The best Indian restaurant that I've experienced.
The food was extremely delicious, the service was excellent.
The bread was out of this world.
I highly recommend it.

We’ve ordered here in store, on Uber Eats, and for a dinner party. Everyone enjoyed the food and the service is wonderful. The owner is fantastic. We’re not Indian.but all I know is the food is a crowd pleaser.

We were looking for comfort food last night and ordered for takeout. We got what we were looking for and then some! The food was delicious. The quantity was fair for the price, and the owner was super friendly. We tried the onion fritters this time, and we'll definitely order them again. This is our go-to location for Indian comfort food. Thanks again for a great dinner!

Ordered simple tonight. Butter Chicken, and Appetizer sampler - Onion Bhaji, Samosa and Vegetable Pakora. Exactly what we were hoping for! Great flavours - we will be back every time we feel like Indian!

You don’t have to travel to India to have the best food experience. India gate’s perfect food options from the tandoori chicken to lamb karahi or chillie chicken perfectly seasoned a little something for everyone…The friendly service and cozy atmosphere is very welcoming. I would dine there every night

Dinner was extremely tasty, hot sizzling fish and chicken tikkas were so good can’t explain to any extent but you should try it yourself

Very disappointed with the food taste and quality.
Starters were bland. Naan was horrible. Only palak paneer was the saving grace.

Delicious authentic Indian cuisine. My favourite is the chicken madras, very spicy and bold flavours Generous portions and good food!

Ordered a butter chicken through Uber eats. They sent it as is, no rice or naan bread for 18$. Don’t bother spending your money here, go elsewhere for larger portion AND rice/naan will come w it.

Lovely food and lovely owner and lovely staff that impressed this customer who frequents Gerrard Street in Toronto weekly / this resto is on my way to Barrie and is conveniently located in the Giant Tiger mall

I ordered the saag paneer with a Roti for lunch and it served as my dinner when I got home and was still very tasty

A great family run business with delicious, traditional Indian food! We enjoyed the Butter Chicken with huge pieces of white meat, Lamb Roganjosh, Rice and Peas Pulao, Chana, Masala, Daal Mahkni, and the yummy naan bread. Lots of other vegetarian and meat options to choose from as well. Portions were huge with plenty to feed four with leftovers and all under $20/pp. Highly recommend if you’re looking for authentic Indian Cuisine in the area!

We just came here for lunch and the employee name Abhishek was very very rude to all of us…i don’t think he has any degree for hospitality. It was the worst experience. Also the food is very bad. We didn’t like it at all. This restaurant is not recommended. Please don’t go here.

The food was ok, but I've certainly had better. Felt the flavours could have been stronger.

Food was very tasty, I just loved it even I tried it for the very first time, when I entered in the restaurant, OMG very calm and decent feeling I had, my order was for taking out, so even after reaching home I ate it, & that was delicious. Specially, the gentleman on the desk, is very polite, friendly, he just welcomed very well so, I think whenever I will go Newmarket, will prefer to eat here only.

Worst ever experience at this place. Mr Abhishek thinks he is doing us favors while serving. Will never come back to this place ever just because of this guy.

Too expensive guys not worthy eating and serving done by Mr Abhishek is worst. Worst rude guy you ll ever see.

Food was expensive and terrible, both dishes tasted like they had been watered down, very little flavour. Will not be ordering from here again.

I went for lunch this afternoon with my 3 other friends. The person who was serving us his name was Mr. ABHISHEK and he was so rude to us while serving us food and had no manners to speak to customers.
