Excellent care from everyone involved, starting at the reception and all the way to the doctors. I would like to give a special thank you to Khadija and Sarah, to the anesthesiologist and most of all - to Dr. Leslie David!
I had a difficult procedure: two teeth extractions had to be taken out piece by piece because they were beyond regular pulling, plus my wisdom tooth nerve was wrapped around my facial nerve. Dr. David had to work with extra care not to damage my facial nerve.

Dr. David and her team did an excellent job: I have no bruising, no swelling, she provided me with an effective pain management plan so I'm healing nicely.
Very grateful for all their help and would recommend Dr. David and her team to everyone!

Dr David is an excellent surgeon and came highly recommended by two other professionals. My recovery has been easy. I decided to use just a local anaesthetic, and the implant procedure went smoothly.

Easiest possible wisdom tooth removal. I am so thankful and pleased with my experience. I was really anxious going in and was immediately made comfortable by my kind nurse. Dr Lesley David KNOWS her profession 110 %. Having gone to another doctor who could not perform my implant unless I had a sinus lift, and left me with a huge blue cheek after pulling my molars (and leaving a piece of root still in my socket) I decided to change doctors. Two post were implanted, without any bruising. And no need for any painkiller after. So two thumbs up for dr David.

I found all the Staff very Professional and very compassionate. They made me feel comfortable. The Doctor especially was very exceptional, caring and informative. He explained to me all my options, what to expect, how to care for it after the surgery. He even phoned to follow up that evening to make sure I was okay.

Dr. Jonathan Pong is amazing. My tooth extraction took seconds, literally, and the tooth was a molar that was not loose. It felt like he just coaxed it out of my mouth with his magic hands. I was under local anesthesia because I have sleep apnea. I didn't even have time to decide whether I'm scared or not, lol. I was like, oh, was that all? I am so grateful to Dr. Pong for his skilled care and very detailed postoperative instructions. Sincere stellar recommendations!

I am a very nervous patient who has a level of panic during a regular cleaning and had been putting this off for over a decade. I had my wisdom teeth removed, after asking many many questions about details, worse case scenarios, poor outcomes etc. I JUST finished the procedure and feel totally fine, don’t remember the procedure which is what I wanted. All the nurses were great, understand and patient with my many questions. They found my vein which is incredibly hard to do (small veins and small hands) and were lovely. Highly recommend.

The surgical care was excellent. The procedure was quick and effective with good follow up. Only complaint was the long wait

The surgery itself was very smooth and I was impressed by the Dr calling personally 2 days later to check in.
I did wait over 2 hours for my initial consult (which took about 5 minutes) and wish they had told me in advance about no diary for 24 hours after surgery and a bit more info on what to expect with the stitches post op.

I was worried about getting some of my teeth out for years. Finally, I did it. Dr David did a great job! I am very pleased how it worked our! I had sedation.and when I more out less came to.the teeth were out.and I did not feel a thing! She is an amazing Surgeon! Will not be worried when I go back to get some more out! All the staff were great? Thank you so.much!

Dr. Pong has an amazing bedside manner and was rather professional and friendly. He explained every step along the way and worked so swiftly that it was over and done with in no time. As for pain there was little to no discomfort and I was provided with printed after care instructions! Great team!

I went to Dr. Pong on an emergency referral from my dentist. I got an appointment the next day, and he had to do emergency surgery. All the staff are very helpful and friendly

Dr. Pong is a master! Very thorough and professional. Sara was the nurse and put up with me! There was another lady, but it was sleep time so I kinda missed her. But most grateful for them all.

I was slightly anxious to have my implant with freezing only, but it was a breeze. Dr. Lesley and her team were very professional, communicated well and on top of all my needs and questions.

Such an amazing experience. The entire team were so kind and supportive. Dr Pong took the time to talk my son through every step of the surgery. Dr. Pong followed up to check on him that same evening and the next day. The team is so supportive and I would highly recommend them.

