The team at Inception are the only ones who work on my car. I've had PPF done on both cars and it's always perfect. The team cares for the cars they work on and take pride in their detailing. The shop is always so clean and everyone is very friendly. Highly recommend their services!

This review is long overdue! Got my Model 3 ppf'd by the Inception team back in September. Their staff (Sam and Nico) did a phenomenal job. They were professional with great attention to detail. Good communication from the start with Natalie from quoting to scheduling my appointment!

Great quality work and great customer service. I had PPF done on the front bumper, hood, headlights and side mirrors. There are no issues with the workmanship and the the film is not even noticeable.
I also had 45% ceramic tint all around. The rear window has a one piece tint film which gives the car a uniform look throughout.
Highly recommended.

I had PPF and Ceramic coating done on my Model 3, the finished product was stellar. I had my service booked 10 days in advance and they had a loaner Model 3 ready for me to use while they perfected the installation.
I had a followup a month after the installation where I took the car back in for the team to touch up any areas after the film settles.
The team is super friendly, fun to deal with and they are a pet friendly store with great work ethics and culture.

Owner operated shop. Lorenzo (owner) is a nice guy to deal with. Their staff is friendly and will take care of your car's detailing needs. They are also reasonably priced and the best part of their service is they offer loaner vehicle while your car is being looked after. Highly recommend.

My experience with them was top notch. I made contact on-line through their website. I had many questions trying to figure out what services & products made sense for my new car. Lorenzo answered all my questions and made several suggestions that both made sense and saved me lots of hassles. All the documentation (quote, invoice, appointment updates, etc.) was done electronically making things super easy.
The work was outstanding (full vehicle PPF, all windows tinted, ceramic coating, screen protectors and full detailing). I was given a loaner vehicle while they completed the work. A last minute request was handled with ease. My new car was unexpectedly delivered with summer tires. Since it was January, I needed winter wheels fast. Pricing for everything was competitive and fair. Everything exceeded my expectations.
Would I recommend them to a good friend or relative? Absolutely!

I brought my brand new car to Inception Auto Detailing and received the utmost care from the time I booked my appointment until the moment I picked up my car once it was completed. All of the employees working are extremely personable, knowledgeable and look happy to help in any way they can! When I delivered my car I was unsure where to drop it off but within minutes I received a prompt personal message letting me know someone would be outside to greet me. From there I was able to drop off my car feeling confident and comfortable leaving my brand new car in the hands of employees and in specific with Lorenzo the owner of Inception. While my car was in the shop I received updates on what was being done and when it would be ready. The entire experience was very professional and personable coming from someone who doesn't know much about cars, the types of tints and detailing as everything was explained in such a simple manner! Since then I have gone back for regular detailing and would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for amazing service on their vehicles!

A great place to get your Tesla wrapped. I got mine done here. Very friendly and professional. Points I would mention.

1) kind enough to take my car without an appointment.

2) I was given a complimentary ride back home.

3) Three days to very hard work done,
- paint pre conditioning
- wrapping the entire front.
4) I saw them do the work, as I stood was looking at them doing the wrap. Trust me, it’s extremely hard and time consuming. High amount of training and experience is required.

5) They use very expensive equipments and quality products from reputed brands to take care of your precious car.

6) I am extremely satisfied with the outcome and, there is no difference at all to the looks after I got the clear wrap done. Perfect lines and finish.

7) Surprised me with door sills protected, center console and screen protector applied. Boot lip also protected.

Would surely recommend this place for all you Tesla guys.

I did some research as to what shops specialize in Tesla vehicles and this showed up on my search. Contacted them and spoke to Natalie who gave me some options on my Tesla Model 3 - was looking for a one piece film at the rear window and given a fair price with the Xpel Prime X/R tint. Conveniently located in Oakville the premises is clean and tidy and went through the different % with Lorenzo. The car was completed in a day and wow they did an exceptional job. Professionally done he even has an actual back Tesla model 3 glass to cut his back glass film from! I highly recommend these guys since they do the job right. I'll be back!

