Ordered tandoori rotis and kadai paneer, had worst experience, my stomach still aches from last night food. I won't recommend it, taste was not ok. I always order kadai paneer when am trying some food from new place thinking this is basic and nothing could go wrong. But to our surprise, things turned out worst, roti was so chewy, could not digest. Totally disappointed.

Had chai with friends. Lots of Cardamom (Aleachi), but didn’t have sugar. Had to ask two times to balance the sweetness, but hardly made any difference. While paying the bill they offered ਸੌਫ, ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਦੇਦੇਂ ਚਾਹ ਆਪ ਹੀ ਮਿੱਠੀ ਕਰ ਲੇਦੇਂ

Good portions and tasty food. Cutlery was cheap for the entree prices we pay and chairs were wobbly. Staff was helpful

First of all the lady at the counter needs to stop eating while taking orders or payments. Besides, she doesn't like her work I believe and she doesn't know how to respond or acknowledge. The restaurant was clean and tidy earlier, but now it's just dirty everywhere. The owners need to stop getting complacent and need to work on training their staff properly. I hope they work towards this and make it a better place. Wishing them luck.

I wanted to make a public service announcement regarding India Curry Mahal restaurant. Williams Parkway and Chinguacousy.
I catered food for 15 people I ordered half tray of chicken and egg Hakka noodles and half tray goat biryani and 12 samosas and 15 nan bread.

The owner of the restaurant completely ripped us off with poor quality food.

Goat Biryani- mostly bone pieces in the biryani with very little meat. Clearly not enough for 15 people. There were bone shards in the rice and we had to throw it out because it was actually dangerous to eat.

The sauces that are usually given with the food- noodles and samosas were enough to serve one person. This was supposed to be enough for 15 people.

I complained. There was no manager or owner to speak to for five days. The counter help admitted it was wrong. When I did finally get a hold of a manager she told me that I should’ve brought the food back and showed it to her and then she would’ve put more food in the container. I want to know if that makes sense to anyone that has 20 people at their home for dinner party. Should I have taken the food off the table and driven it back to the restaurant to show them how I was ripped off?

The manager was very rude and told me she would not give me back my money called me a liar and told me to call back if I wanted to speak to the owner. This was my fifth attempt trying to speak to the owner.

We will no longer be eating there. After 10 years of being loyal customers under different owners this is how we were treated plus poor quality food. They took our money and we got told off.
Needless to say it was an embarrassing situation when you have a house full of guests. The sad part is I was telling everybody how good the chef was when I was ordering in smaller quantities in the past. And everyone was excited to try the food because, I told him how good the chef was.

Unfortunately they know how to rip you off when they want to. The owner never reached out and never picked up the phone when I called. She always pretended not to be there.

The new owner should be ashamed of herself she single-handedly brought down an establishment that was serving the community for many years.

Last saturday i went to this restaurant, chinese food was amazing, thankyou neha for recommending it and best service ever i have experienced by her.

Worst service EveR, never be recommended, we visited first time and spend 5 minutes with a girl to know about starter chicken and then ordered Chicken but they put into gravy of paneer, who is serving gravy chicken in starter ridiculous, Moreover attitude of the girl at reception is on high level this is not acceptable from at least an Indian community to another Indian person. Before ordering stuff please make sure from the person who tried, Extremely disappointed

Good taste but not hygienic.
Order take out paneer and while eating got a bone in gravy.
Its do pathatic for vegatarian people.
Advise customer service and no one even feel like to sorry for mistake.

I would say their Noodles are best so far…. I am little disappointed as I never get Nutri Kulcha, every time its sold out. Best quantity and quality… Happy tummy:)

Did catering order last night was assisted by front desk girl name Aman, was excellent service, perfectly organized and main part everything was the perfect just the way i want ️ amazed with the food too.

Ordered paneer and mutter mushroom. Both tasted same even though two different dishes. In the curry it was all onions and that too uncooked, it was smelling raw onion while eating. Never had such bad experience of food. Not sure how others food will be but the ones ordered were really really bad.portion size was good though.

There is no option to give rating below 1 because this restaurant deserve rating below than zero. I ordered food from here and I waited for 1 hour but the results for waiting too much long was not worth full.worst food worst customer service

Worst food. The girl at the front don’t know how to deal with customers or how to talk to them. Bad experience. Don’t recommend this restaurant to anyone.

One word of advice, don't go to this place. PERIOD.i hope and wish owner ask me WHY? But i am sure he wont as he replies only to POSITIVE reviews and not to bad ones.

Got cholle bhature, waited 10 minutes, got home they were cold as pulled out of fridge. And we're like chewing on elastic. Would never recommend to anyone. Horrible experience.

So starter paneer tikka was awful, main course was ok, not that bad. Dine-in area is very congested and you feel like u r sitting too close, not enough leg room for tall individuals

Alway get food from them they are amazing. But this is the first time I ordered butter chicken from SkipTheDishes and the chicken wasn’t cooked throughly. You can’t even break it with ur spoon. I had to re cook it my self. I just hope that they make sure the next time they cook that the chicken is throughly cooked. People can get sick. Otherwise their food is awesome.

Food is amazing, priced just right and great portion sizes. Would definitely go back there again and recommend people to try.

Food quality is good. Friendly staff, their servers are nice but Restaurant should provide them clean dress for good customer service. I think girls are too busy there to manage their dress clean.

If you are planning to take out, better tell them 2 days ago. I ordered on call at 6: 32, was told 40-50 mins. I’m here writing this review at 7: 47 coz my order is still not ready. And the excuse is, mushroom takes time. Agreed. That’s the reason I ordered ahead. Poor service and unapologetic behaviour of the staff. Don’t waste your time peeps!

