In N Out Carwash, Detailing, Window Tinting Centre

My experience started out poorly, I went to have my pickup truck detailed and paid to an 1/4+ tax, and then the phone rang and she told me that because I had a dog care in the truck they needed additional money, it took them a couple minutes back and forth on the phone to figure out what amount would work, or potentially what amount would make me walk out the door, I'm not sure with, but they settled on $55, and while I thought about walking out I decided I'd already settled on not having my truck for the vehicle just shut up and move on. Then finally said it would take between 3 and 5 hours and I had dropped off at 9 AM I had a collar about 430 to come pick it up. Now I have to admit it Ontario at that time a day at this time year it's pretty dark out so I couldn't see anything in the truck as far as how great a job they may or may have done. Now, this is where the story takes different turn because I have is how you, the next day in the daylight I drove my truck, and drove out of underground so I could get a good look around and these people there really did a job, not a great job, a brilliant job. And I base that on the final result as to oppose to the thing that I brought in. Oh and lastly r the lady at the front desk could use a couple people skills, but then again sometimes your just having a bad day, that excludes me, LOL, but I'm sure she doesn't mean that.

I love to go there and cleaning my car all staff is so nice great working very good and clean I am happy after cleaning my car so Thank u to all is such a nice visit to go there Thank you to all this service I am really happy Harjeet walia

I took my car here after some off roading and after I left the car wash my jeep was spotless. The customer service was exceptional. 100% would recommend.

The car wash is okay because it's done by a machine. The interior cleaning is terrible, I always feel I have to be watching over their shoulder to ensure it's done properly. They messed up the tint on my passenger side window. I complained to the owner who has no people skills whatsoever. If icould rate -5 I would. This the Kennedy Rd brampton location.

They charged me for a (Ford) SUV rate and I drive a Nissan Versa (hatchback). The lady at the cash has been there for over a year (I remember her from last summer) and should- by now, know the difference between make and models of majority vehicles. Especially if I confirmed for her the SUV in question was NOT my car. The person ahead of me complained of being overcharged and made me alert to pay attention to the pricing (I got my refunded difference- after I corrected her and she followed me outside to see MY car). I advised her that they NEED to bring back their old method of service. The workers at the entrance gave you a numbered (plastic) card for the wash you wanted based on the service price chart- you would hand that over to the cashier to pay before you exit to your car. That was a guaranteed way of being charged correctly and no room for error, unless that's what their NEW motive is? !

Had to appreciate the excellent customer service I received today getting my car cleaned. Keep up the excellent customer service Ishan.

Went for a premium hand wash and detailing. Arvinder and team took care of my VW Passat. They did an amazing job and was very thorough. Job was done quick and well.car came out shining smelled amazing. Would Totally recommend them!

I got my interior cleaned for vehicle. I had to send it back 4 times because it was not cleaned properly. They did not vacuum the interior, there were things evidently noticeable that needed to be vacuumed. The mats were still dirty. There was an odd dressing put on my interior that discoloured my new cars interior leather. They scratched my car twice, it seems like it was from the vacuum head. I’m very, very upset. It’s a brand new car, there were no scratches, dents or anything on it until I went to this car wash. I will not be returning back. Extremely frustrated & upset.

Honestly this place is the worst I went here today to get my car in and out wash all of a sudden I see some scratches on my car driver side one of the guys that was there that was cleaning up the car after the wash said that the machine inside scratches my car it’s a little scratch but the fact that I went in to call the manager to see what they did and he came outside and he was laughing I did not take this serious upset me so yes I was not happy with the service I did request for my money back and they did nothing or even take the initiative to acknowledge that somehow the machine inside must’ve scratched my car it’s a shame I would not recommend this place for anybody and today is my last time going back here it was a bad experience take the star I was in a good mood

Just had the guys restore my headlights (I regret not taking a before pic but believe me they had gotten really dull and foggy over the years.) And now they're basically brand new. Very happy! Amazing job guys!

The vacuuming and exterior was good however it took forever and my car was drenched in oil to the point I had to change my pants when I got home after sitting in the seat. The car being so oily also made any residual dust stick to the car.

