Massi scammed my mother out of 10 thousand and additional 3 thousand in car repairs. Messi who is the owner of this dealer lied to her about the car being certified. He said he would fix the car but blocked her number and didn’t make any attempt to fix the problem. We will be suing this place you call a dealership for our money back.

They just want your money. 1. They don't provide enough information when you are doing the financing. 2. They don't offer warranty to their cars because they sell cars with many problems, 3.with high prices when you already paying high interest, for obvious reasons (which I understand that). I bought a car from them 7 months ago and it is in the mechanic for 2 months now (6 weeks in their mechanic and 2 in mine) the car had problems since week 3 I bought it from them, with the engine light on, So many times back and forth to their mechanic and they never really fix it, until my car broke down. I paid towing and car rental and they don't offer any warranty, and just pretending be nice. My mechanic specialist in BMW told me is the timing chain and charging me $2,300 b.t. Their mechanic said is the engine and I need to pay $7,000. I still paying for a loan for a car I bought 7 months ago and I don't even have. Don't trust DO NOT BUY CARS FROM THEM! Worst liars ever.

My favorite sales rep is HANAN.in one word HONEST and extremely humble.i bought an SUV and he made sure that all the little concerns that I brought forward were dealt with on a timely manner. He took care of everything and gave me a car that feels brand new although used. Import motors is a dealership worth investing ur money in. Especially if u want honest service. Make sure u ask for HANAN, he is the top guy who really gets the job done.overall an amazing experience.

This dealership is looking to scam people. They will not fix anything that came broken in the car. They will never give you a refund on a deposit after you noticed the car was faulty. They will threaten you and curse you until you leave after you got ripped off. The owner Massi Kohgadaihas has criminal charges against him, this place won't last very long, and Massi's got some problems he needs to work out. These are not the kind of people you purchase a car from.

I would NOT suggest Import to no one really, unless you have no choice to let these people scam you. A gentleman name Farzin, who now work near Import, 4457 Chesswood Dr, sold me a bmw x1 that, the doors did not work, the after market navi did not work, the car wass FULL OF PROBLEMS, they sold the car for over price. And did not mention to me Farzin is no longer with them. The owner Massi, very ignorant and DOES NOT CALL ANYONE BACK. Poor Poor customer service.make sure your not a young lady going to buy a car from them, they lie and most there cars have accident reports. Extremely disappointing to see such people in business, OMVIC will be notified as the car was worth 10k and sold it for 20k. Even a 1* is not worth Import Motors.