Excellent food. The management has recently changed and now their food is 100000% better. Truly excellent taste and quality.

Tandoori chicken was good. Girls are sweet talker at counter you will enjoy dealing with them. The actual sweets are way too sweet I won’t go that high on sugar. Samosas good and well in range.

I ordered dhaba chicken curry and the taste was worst, not even fully cooked.

I have never had such bad quality of indian food, i order paneer tikka, veg pakora and samosas none of them were even to the point to be eaten had to throw away all the food.

We got catering services done from Curry house and The food especially kadhai Chaap, tandoori chicken and fried fish was amazing. The customer services was great and the order was delivered on time. Would surely recommend this place for some great food.

Even before when they called it" india curry mahal" as per food the quality of food has dropped drastically, which is very sad to see.
Butter chicken is the 1 that my family loves but now its just tomato puree some cream and alot of sugar, 1 star out 5

Avoid this restaurant at all costs. Placed an order at 7pm. Not ready for pickup until 8: 55pm. Worse - most of that wait was at the restaurant after showing up at the time they said the order will be ready!

Tried this place first time, went with samosas. They were the worst samosas ever, they refried the old ones which broke and were filled with oil. Had to even threw them away! I am really disappointed thought a big Indian shop would deliver a good taste. Even getting Samosas from Mandi would of been better than the samosas here.

New owners. Food doesn't taste good anymore. Bummer, because the food used to taste really good under old management.

Special fried rice was way too salty, and way too much soy sauce/other sauces used. The Kung pow chicken was all sauce with 4 pieces of chicken.not worth the $. Don't even get me started on the batter used for the chicken. It was just gross.

Reading other's reviews below, seems I'm not the only one with this experience. They constantly reply saying they will make changes, take customer complaints into account, etc, but clearly doesn't seem that anything has improved! Won't ever be coming back here again!

Today I ordered Amritsari kulcha, paneer pakora and my favourite veg Manchurian Dry. The food was really really very tasty. It was well presented and was fresh. I found a same taste of manchurian as it was in India. The person who made Manchurian and kulcha, I would like to thank him/her. From today, this place is been one of my favourites for ordering food. Really happy and enjoyed food. I would suggest my friends to taste food from New India Curry Mahal?

Food was delish and made as ordered. I specifically ordered a mild, mild Shahi Paneer for my kids. It was perfect! Only negative: wait for pick up was much longer than the 35-40min I was told.

The butter chicken was tasty, the staff is very freindly, great atmosphere over all, i will deffinately be coming back. Thank you:)

New India Curry Mahal only opened in Oct 2020 but already its my favourite Indian restaurant in Brampton. Their take out menu and service is fantastic and their variety and quality of Indian sweets is the best in this area. The sweets for Diwali were beautifully packaged and very tasty. They have really improved the interior appearance of the restaurant and I look forward to the dine-in facilites. Highly recommend this place

This place is great! Atmosphere is chill and cool but the staff is also really friendly. They making the customers happy is their main priority, Excellent food Taste.

Despite bad reviews we were there as some friends suggested and i was amazed as the service was fast and everything we order was too delicious and much authentic. Methi malai murg was even better than we had ever in india. Garlic naan was too good and even i found the rasgullas too good that we packed big boxes as the kids loved it. On the top everything was fresh in taste.

Worst Chinese food.we ordered szechuan noodles n chili shrimps.both were stale.noodles were smelling so bad that I even cant tell you.

When you go to a restaurant, you wanna feel welcomed specially if it’s your first time and you have no idea what you want, I walked in and this place was empty, only the two girls behind the counter that kept going with their conversation in their language.
I stood there for like 3 minutes looking at the menu on the wall not one of them asked if I needed help
I ended up ordering something don’t ask me what it is coz I don’t even know lol.
The point is.don’t go there if you want good food and someone that will explain to you what is what!

This restaurant is a quite place with cozy sitting arrangements and a good ambiance. Only one table was occupied when we arrived at 6.30 PM and a handful of (probably first timers like us) visiters at our departure. Food was served hot, specially starters. We ordered gobi manchurian and it was quite hot when served which we liked. Food wise, probably a high point of our dinner. The staff is very friendly and did good work is serving us, intermittently visiting us once to inquire. Washrooms looked neat but once inside were very gloomy and lack modern equipments others restaurant provide.

The service was fast, but I recommend ordering individually if you are going for a multi course meal. We ordered starters and main course together and were awfully surprised to see the main course being served just minutes after starters. I got a feeling that the staff was inexperienced.

Another thing which needs improvement is the taste of food. The breads were quite tasty but had gone cold by the time we reached main course. Paneer lababdar looked good too, but left a lot to desire as it was overcooked (atleast more than a couple of times) before getting on our plates. Even gobi manchurian was smeared with garlic which was like a bolt after just the first bite we took.

Overall it was a nice experience but I would suggest the management should ramp up big time in all departments. Probably a starting point could be to maintain the taste and freshness of food being served.

This place is very close to my current home so before moving in decided to try it out Its adjoins Rashmi bakery
Looks good medium size with a buffet and a la carte
I preferred a la carte and ordered chilli paneer with Hakka noodles
Without asking I got the over spicy scheswan noodles
The chilli paneer was tasted stale so requested them for a change and ordered gobhi Manchurian instead
The gobhi was good too oily through
Had papri chaat too
The papri chaat was excellent really good but the rest of the food was kinda average
Will definitely go there to try some Indian food next time Maybe better than Chinese as the Indian chaat was good
Asked the server if they had beer and wanted to order some She was quiet for a while like she had a problem serving alcohol but eventually got it
This experience was an average experience will definitely try them for Indian cuisine next time
