Called to book an appointment to schedule a chest xray. They informed no appointment needed, just walk in. Now waiting here for an hour. I see people with prior appointments come and do their xray. So possibly I was misinformed.

Lana the best ultrasound technician. Me and my husband and son had so much fun while she was doing the scan. She was awesome and great.

My wife just had her 8 week pregnancy ultrasound done. Lana was the one who assisted us. She kept us involved throughout the process and made us very comfortable. Also, the clinic is pretty clean. Highly recommend!

Today, I had an amazing ultrasound. Lara is very professional and provided an extraordinary service. She made sure that I am comfortable, and able to see my precious little one on the screen. Overall, Impexxus Medical office at Whitby Mall including all their receptionist and Radiologist Tech are amazing.

Lana was amazing! I normally hate doing these appointments becuase they are always so painful for me. However, Lana talked me through it, making sure i was okay with every step, thereby making it a painless experience. She is very professional, cares for her patients and overall made me feel very comfortable from the beginning. Just came back from my 20 weeks prenatal ultrasound and this is my best ultrasound experience so far. Lana was wonderful. She talked to me and the baby the whole time, letting me know which part of the baby's body part she was focusing on. Lana was also a perfectionist, she was determined to take clear and perfect pictures even when the baby was moving non stop. Of course, the staffs at the front desk were also very friendly.

Lana was an amazing tech, made me feel very comfortable and explained to me exactly what we were seeing throughout the whole process! So happy to have had my ultrasound here!

Lana, Lana, Lana! Just had my ultrasound with her and My husband and I have only been talking about her ever since we left. After going to different clinics for my previous ultrasounds, I decided to do my 31st week ultrasound here since the reviews looked impeccable & my husband was allowed in the room to see the baby. Lana was so kind and fun to have this experience with and extremely patient and knowledgeable. She showed us the baby’s growth, position, heartbeat, entire anatomy scan with so much love and composure. Went for an ultrasound appointment today with my niece. Had such a wonderful experience. Lana the tech was super nice and provided my niece with an accurate ultrasound. Lana made my niece feel so at ease also. Lana took the time and explained every detail step by step. I would recommend this clinic. Wonder and very friendly staff!

Its my first time here during my pregnancy, we had a very good experience with LANA. She is very friendly and took time to explain everything about the babies growth, with patience. I wish I would have come here earlier. Will highly recommend LANA for your pregnancy scan.

Today I went in for an ultrasound, usually I dread going in for this as I have severe social anxiety. I was blessed by having Lana do my ultrasound! She was so sweet and calm made me feel comfortable and for the first time ever I had no anxiety she was so gentle and was amazing at communicating with me.

I have never had a bad experience here, however, yesterday when I went for my 20 week anatomy scan, Lana was wonderful. She took time to do the scan correctly, and absolutely worked her hardest to try and get the pictures she needed of my very stubborn baby who would not stay still for her. She made me feel welcomed, and happy as she showed me my baby’s cute hands & feet, which she also found adorable. She also was super sweet with my 4 year old who came in, very excited and happy to see her baby sister! Overall, I will keep booking any imaging I need done here, as they make me feel comfortable and happy!

We have been going to Lana for our second baby. She is very friendly and professional, she makes feel you comfortable and answer all your questions patiently. The experience with her has been exceptionally pleasant.

Lana has made my experience very comfortable each time. I don’t really enjoy going to these appointments but she’s made it a whole lot better from how kind, caring and professional she is.

I was very very impressed at how lovely the staff is here, especially Lana who helped me with my ultrasound, she was so friendly and helpful since I haven't been to an ultrasound clinic in years I wasn't sure where to place my leg but she was so friendly and nice and helped me relax and feel completely comfortable through the whole process. I would recommend this office to everyone, and if you get the choice ask for Lana, she is honestly the sweetest person.
