These guys are looting everyone.
Asked me to pay $160 Just for replacing tires n all.
I got everything done from the other shop just for $80.
They don’t even know

These guys r the best theyre so sweet n dont scame u and teach u bout cars. Personally idk anything bout cars n they showed n taught me whats important n the necessities of simple oil, tire, air filter and head light check

Horrible and cheaters. I paid for synthetic and they did not put in synthetic. My car burned oil so bad that it was one trip away from the engine blowing. I have a baby whom I travel with in this car. Our mechanic told us that there was no oil on the dip stick. Do NOT go here! They use recycled oil or give you non-synthetic oil and tell you they put in synthetic oil.

Took my BMW 535i xDrive for an oil change because my mechanic was away on vacation. They charged me a total of 250$ when finished. Not even BMW charges that much…Is your oil made from gold? Or do you charge 120$ half hour for labour? Average Premium oil 0w30 is 100$ and 20$ for MANN filter. But it seem they double charge and upon completion I drove to see my oil level on my BMW wasn’t full! Warning messaging showed on dash “ADD 1 Quart OIL” I went back to find out the guy put 6L oil when this car takes 6.9L. I had to show him the owner manual for him to top up my oil. Very unprofessional. And while waiting for top up some other guy came and opened my radiator fluid and it starting spilling everywhere. Please train your staff properly.everyone knows you should not open radiator fluid while engine is hot due to chemical discharge… very unprofessional service, too expensive will not go here again. If you have Foreign vehicles I recommend not to go here because they seem confused and will overcharge.

Had an excellent experience here with Harsh and team, super professional. Would highly recommend.

Edit: After a second visit for a two front tire change, I'd much rather spend a little more and not be obviously spoken about in another language and laughed towards. Besides that, your team did not seem as willing to help on my second visit.

The only reason I didn't give just 1 star is because I was allowed to leave to retrieve another tire after they notified me one I brought was punctured, and even that was made complicated.

$200+tax for tire change without alignment is a lot. The reason they say it’s expensive is because its “walk-in”. There are other places around who charge half of their price for the same service. Now the owner would reply to this review saying “why don’t you go to the $100 guys”. Instead of that you should first focus on customer service and reconsidering your prices by comparing your competitors in the area. “We have a 30 car line up”. LOL Having a 30 car lineup doesn’t justify your prices.

We have visited here three times for tire repair, the service people are efficient and straightforward with us. They didn't try to upsell us which I appreciate.

Went to this place on Sep 6,2022 to get an oil change. They didn't tighten up the drain plug properly due to which it came out while I was driving on highway and damaged the engine. Now they don't want to take responsibility and I have have to replace the engine which will cost me $7500. Please avoid this place for any work. Very poor customer service.

Very good service from them there were closing and my tire popped and I asked if they could still help me out and they did it very good people and very helpful. Special Sahil and gurlal. Thanks

Went to fix a flat tire on my Toyota RAV4 they said it can't be fixable and need to replace a new tire, Which they offered me for 270$, Actually it's a Brand new tire with only 2000 kms on it
I went to Costco they fixed the same tire and told me it's a simple fix

So how come these guys can't fix it and asked me to replace the tire and pay 270$

New to canada and had a problem with my car as the coolant had gone really low. Came over to the service station and spoke to sahil.he was so helpful and gave advice immediately.also changed my coolant for free and did not expect anything.most importantly the friendly service thanks a lot sahil

I have been goin there for about 3 years all good people and do what is asked and even just got new tires yesterday left truck there called when it was all ready nothing but respect and appreciation

They charge $160 plus tax to mount and balance snow tires on stock volkswagen jetta rims, they're competitors are charging for the same service $80-$100 definitely won't be getting me as a customer in the future.

I used it to change my tires on my Audi. The staff are pretty friendly. The lead guy seems very knowledgeable. I had a younger kid assist in changing my tires which scared me a bit as he seemed new. Service is relative easy and quick. Highly convenient as it’s within my area. Overall I had a good experience

I went there for a car service and when i reached home i noticed my car engine cover missing one bolt then i buy new 4 bolts from FORD and went there yesterday for that missing bolt installed and they took 2 bolts from packet and only one was missing and even they did not installed the missing one.

On their invoice it says “ Time is money - We strive to save you both” … I can attest to this being true. Thank you for your fast and fair service.