I visit here for the premium works.
Never had issue. The vaccum and the split is the reason i said ok for the works. The split on my floor was not cleaned. They left my back split and never cleaned it. Today due to lack of time i said ok to the works. The picture itself will explain what the service I got. All of them gather together and not sure what they were doing. If i want a touch up for my car i am more than capable of doing it then spending $42.36 for a touch up. Only the drivers side look clean but the rest is still dusk and dirty. Very disappointed.
I guess they lost me and my friends.after sharing my experience lot of people have recommended another car wash to check it out.
More training needed then just many man standing around. Trying to post my p9ctures. How dirty a car can be for the among paid. But it not uploading.
Used be the place to wash, service has gone down.no one to check. All they offer come back for another wash. A good service is not coming back the second time. First time should be right with so many of them employed to clean.

I came to this carwash to get a chip repaired on my windshield. The service is awful. I made an appointment when I showed up I was asked to wait outside. A big man came out and yelled at me because of where I parked meanwhile the receptionist saw where my car was and told me to wait there. I moved the car to their desired location. After a second man came and told me that I was at the wrong place and they don't do the service, I got upset and called the receptionist. She said I was at the right place and to go back inside, after the same person that told me they don't do the service picked up my car to fix it. When I called the receptionist told me they would quote it first which never got done. I had to run and ask the person who took the car how much it would cost. The men kept watching me and made me feel uncomfortable, I told the receptionist that and I said I was better off going to Canadian Tire. I do not recommend. This place is a mess, unorganized and have ignorant men running the place. I told the receptionist I needed my windows retinted but I will be going elsewhere!

Got the premium + carpet shampoo done for my Buick, amazing job. My kids create such a mess in the vehicle always I need this service done atleast 2-3x a year. Very friendly staff recommend this place to all my friends and family.

Service has been always good been goin here abut 4 years but sometimes.not as good for the money you paying you have to tell the guys over again to clean either the windows or the seats

Absolutely garbage experience, they don’t care about your car and when they do they forget how to use a towel to wipe it down.

Don’t waste your money here, you’d rather do it yourself

My car got a thorough wash and not only that, the workers ensured my car was thoroughly cleaned even on the inside and i was a happy cx when i left!

Worst carwash ever. I went there as recommended by friend but this is the worst people to trust you with the car, put scratches on dashboard & charge money for polishing but didn’t even touch dashboard when i checked. Extraordinary worst carwash i have ever visit.

I like what they offer and the price they offer it for. But for some reason, recently the quality has been going down. I understand when its busy people will miss out some spots, but I have gone on days when its pretty empty and my car has so many spots they just missed. For the past 2-3 times I've had to point them out and once we even had to go through the cash again because it seemed like nothing was done. BUT they are always accommodating and let us go through the wash for free. But I feel a lot of times I do not have time and just want the job done without any hiccups. But still, they are good for the value for sure. I just hope they pick up on the quality again!

Really awesome work, if just vacuum you can walk in but if you need full detail book appointment took over 5 hours but was worth it, just try to plan your day around it. They did a fantastic job, its as clean as if I just bought the car

This is my go to place. 35$ For inside and outside of my car cleaned can’t get better than that. Thank you guys for always taking care of me

Today it was my frist time there, worst service ever, my car is still wet from inside, they didn’t clean inside properly.

Quick service, not the best works cleaning but good enough. You might need to give the car a few finishing touches yourself but for the most part, its good. I go in for works package once every 2 months

Great carwash, amazing service. Went in for a detail today, the staff were very knowledgeable and the car came out amazing. The car came out like the first day I got it at the dealership. The owner even came out to make sure I was satisfied with the work. It really added to the experience. I would definitely recommend this place.

I always get the works plus package and the guys always do a great job! They never let me leave until I am satisfied! And that’s the reason I never stop going back:) definitely recommend, I have been a loyal customer for 10 years!

My first car wash in Brampton and definitely the worst of my life the staff is ridiculous and the guy in the front managing or i would say doesn’t know a thing about managing needs to be replaced.

edit: response to owner. That's just finding an excuse to void accountability.we've been to many many automated washes without issues.the crack is not in the way of the scrubber ive been telling you that.you're just blackmailing us to escape from fault.typical attitude of our culture.

Do not take their $50 offer instead go for $19.99 and they do the same. Be prepared to pull your car aside for some final touches as they do it in rush. As I said easy, affordable and convenient!

This review was meant for the Airport Road location. I didn't realize this was the Kennedy Road location which I've never been too.

Needed a car wash and decided to wash my car here. Not sure if its because of the same cloth being used on all cars but my Window trim is now stained more than ever and I cant remove it. Leather seats have a streak as well.so so disappointed and Im hoping they can fix this. I now have to figure how to clean tis up

My Sonata’s fabric seat had food stains (because of kids) and was messy. Initially I resisted because it was $200 for full detailing and wasn’t sure if this would be the right place. I read all the reviews here, called their front desk and the lady promised to do second wash if the first wash doesn’t remove stains.