Tinted my Tesla Model 3 at Inception due to reputation. Lorenzo and his crew did not disappoint. Extremely knowledgeable and courteous crew.

Great crew here. Extremely experienced group. Very detailed oriented, white glove treatment and high quality protection products (Xpel installer). They also take the time to go through the benefits of the products and that fit within your budget.

Friendly staff and competent. These guys seem to love their work and have no concerns about the quality. They did a ceramic coat, tinted side windows and front end paint protection. Quite a bit cheaper than what the jaguar dealership was quoting (about half the cost). Car looks great. I would go back to them in a second.

I am happy to report on my experience at Inception Auto Detailing. I had PPF, tinting, ceramic coating, console and monitor protection applied to a new Tesla M3. After shopping around, I found IAD the most
knowledgeable re Tesla’s and tinting the industry’s biggest glass-roof plus the fact that they also offered the other protection services made it very convenient. Yes, the package price was extremely fair also.
From Natalie in admin to Vas and Kris in the shop, you exceeded expectation. Lorenzo, you are fortunate to have this team of professionals. Many thanks!

I appreciate your reply. But you have been given one side of the story. Yes, I did go into the shop to look at another Model 3 that was getting tint done. I told Vasile that I was happy with the work. Could elaborate on what my specific request or ask of your capabilities were? Aside from applying a single sheet to the back window, which is common request for Model 3s, I do not remember asking for anything in particular. As far as I remember, I left the shop very much looking forward to the upcoming appointment. Although, I did mention to Vasile about using competition on my way out the door for the other work and in hindsight, that is only thing I can think of as to why things went south.

I had originally booked into Inception to have ppf, ceramic and tint done on my car. I thought the cost was high so I decided to have the ppf and ceramic work done elsewhere. Once I changed my appointment to tint only with Natalie, Vasile called me afterwards to say 'I dont think we will give you the quality you are looking for' and cancelled my window tint appointment. I don't know if they were jealous for losing the pff/ceramic business or decided to bump me for another appointment but I certainly cannot recommend a business that ultimately denied me service. This was a first for me!

Overall, I’m not satisfied with their service and their quality of work. Please do your research before making a decision.

Got my G70 detailed, tinted, ppf'd and coated here. The guys here are great! Any issues I've had with the ppf was looked after (as is the case with ppl work). They provide amazing service and quality work

We took our Telsa Model 3 in for Xpel, window tinting, ceramic coating and detailing. Lorenzo and his team were outstanding! They took the time to meet with us, explain the different options for car protection and guide on the best decision for protection and value for money. When we picked up our car, it looked like it just rolled off the production line! We will definitely be going back for any future Xpel and detailing needs!

Kris and the team at Inception are awesome. They are great at keeping you up to date on the progress and often go above and beyond to keep their customers happy. I had my Tesla tinted, glass coated and installed paint protection film on the front 1/4. There were a few minor issues the first time around, but Kris was happy to get them taken care of and also touched up minor dings in the film as they occurred over the past couple of years. I just took it back a second time after I had some body work done (and the body shop mangled the coating with overspray) and now it looks even better than when it rolled out of the showroom 2 years ago! I couldn't be happier with their work and customer service.

I read all the reviews and after a visit in the shop I decided to go with Inception to do my Tesla Model 3 paint protection and ceramic. I just got the car today and couldn't be happier with both work quality and service attention, It was a great experience from end to end. I would recommend it for those looking for a outstanding service in your car.

The staff at Inception Auto are very professional and incredibly skilled. The work performed was beyond my expectation and I highly recommend them for any work they do.