Friendly staff. You’re not “just being processed”. Excellent prep so you know what the hell is going on. Dr. David explained what was going on and thanks to the lovely sedation, I don't remember any of it. I also loved the prep nurses who prepared me before my procedure (molar removal). They were friendly and chatty and kept me distracted as I was a bit nervous. Special kudos to Haydee at reception who handles phone calls, checking patients in and out, and runs the ship smoothly. I really never write any reviews, but i had to for Dr Pong and his team, i get a little.alot anxious whenever i have to see a dentist i was referred by my dentist and she assured me they will take great care of me, Dr Pong explained the whole process to me (3 wisdoms teeth removed) and answered all my questions he was very polite and very patient, the nurse with him i forgot to take her name she was the best nurse i have ever been in contact with very polite and gentle made feel really settled and assured me i was in good hands.i can say for myself i found my team a one that i can trust, thank you very much to the nurse if you see this please forgive me i did not take your name and thank you Dr Pong too for you professionalism and expertise

I have been in pain for three weeks due to a wisdom tooth. Came here yesterday and had it removed! This place was recommended to me and I must say I had the BEST experience ever. Dr. Pong was amazing, patient, calming and very knowledgeable. He even called me the day after my surgery to see how I was doing.

The nurses are amazing as well as the receptionist.

I will be recommending this place to everyone I know who needs dental surgery.

The highest level of professional standards were met by all the staff. Dr. David was meticulous with surgical hygiene. She took great care both for my comfort and with the surgery. Amazing hands!

I followed my post op instructions to the letter and had virtually no swelling. They called to check on me the next day. The office staff was super friendly and answered all my questions. I was very nervous to get my wisdom teeth pulled at my age but they assured me all would be ok and it was.

Had two wisdom teeth over the course of one year and I am beyond grateful and satisfied with both experiences. The staff is kind and makes you feel at ease. Very professional, barely any waiting time. Dr. David only proceeds once you are very sure of all your options and comfortable with the decision. Her course of treatment has always been beneficial and I trust her blindly. The staff is also very proper in terms of post-op care and feedback calls to make sure I'm doing okay. I had a great experience from this clinic. Dr Pong successfully and skillfully performed the wisdom tooth extraction surgery for me, without damaging my nerve or swelling my face, albert my tooth is deeply impacted. He is very knowledgeable and patiently explained to me the situation of my wisdom tooth prior to the surgery.

Overall, I am satisfied with the service.

I had all 4 of my wisdom teeth pulled out, and I was really nervous with the surgery because I'm terrified of doctors, but on my first appointment with Dr. David, she and the staff were so nice to me, that on my surgery day, I was everything but nervous. The staff and the nursers are amazing. My surgery was fantastic, and I felt no pain afterwards. It was the most amazing experience. 10/10

I recently got all four wisdom teeth removed by Dr. David and it was the best process I could’ve hoped for! My surgery went without incident, and Dr. David, Megan, and everyone else in the office were so professional, kind, and welcoming. My recovery is currently going well, with incredibly minimal swelling, bruising, and pain. I’d seriously recommend this office to anyone looking to get any kind of dental surgery!

I cannot say enough wonderful things regarding this office, and team. I had been very resistive to having my wisdom teeth removed although they finally caught up to me and the time finally came. The entire interprofessional team is extremely approachable and lovely. Dr. David explained the entire process to me thoroughly, and was always available when I had any concerns pre and post op. I cannot thank them enough for make this such a seamless process. I would have never put it off so long had I known it could be so easy.

1. I traveled hours on TTC to get there, I live far away from their clinic then They canceled my first appointment on a last minute.

2. They re-scheduled my appointment, I had to cancel it twice because I am not feeling well, and felt really sick couldn’t even go to work, 2nd re-schedule I have a dysmenorrhea. The person I spoke with Sounded disappointed or upset, As much as i want to go my body is not well enough to travel for hours to get there.

