Called Bob up and we agreed on a price and delivery time for our carpet to be rebinded. He delivered the carpet early and to the price we agreed upon.

Called Bob at Impress Flooring, he immediately made arrangements to come out and quote the project the next day. Bob was professional, courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. Phone calls, text messages and emails were all responded to promptly and the price was good, beating the big box store i had been talking with. Install was done by Bob's team on the arranged day about a week later, the team did a great job and I would definately recommend them to anybody. Great service from quote to installation. Highly responsive on emails, text and phone. Helpful, informative and professional. Not to mention a great price. It's rare that you find a company that delivers on their promises, but Bob at Impress Flooring does just that. He was extremely friendly, accommodating and flexible. He showed up the next day with samples, helped pick a carpet suitable for our environment (we have dogs) and helped choose a colour. He was very easy going and true to his word. The installers showed up on time and the agreed upon date and were done in 7 hours! Excellent installers, very hard working. Bob showed up the morning of the install to make sure everything was OK and called after the install to make sure we were satisfied. Now that's service, and did I mention the upgraded underpad and excellent price!? If you're in the market for carpet, call Bob! Thanks Bob, and thank you installers! Very happy with the service all round. Bob was quick to response, price was competitive, the men showed up on time early on a Saturday morning. We had the whole upstairs done. 4 bedrooms and hallway. They removed all the old carpet, moved large furniture, and installed the new carpet, all before noon. They were very professional and the job was well done.

In June of 2019 we had some renovation work done on our house and needed to lay down some new carpet in our newly renovated basement.
