Aman/Rubi did fantastic job customizing my one shoulder gown into two shoulder gown. Great and friendly customer service provided. Highly recommending to take their service.

Gagan was the only helpful person here. I ordered from Velvet Room who told me alterations would be free, they then afterward made me pay $50. Additionally, they told me to come at a specific time, I came and the shop was closed and the person I called on the phone was very rude. THEN after I got a call that it wasn’t even ready yet! Horrible service, will not be back.

This laundry store's unprofessionalism was at peak when they promised to clean my blanket in one day but took three days, consistently stretching the timeline. An inexperienced store as they not only failed to complete the job properly but also left a strange oil smell in my blanket after days of waiting.

I appreciate your response, but I must correct some inaccuracies. I dropped off my blanket on a Tuesday, not a long weekend. The issue was not the time it took but the inconsistency in the promised timeline. We got the blanket on Friday and gave the review on Monday, unlike you specified.

As a customer, I believe constructive feedback helps businesses improve. Instead of defending against an honest review with the lies, I suggest using it to enhance your services and customer communication.

Listen up everyone if you have clothes that needs altering then Imperial Fashion is the place to go. Their services are impeccable, I mean proper! Ruby and Gagan both are great at what they do, they are very thorough, tentative. They listen very well to what you desire and describe, and is very tactful in captivating that which you described, also adding their inputs, is then able to create a masterpiece, leaving me happy and satisfied. I’m sold! This is it for me, therefore it is with great pleasure I sincerely and truly recommend their good work. I promise you will not regret it. See for yourself! You will be one happy camper.
Oh I forgot to tell you, they put their customers first. My sister was travelling out of country, and these ladies worked overtime just to make my sister happy. Very commendable!

They did an amazing job altering my Indian outfits - it's not always easy to find a tailor who can work with such intricate garments. The customer service was exceptional, and the staff were warm, friendly, and very helpful. Highly recommend!

I recommend them for any custom or already made suits they have in stock. They are so sweet and thier customer service is what makes the experience so smooth.

Gagan and Ruby are wonderful. I frequently came in to get my pants altered, and they finished in an hour because I required them for my new job. Yesterday I brought in my suits because they were too loose and tight on me. It took 3–4 hours for them to be fixed, and they closed at 10: 00 pm for my mother and me because we had a flight the following day. Additionally, the costs are fair.

Absolutely by far the most sub par dry cleaning service I ever encountered.
After dry cleaning my suit came back more wrinkled than it went in and my shirt came back wrinkled and with a stain. It’s unfortunate that good service is hard to come by.

Ruby is best. She is very sweet and very welcoming. Recently i just went at shop. I got a three suits.very resenable price. 100% recommended

Imperial fashions and dry cleaners are the best in Brampton! I have been dry cleaning my clothes and buying stuff from them for more then 3 years and I’ve always left 100% satisfied! I highly recommend this place for dry cleaning and suits! Owners are very kind and helpful!

Store gives great ethnic and indo-western vibes. What a great collection of jewelry and fabric. Went in for alteration and ended up getting good wedding wearable’s. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED and great Customer Service offered to us.

I wish i can leave 0 stars because thats what this place deserves. I dropped off dry cleaning on a Wednesday and they assured me i can pick it up Saturday at 6pm. When i got there on Saturday there was a note on the door saying sorry we closed at 5pm today. So i came back the next day they were supposed to open at 11am and they were closed again for the whole day. I needed tthese clothes for a baptism on Sunday that i never ended up getting. Place is a joke no body called me or anything. DO NOT GO HERE