Excellent service, very friendly staff and manager who go waaay above and beyond service! Had to wait longer to fix my tyres, because I didn't have spare rims. The manager got me a bottle of water to cool off and gave me a discount! Cool guys here. Please patronize them!

Got my car serviced here today. Excellent place very efficient mechanics. They explained me the whole stuff, showed me the filters conditions. Also charges were standard. Did not ask me to change parts unnecessary. They are warranty approved as well. Highly recommend.

Thank you to these amazing team! This was my first time there as I had an emergency with my tire. I had my daughter with me in the car and they were time conscious and didn’t delay in providing service. Also, I was glad they were honest with their feedback. I recommend this place! Thank you guys!

My husband and I have been coming here since it opened, usually the service is amazing. Done in timely manner, they explain what your vehicle may need, check tire pressure, oil your doors, fill your washer fluid, check your Brake lights and signals.

The last time I came in, I had to ask to have all of the above done. They didn’t check the filters, NOTHING!

Safe to say my husband and I, my brothers who also go here have recently experienced the same service.
We Will not be spending our money here again!

Right from the start, Kashish and his team did a great job in explaining the process, getting the parts and booking an appointment very quickly and job was compelled to satisfaction. Updated Review (February 2022) This place is my go to place for Oil changes. Friendly and knowledgeable staff and they always give the best recommendations on what services you should complete on your vehicle. They are not pushy at all, they try to more so educate. I did an oil change recently and was in and out in about 20 minutes.

Excellent service by these guys. As the name suggests, In and out in less than 10 minutes for an oil change.

Very honest group of people. I came in to get a bunch of stuff done and they showed me that both my differential and transmission fluids were still in good condition.

I forgot I had already got them changed somewhere else after they recommended it to me last year.

They could have charged me hundreds of dollars for unnecessary work but didn't. Thank you!

Gagandeep helped me after I got a nail in my tire. He seemed very knowledgeable and got me in and out fast. He was very professional and courteous (they also charged me half of what Canadian tire quoted me) 10/10 would come again

One of the best service I have ever gotten they went above and beyond I even forgot I few things like my tire and lights and they fix that’s for me with out me even asking free of charge I never been so happy with any service in my life I’m happy I got my car done here and I will keep on coming like I said above and beyond and for cheap can’t wait till my next car service I recommend every one to come here

I stopped by to get my tire plugged after I picked up a nail in it. The men over at IN N OUT are the absolute best! They were so polite, helpful, and kind. They did not try to hassle me at all being that I am a woman coming alone. I previously went to Mr Lube and the man there told me my tire was not fixable and that I would have to buy a new one from him for $250+. I clearly knew he was lying and came here instead where Gagan and the crew fixed me up for less then $30! I recommend coming to them for any opinions or services your car needs. Thanks so much guys.

I moved to Brampton almost a year ago and came here the first time because they are around the corner from me. I was not disappointed. Ever since that first visit, I make sure my wife, daughter in law and son all come here. Service is outstanding. They are very fast, don’t try to upsell like other quick oil change places (unless it’s something you actually need). Place is very clean, staff is very friendly. Prices are average. They always check all fluids, oil my door hinges, check lights, etc. I highly recommend these guys.

I went to the location meet Gagandeep for tire puncher. They checked my tire and provide me very professional service. They check it for free and recommend there is no puncher in my Volkswagen tire don’t need to spend money. They didn’t even charge me to check it.

I changed tire from this place & they can't recit sensor & its gaving problem on highway I jut get out & waste my 4 hours on road sunday.when I call only 2 minutes away they said come tomorrow but they still open they didn't check. I think go somewhere at professional shop

Very professional! Polite staff. Quick and great service. 10 minute oil change. No bs like most other places I’ve gone to.did not try to sell me on anything extra or tell me I need this or that. Will definitely be going back.

I will not be coming here ever again. First of all, I had to remind them a couple of times to wear their masks. Secondly, they supposedly removed some transmission fluid (which I have recently changed), and showing it to me, stating that it was bad. Also, they did the same thing with the differential fluid in my SUV.

I would advise against coming here, as they will try to sell you on services that you clearly don't need. Very bad service.

Was hesitant to try a new oil change spot but was recommended, service did not disappoint! Even with the rush I was taken care of completely and was treated amazing.
