If you are in need of an eye exam or new glasses this is the best place to go. We went there to pick up our glasses from getting repaired and they had a frame sale! We were meet by the smiling faces of Marie and Cassandra. They walked us through picking out new frames. The staff is amazing, professional, very personal, knowledgeable, and they really care that you get a the best glasses for you! The Drs are top notch and use the latest technology to make sure our eyes are healthy. We both purchased new glasses today and can’t wait for our new glasses to come in. Thank you to the staff at Grand Bend office. We really appreciate you all.

Could not possibly recommend In-Focus Eye Care in Grand Bend higher. They gave me an appointment on short notice and were on time and super-efficient. Zoe, the optometry intern, did a fabulous job and was very meticulous. Dr. Johnson was professional, helpful and engaging. Joanne at the front desk managed to find frames that fit my current lenses and was able to pop the old ones out of my broken glasses and put them in new frames, which saved me enormous amounts of time and money. In short, if you can't see that In Focus Eye Care is the place to be, you probably need to have your eyes examined.

Chloe was great, very responsive to my needs. Stopped in during travels to tighten a loose screw on my sunglasses and she even offered to replace the nose pads.free of charge. If I lived near here, this is where I'd get my glasses. TY In Focus Eyecare

Questions and provided prompt service for such a very busy business. Good selection of frames and timelines to get them back. Hubby had an appointment too and was very pleased with the service he received from the Dr, who was interning, and Dr Laura. He was particularly thrilled to find a new pair of glasses with Marie as he is SUPER picky (he’s an Engineer) and has high expectations that were met!

We were able to get some free adjustments from Joanne who was very helpful! Thanks Joanne, improved the rest of our stay at the cottage!