I am blown away with the level of details - Meticulously cleaned. All 3 year old stains gone. Worth the money spent and really happy how my car looks now. I wish I noted the name of the person who did the job - so I would have posted his name here.

Would have given zero review. Shameless n rude employees. Not willing to work at all. What an epic waste of time. Will never use them again. Feel sorry for the owner who pays employees to work and employees telling customers that they are not willing to work and wont do a proper wash.

Fantastic service, the people that first took my car were great then I went in to pay and the lady there was fantastic, super friendly and made me feel super comfortable especially being one of the few women there. The only thing is that the package I got took a lot longer than expected, they told me 45 minutes and it actually took and hour and half which was a little frustrating but I could see they were very busy. Regardless I’d still come again I just hope they provide more accurate time estimations just so we’re mentally prepared.

As you can see from the other reviews how people's cars have been damaged do not come here. I have just got my car and I come back to things broken. Not only after I message the guy he was rude disrespectful and said it was not broken. They do not care about you as I have sent them an email regarding the damage that was done with photos. They said it was not them and there is nothing that can be done. I know my car quite well and I know it was not broken before it was given to them. THIS IS HOW THEY TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS. No money off for ruining someone's vehicle or compensate. NOTHING DO NOT COME HERE

Dont go there, they r overprived old machines, which gonna putt scratch on your car and if u say they clean from inside too, think twice they use same rugs for every car the same rug they clean with wheels they use inside, for inside trim they use tire shine so its better u just go to esso or petro car wash and just clean inside trim with simple microfiber towel. And if u think if they scratch ur car u gonna blame them forget about it, they not gonna accept ur blame

Love this place the wash is great no worries about lack of maintenance with equipment to leave marks/scratches on your vehicle. Hand dry wipe down at end for every vehicle some new faces today hopefully my regulars at end of wash just have day off.

First time here, my car wasn't vacuumed well. My entire driver's side wasn't cleaned and a dirty rag was left in my back seat.

More dirty then I brought it here. Waste a time. Went back they dun it again.and it was still more dirty then when I took it. Here they must a used really dirty cloths I left. And will never go back again

Amazing experience at 24 Kennedy Road. Awesome team including Himanshu, Gaurav, Veneet and Gagan who converted my old 2007 Chevy Uplander into a sparkling van with almost fresh looking carpet and seats. Thank you guys

Here are photos of a $189 detail job that promised "detailed cleaning and vinyl dressing for all doors, dash, console and door jambs, windows cleaned, trunk vacuumed. " First time here. My car was at their shop from1: 30 PM to almost 7 PM. They did do a good job on cleaning the seats, carpet and floor mats but totally conflicted as to their "#1 car wash" claim, the value I got, and what I paid for. Maybe I caught them on a bad day?

Total waste of money, the cleaners don’t know which package you have chosen they do standard job in all the cars, seats were dirty, carpet was full of salt, it’s not worth more than 15 dollars for which I paid 40

Honestly its a bad service. I say this because you have to watch and make sure they clean the car the way you wanted. They have so much service options that they end up just giving you a basic wash and wipe and you have to remind them you paid for more than that. Then you have to stand and watch them because i guarantee they will do a sloppy job. Your better off getting the basic wash.

Took my car for shampoo and detailing my car was full of salt at the front carpet. They did a very good job i got my car in few hours and it looks brand new now. Had a very wonderful experience and they give an excellent service. Really would like to go again and tell others to visit here.

Hands down possibly the best customer service I received in car detailing in last 2 years. My car had calcium deposits, limescale and mineral deposits and it was covered all over the hood and windshield.

Himanshu is go to guy for almost anything and everything when it comes to saving you're car and make it a factory look. He cleared up all the deposits and everything present on the hood and gave a courtesy car wash after cleaning. Very genuine guy and takes excellent care of you're car.

I went to this place with my ford fusion and i brought premium package (top of the line). I was surprise because no one even bothered to open the car trunk. Look the picture of centre consoles seems like never touched. Lot of other thing but i am attaching the pictures. So everyone can decide you should go to this place or not.these people do not respect for your time at all. I wish of i am able to give them one star.hows costumer know this place have policy to not touch the car trunk why don’t you guys advise your worker to ask costumer he want his car trunk vacuumed or not.
