Need to educate their receivers properly how to communicate with the driver who brings load to them, drivers need very clear instructions on to which place to go as today was the first time I was told to go to second building which I was never aware of. I have always backed in from the street to the dock on aero wood drove so having 53 footer plus heavy you have to be sure where you going I took a walk to see where the second building is nothing written so I assumed it was the one I saw unfortunately I was backing up my truck got struck in black ice won’t move okie finally was able to get through I come back to the receiver n asked him when he means second building does it have any thing written.now then he tells me it’s behind this building dock it’s second building! Drivers be very clear with instructions before backing up as usual it’s DRIVERS FAULT!
