always such a great vibe here, delicious and healthy food and friendly staff! So many favourite menu items, especially the weekend brunch items!

We came here because of a lot of good reviews, but turned out to be a total disappointment. Came in Saturday night at 5, it is quite empty, inside they have very modern deco with high ceiling, relaxing atmosphere.
Ordered:
Warrior power bowl with steak: $15+$6.5 - 2/5
Spicy chicken sandwich: $21.99-2/5
Portion is very small, steak was very dry and hard, chicken was dry too, and it took 25min wait for the foods to come. Two items cost $50 with tax and tips. For this quality and portion, it is not worth the money. Will not be coming back.

Paul is a great leader, and his staff takes wonderful care of the guests! Sofia and Nick were very friendly and informative of the menu. The food was fresh, fast, and delicious. I was here for 3 days and made sure to stop in because it is in my top restaurants to visit in Toronto!

Delicious food, great location with parking out front. The menu has lot's to offer and you can make customizations. Everything is made fresh.

Excellent experience ordering catering for a large meeting, the food was amazing, the service was amazing and everything was organized and done super professionally and of course the food was great!

Love impact kitchen - some of our faves are their lift and super green smoothies, zesty mexican bowl and their paleo chicken tenders. Portions are great as well.

I love this location - whenever I’m having a bad day, I come here and treat myself to a meal. The atmosphere feels good, the staff are lovely, and the portion sizes are wonderful, not to mention the amazing quality of the food (you taste the difference). They’ve rewarded me through their points program, and they have a bottle-return program for all their glass bottle products, that gets you points (hello my eco-friendly peeps!)

We ordered an extreme hot Cortado, but is was not even warm enough. Also, there were cabinet bugs bothering us around table and on top of our Banana loaf and Bar.

Just dropped in before a TFC game. Everyone here is super friendly and the coffee and hot chocolate really hit the spot.

This is a great location with amazing food options! My favourite is the Zesty Mexican Bowl with well-done salmon. It's simply perfection and would recommend that you try it!

The only reason I am not giving this location a 5-star is because I am not a fan with how they serve water for the table. I know that this may be a strange thing to point out, but hear me out. From what I've noticed, they reuse the water that has been leftover in the jug by previous customers. Sometimes those jugs look pretty dirty and the last time I was there, the water tasted strange. In my opinion, it would be far more sanitary to have cleaned, filled watered jugs on the table available for customers to grab, and any leftover jugs on the tables customers were eating at should be taken inside, cleaned and re-filled with fresh tap water before being placed back out.

I would advise that if you're planning to dine-in and the above would be an issue for you, bring your own water bottles (if you don't want to purchase bottled water).

This is the biggest issue I have with this location, but other then that the food such as the bowls, burger, broth and soups are great!

Love that impact kitchen is finally in liberty village. My go to spot for healthy but delicious food options. Few favourites are: chia pudding, warrior bowl, poke bowl, restore smoothie and the dark chocolate and sea salt cookie. The staff is always super helpful and friendly which makes the experience enjoyable. Thanks to the whole team!

Impact Kitchen is my favourite place for healthy eats in the city! On top of that, their smoothies & dark chocolate sea salt cookies make for a perfect afternoon pick me up:)