3. I called the clinic 5 days before my wisdom teeth surgery to inform them about my covid 19 test result, the person I spoke with put me on hold for 10 or more minutes,

4. At that point, I am hesitating to have my surgery done in their clinic as I am starting to feel unwelcomed. I continue hoping to have a good experience at Implant surgical care and pursue my surgery with Dr. David.

5. On the day of my surgery, I arrived 30mins early on their clinic, my surgery is at 11am and I’m there at 10: 30, I waited until 11: 20am until they finally called me, so I waited 20mins, I didn’t complain and said anything. They didn’t apologize either for calling me 20mins late.

6. When they called me, they put me in a small room, they made me fill out a form, and when I finished filling out the form, they told me to wait for a little as they will sanitize my room. I understand.

7. After they sanitize the room, they didn’t prepare the things needed, one assistant didn’t even know where my x-ray copy is, she even said that there’s no digital copy of my x-ray in their files. Take note I did get my x-ray done in their clinic on my first visit.

8. At that point I felt very disappointed inside, I still didn’t say anything. The only good experience that I had is during my surgery, Dr. David has a reputation on her job and I really like how it was painless, the result is great.

9. After my surgery, they transfer me to a small room, the effect of IV sedation is still on me, When my boyfriend arrived at the clinic to pick me up, an assistant spoke with him to explain the after care, after she explained, she removed all my bandages from injection and said that I’m good. She even said in a tone if I can stand, and not even wait for my reply and grab my arms (NOT forcefully tho), to stand and said “yes you can stand, you’re good to go”. I haven’t even pay them yet and It felt like they want to kick me out.

10. I felt so bad, I’m not even in the state to walk and talk, I felt that after my surgery they are kicking me out right away, I do understand that I can’t stay there, but please at least say it nicely. I was disappointed as they didn’t even care to show me my 3 wisdom teeth nor even Dr. David even bother to say good bye to me After the surgery.

11. At the end I felt disappointed, I felt very unwelcomed, I felt like they just did what’s needed to be done and didn’t even care for me as their patient.

12. Lastly I just wanna point out that I did have a good experience with some of their assistant, Ms. Haidi, Ms. Edna and I don’t know her name but she did tied my hair before the surgery, then there’s someone who put my cardigan on me as a blanket when I’m laying down on a small room after my surgery, I didn’t see who it was tho, but I do appreciate it.

Overall it’s not a perfect clinic but I’m not saying it’s all bad, as there are other patients who have great experience that gave them 5 stars.there’s still somethings needed to improve in customer service and in some of their assistants, I didn’t made this review to hate, but just for them to recognize and validate what I experienced during my visit in their clinic. I hope there will be less to no patient in the future who will experience what I did.

I had my bottom 2 wisdom teeth removed close to Christmas and I was very pleased with Dr. David and her staff. Dr. David took her time explaining the procedure before hand and went through detailed post care instructions with me. Her office followed up with me after a few days which was thoughtful. I had no pain after the procedure besides the normal swelling. After 4 days, although one side was healing well, I ended up having a dry socket on the other side. The pain was extremely bad and it was the weekend so the office was closed. However, Dr. David had given me her after hours phone number for emergency situations so I called her. She picked up on the first call and was very kind and met me at the office within an hour! The pain went away after she treated it and the following day she personally followed up with me which I thought was very considerate of her. I highly recommend Dr. David for any oral surgery.

Got all 4 wisdom teeth removed, everything went smooth and easy. Everything has healed perfectly, I had no problems.

David the best oral surgical in Toronto.but unfortunately clinic it’s super expensive they did charge 174$ just for oral exam.for the best of you will go to University dental school there is less expensive take care.