Brought my car in for window tinting and when I received I noticed they didn't clean up several water spots on the console and upholstery, and only "cleaned" it when I pointed it out. At the time I also noticed several bubbles in all of the windows but was told to wait "about week" for them to go away. After two weeks passed, after washing the car I noted that several of the remaining bubbles didn't go away because there was dust or lint between the film and the window. I contacted them and sent several pictures showing all the issues and was told to bring the car in, only to be told that they were "very busy", that "no tint job is perfect", and that if I expect not to have any issues I should "go get the tint done at another place". After this I was offered a refund because they "don't need my money", but when I decided to take them on this offer I was told that I had to bring my car back weeks later so that they can "remove everything" before giving the money back. I understand that they don't not want to end up giving a free tint but I had already taken time off from work to bring the car to get a fix and now they were asking me to leave it with them for two more days. By far not a good experience and something to think about if you are thinking of getting work done here and even more so I you, like me, live out of the city and have to drive hours to get there.

Previously worked for Tesla and it was always a pleasure dealing with Inception. The quality of work and professionalism is always above expectation. Definitely a welcoming environment. Keep up the great work!

The service here is unbelievably amazing. The receptionist is very knowledgeable and at the time of wanting to book my appointment I put a request in at 4: 50 and literally got a call back within minutes. The tint absolutely looks fantastic on my Model 3, I dropped the car off at 7: 30am and for such an ungodly hour these guys were smiling and joking with me. Honestly amazed by their staff. Also if you’re ever bored with yourself read the owner calling out the fake reviewers in their reviews here. All around good team, good job.

We recently had protective plastic film (PPF) applied to our Tesla Model 3. We will be driving a lot in the country where there will be all kinds of gravel hitting the car. The PPF will help a lot to reduce the inevitable damage.

I was delighted with the efficiency with which an appointment could be made. Once at Inception I found the staff to be extremely professional, genuine, and kind.

The car was ready to go exactly when they said it would be. Quality and attention to detail was evident.

They do a large volume of Tesla Model 3 detailing. This means they absolutely know that car inside and out.

It was a pleasure dealing with Inception, and I plan to request service from them in the future for another car - even if it isn't a Tesla:)

Great results and great value! Our family took our car to them twice — first for tinting only, and we were extremely satisfied with the results, their work ethics, and how they treat the car, we decided to go back for PPF wrapping and ceramic coating (even though we were more than 60km away, an hour considering traffic, and had other options closer to home). They have really knowledgable staff who really know what they are doing and talking about, great attitude on top of that — didn’t hesitate at all to spend time and effort to explain and show us everything, very reassuring and made us feel confident. Their line of communication was kept open, they followed up and sent reminders without pressure, they made an effort to fit us in for scheduling, they finished the job on time. They treated our car with respect both inside and out. They charged our Tesla upon our arrival, and at our request, charged it again before we left (after we decided to increase our charge limit). Very easy to talk to, treated us like good friends and made us feel we can count on them from the moment we made our first inquiry to the very end. Despite the distance (60+km and the traffic involved in getting there), would go back to them for more if ever we need anything else. Definitely recommend them! No hesitation!

I don't usually write reviews but had a very positive experience with my Tesla Model 3:

- I was contacted within 3 hours of my online inquiry
- The team answered all questions I had
- The contract and appointment were all booked electronically. The contract was executed using a digital signing app - fast and efficient.
- I originally requested the XPEL Ultimate Plus PPF for the front half surfaces of the car, and then later asked if I could add the ceramic coating (22PLE ZX Mistico Elemento Glass Coating) for the full vehicle after I dropped it off - no issue.
- Pricing was very good - I was offered a group buy rate
- Car looked great when I picked it up and the technicians answered all questions and went over the warranty with me.

I would gladly take my car back for any detailing work I need in the future.

I have a Dog Spa and called them for dog hair removal and it does not say on their website anything about an extra charge for dog hair and the girl telling me there is a big difference, what is the point of car detailing if my car was clean with no dog hair?
If my car is clean why would I pay you guys to clean it?
And the customer service is below zero in my opinion.
Their website is very confusing and looks like its full of irrelevant stuff but not a clear pricing which is a must for car detailing company.
