I recently bought some Aloo Tikkis and curries, and they were too SPICY! Honestly, the spice level was way too overpowering for our taste buds. It was so intense that we ended up having to throw out the food. Also, the staff wasn't wearing hairnets and gloves. It's important for food safety and cleanliness.

One can find all Indian items even South Indian items too. The only thing missing is Shallots in the vegetables section. They have a good hot food section too, try some samosas, it's just a dollar. Can find lot of packed snacks too.

Today, We had a very bad experience over there. Me and my friends went to buy rakhi and some kind of sweets and there was one lady i dont know her name, she was in red top and that lady was very rude to us. We justing looking for the sweets deciding what to buy. She just came and said yes, what you want. She dont even say ' hello' and she was behaving rudely with everyone over there. It was our first time we visit that store and dont like this kind of behaviour.

Love the selection of ethnic items you get here. Last night I went there to get a specific product that I thought would be in the frozen section. A young associate that I approached very kindly searched with me. He then went that extra mile to find out if that product came packaged differently. And found it for me, tucked away in a corner. Hats off to this young man for his persistence and clear cut output towards positive customer experience.

Lack of customer service and unsanitary… the ministry would get a field day out of this place if they ever paid a visit.

Shopping carts and baskets need cleaning. Staff need to smile and be more welcoming. Good selection of food and groceries.

Grocery prices are a little high compared to other indian groceries in brampton.
Quality was ok.

The person who attends the sweets section in the morning is very rude.poor customer service

No price tags on most items, vegetables are a bit expensive, expired items also found.

[May 2023] Meat proces have gone up by 100%

[1 year ago] Best meat in store. You don't have to go local butcher or meat shop or to warriach meats separately. I used to buy in Savvy butcher but now I'm regular here since Covid shutdown in April.

Everything is expensive then usual. Bad customer service. Place looks like a warehouse. Taking advantage of being only place with some South Asian necessities in the neighbourhood.

Never eat in this restaurant. Dahi bhalla was bar as hell. Bhalla was as hard as tennis ball with BIG pieces of onions.
Worst part is, it was made and severed by the owner of restaurant. We ate ‘mix-veg pakora’ last time. They were raw as well, but i didn’t post any review.

India Bazaar at Kennedy Road is a great grocery store where you’ll find your veggies, lentils, packaged snacks, and dairy products. Price is decent and variety is great.

They also have a restaurant inside that serves delicious snacks, meals, and sweets. I tried their chole bhature & they were good (Cost $8.99).

Ordered a goat karahi and two other chicken curries. When I got home all turned out to be chicken! What a disappointment! Called the store and yes the cook confirmed that he packed all chicken. Now the vindaloo chicken was hot and spicy just the way I like it.

Very bad staff and if you dont check your bill twice after paying they just put whatever they want on bill groceries are also expensive and if we ask to re check bill they just return money easily without even apologizing

I got a big pack of 3l olive oil for $15.99 over there … I was searching for good bulk grocery for me and my roommate.so many good deals on rice, oil, atta.and typical Indian veggies too …

Excellent store. Every thing for home grocery is available. Their restaurant is awesome, delicious food, meat and sweet shop.

Worst customer service here. No matter you greet the cashier girls here they do not respond to anyone and respond rudely when asking for help with items. The owner of the store must look into this and train the staff properly to flourish the business. These staff members seem newly immigrated young students who work on their attitute to go long way in life. Terrible people, terrible behaviour.

Indian Bazaar is a great place to buy especially Indian grocery items.
This place has a great produce and items available are at a reasonable price. You get to have almost everything that you require. Doesn't feel like you are away from your country when you see the varieties of available items.
The staff is as always co operative and supportive and well experienced and knowledgeable to guide you through the different aisles if you are specifically looking for something.
Well maintained and organized area also if you're interested or looking to buy some quick snacks, it's always available.