Dr David is the best Oral Surgeon in Toronto. My daughter had her 4 unerupted wisdom teeth removed. She did not have any bruising and very minimal swelling if you call it that. Her chairside manners are amazing. Dr David and her team called several times over a few days to follow up on her healing to make sure all was good. Her team is also outstanding and very caring and professional. Would definitely recommend her to everyone! Thanks Dr David and team!

Dr David did a great job removing 4 impacted wisdom teeth for each of my twin daughters. Both girls came through it well and she followed up multiple times proactively to ensure we were doing ok and answer any questions.

Dr. David and all the nurses at the office were outstanding. They were beyond patient with me and all my questions/concerns. Dr. David was so sympathetic, a really brilliant doctor. 10/10.

I got 6 wisdom teeth removed. She was very nice and accommodating, especially regarding my financial situation. The surgery was flawless and I had no issues. It took almost no time to heal and I was back to regular actives the next day (no swelling!). The anesthesiologist and nurses were all very friendly. Definitely recommend.

Best dental surgery experience ever. Dr David and her team are friendly, efficient and professional. Got two of my wisdom teeth extracted and they made the process a lot easier than expected. They call back after surgery to keep up and remind you of post-surgery care as well.

Dr David is magic! I had four wisdom teeth removed a couple of weeks ago, I was very anxious at the thought of the surgery.
Dr. David & the kind staff were all so professional and caring, it looks like a really nice place to work too. I had IV sedation and it was over very quickly.
The following day I was feeling fine, I had to make myself sit & rest. The office followed up with a phone call a couple of days after the surgery, which put my mind at ease that everything I felt was normal. I had no bruising or much swelling; it was more of a dull headache in my jaw.
Now being on the other side & pretty much healed, I realise I stressed out over nothing. The overall process and experience was easy (including recovery), had I realised this I would’ve have gotten this done ages ago.
If you’re looking for an excuse to eat mash potatoes for a few weeks this is it. Honestly couldn’t recommend this Dr David & this practice enough.

Dr. David is wonderful and so are her staff. It's hard to make oral surgery into a positive experience, but they seem to have figured out a way.

Dr. David was kind, conscientious, extremely thoughtful and, most importantly, super-duper good at oral surgery. Unprompted, she called me in the evening a couple of days after my procedure to see how I was doing. Am I living in Mayberry? Too cool.

The nursing staff are also great. And so is the anesthesiologist who was unusually willing to answer my weird questions and made funny comments as I was going to sleep.

Final remark: I was somewhat concerned that I would die during my procedure, and I did not die. I am alive. A+

I had my wisdom teeth out with Dr. David yesterday. From start to finish, she and the RN (Andrew) made the procedure seamless and relaxing for me. Andrew was really helpful and friendly and put me at ease by answering all of the question I had before my surgery. Dr. David was very professional and efficient. I had heard horror stories from friends about getting their wisdom teeth out, but just over 24 hours out of surgery I have no pain, swelling or bruising. I couldn't be more impressed with this clinic, and would definitely recommend to anyone.

I had what began as a terrible experience turn into a great experience. When we arrived for our daughter's surgery, there was a mix up at the front desk. Dr. David came to us right away to calm us down and find out what was wrong. She apologized profusely and showed nothing but professionalism. Her staff were also very apologetic and sincere. Our daughter's surgery went really well. The staff were very kind and caring. When our daughter woke up, the staff were in no rush to get her out of the recovery room. We left feeling as if nothing negative had happened. I gave 5 stars because I was so impressed with Dr. David's ability to turn a bad situation into a very positive one. Thanks Dr. David.

I had 3 wisdom teeth removed by Dr. David. She was very approachable and patient to reassure and answer questions throughout the process, from initial consult to the post-procedure checkup. Although I was sedated for the procedure, I am confident that she was particularly skilled and careful because I experienced minimal discomfort after the surgery -no jaw pain, no bruising/swelling, fairly mild pain at the extraction site requiring only OTC anti-inflammatories for 2 days. The experience was far better than I expected based on what I've heard from others about their own wisdom teeth extractions.
