Huge selection of Indian grocery. I stopped by during my trip to Canada. I would definitely be back again in November.

If you are coming from India, the first thing you must do is to visit this place.

You will get most of the Indian grocery products you might need in here. Even the Indian snacks (haldiram namkeens, chips and biscuits) a long with personal care items (Himalayan face wash, ayur shampoo etc).

They have Gits ready to eat mixes of a lot of Indian dishes (Malai kofta, paneer Tikka masala, mutter paneer etc) which is very economic (< 3 CAD$ per packet). They just need to be boiled before eaten.

Very disappointed in the cleanliness of the store. Variety was not as what I was expecting. The floors were quite dirty and there some expired foods on the shelves. Would not recommend. Don’t forget to follow me!

I bought $350 worth of groceries including 4 Teetoz Vada Pao and all of them had fungus on it. Check for yourself in the pictures below.

Disastrous experience. The manager seems like he is the boss of Toronto. I understand you might have some bad products sitting in your store for weeks. I called these guys and they are horrible. The way manager handled the situation, I felt ashamed because he is representing a big community.

Going to call City and let them know about it. Let’s see what city does.

I am giving 1 star as there is no option for 0 star. Yesterday evening, i visited this store with my husband.we almost spent around 400$ and store do not have proper prize tag near the products we have to go to counter for asking the price of product many times.moreover, we bought 4 teetoz vadapow and when we reached home i was excited to eat then and opened it for eating all those have fungus on it…we called the store talk to the manager but he was so rude and he didn’t care about the fungus food.he told us that we should first check that those vadapow had fungus on it or not then buy it…and also he was very rude on phone. I recommend that plz guys do not buy frozen food from here…worst experience in my life talking with this manager over call and for vadapows too. Total waste of money. I am not going to buy anything from now onwards here.

Indian Sabji that you would most likely not find in Freshco, No frills & Walmart can be found here. E.g. - gwaar ki falli, tindey, Parval etc.
They also have good stash of chooran, Hajmola and hot & sweet ketchup.
Albeit overpriced a bit, they have household utensils typical to a desi kitchen (tawa, chhanni, chakla, beylan etc.)
Highly recommend this place.

Tip: go in the morning when there’s less rush.

It's a good place to do your grocery. The aisles are very narrow.
Sometimes the merchandisers are blocking your way.

Poor service and rough behaviour of the staff. Staff donot care to help to arrange the things after billing. Very poor attitude and unfriendly behaviour of the staff. Wish I could have a different Indian grocery store nearby

Very friendly staff. Aunty helped us in getting all the stuff we wanted. The store has huge collection of all the Indian grocery stuff required. You say and they'll have it. Prices may be a bit on higher side but rest assured you'll get everything

Gurbani and kirtan gives great vibes. But cashier has no friendly manners. No please and thank you, no smile.vegetables and grocery are best display and we are shopping in this store since last 22 years.

It's a decent store, however make sure to check the bill. I was double billed for one of the items. It's good that I checked and I was able to get it reversed.

Can't say more about the grocery prices, it seemed little higher but then it's subjective.

Found it to our delight, near our place, storing several Indian favourites including Vegetables, Fruits, Masalas, Grocery and Provisions. Neatly arranged with good Service

It's Home away from home, efficient customer service and very much into budget. New inventory every time and Amazing Mangoes from India

The flour is ALL expired, and they continue to sell it. It's not just one brand, but all brands. Some even over a year old. I'm willing to bet there's lots of other stuff in the store that is expired as well.

Go elsewhere.

Very huge collection of Indian spices and traditional crockery. All stuff has good quality. And on top of that best customer service by Mr.singh. I'd definitely recommend this place and be back on my next trip to Canada

They have almost everything for an Indian store to have. Just it'll be good if they can increase the store timings.

I've been a customer of this store for over 10 years now. We bought some items and returned home put the grocery bags on the floor and went about doing some other work before moving the stuff to the fridge. Upon returning home I found maggots had started to spread throughout our home. Started cleaning up and tracking them down. Called the store to speak to the "Manager" and inform them about what had happened here and that this is a health risk not to mention its really disgusting. The manager was telling me not to get "hyper" when I was clearly speaking in a calm manner just upset over the situation. (No foul language/no raising of my voice). Will not be shopping here again.
I would leave a 0 star if it was possible.

Bad customer services. Aunty was rude and ask us to leave as we were shopping around for few minutes. She told we time pass here

Everything Indian. Can get traditions spices.oils. Puja items. Fruits and vegetables. Roties. Pan.etc

Crowdy place. Parking area very bad. Indian grocery is good to have. Customer service is not very nice.

Nice selection of Indian groceries and goods. I found the people easy to talk to when asking for stuff. I wish the spice area was a bit mor organized as you sometimes have to search a bit for certain ingredients. Other then that I find the proces fair and a wide selection.

Refrain from buying Pardesee brand grocery items from this store. I was appalled when i found adulteration in whole spices like ajwain. It literally has small stones in it. I was not expecting such adulterated food in Canada. I have wasted a lot of money buying this brand spices from this store. I will never visit this store.

I've been coming here as a kid and now as an adult.their fruits and veggies are fresh and their staff is very nice.

Very good India grocery store with a good selection of veggies, snacks, and all the good stuff. You can get a variety of rice, vessels, flour and Indian spices. Halidirams and other desserts are available here. Must visit.

Using this word first time ever, counter attendant FUDDU with alot of attitude.
I am updating this after 4 days and dont know how to add pics but I bought mandarin which are already gone bad with fungus.

It's close to home so I cant complain. Lots of Variety from Vegas to fruits etc. Prices are good. Best day to go is Thursday because that's when the fresh vegetables come in

One of the best places for Indian vegetables and groceries. Bit expensive as compared to Om India food.

You dont faind wht you looking for every time i go i did not faind some items you have to go another store and i dont like this if i faind all my groceries stuff i would give 4star sorry i cant

Firstly, they should shut off their telephones. They intentionally try to ignore customers and their inquiries. And secondly, extremely low quality of customer service. Very rude and ignorant staff. I can list this store as my last option. Far better stores in the area itself. Never go in here again.

Delicious A-One cookies, love the Gur, bought garlic and ginger paste which is great for stir-fry veggies and soups. Reasonable prices.

I like this grocery store than others because it has more products. Fresh vegetables agree really fresh some times

Totally disappointed!
They are putting some price tags for items but they are giving for diff.price even i asked her it should be this much and she is like i don't care.
And i went with my bf and cashiers made fun of us as she thought i don't know punjabi and they started talking in punjabi but i understand everything.
Sorry for posting publicly but Just a suggestion for that girls change your cheap thinking!

Good place, All indian grocceries are available here. Though its touch expensive sometimes. Also, beware of expiery dated stuff.

I went there an hour ago and received terrible customer service. I was inquiring about the expiry date on the TATA tea as it seemed it was expired to a lady. She called a guy and he declared it was the lot number and told me to call the distributor if I wanted to know the expiry date. He said he is not obligated to know anything about the products he sells. It’s not his responsibility. I said where do I call. 1 800 TATA?

Very hands off, no ownership of customer questions or issues.

Very disappointing to see customers being treated so poorly. It’s like we are some pathetic individuals who go there to just ask about things!

They get annoyed if questioned about the expiry date

They snicker amongst themselves and gang up together if someone asks a question.

Caution: a lot of the items are expired. Please check if you don’t want you or your family members sick. I won’t trust what dishonest practices go on in the store.

Why should we spend our hard earned money in a place that doesn’t appreciate us?
