We ordered platter at your place food was delicious and would like to compliment the service given by the girl named simran she is the best everything was on point

Ordered Yar Anmulle thali. Proprtion of food is so bad. Only 1 rise but 5 naans and 10 curries.
Bad service and food quality.
Total price is $38 with tax and quantity is lesser than 2 veg thali.

Poor customer service ever.anyone doesn't even bother to check order is complete.we placed order and didn't get full order delivered and over call they blamed each other for missing order. This whole thing happened twice with me.never visit this restaurant ever.

I have ordered veg noodles and instead I have got non veg noodles. I don't eat non-veg for religious reason and I realised this was non-veg after having a bite. When I called restaurant I was told I will have to call on Monday to speak to a manager and I will have to contact uber for any issues. This is beyond unacceptable. If the moderator or the owner of restaurant is reading this review, I would appreciate a reply

Worst food experience ever, I ordered by ubereats, got my order incompleted, and food was just too oily and not tasty at all and spicy too.

Very bad services. I ordered one curry Fukin got piece of plastic in it. In the when they r going to give me my refund they didnt find my order.

Lively atmosphere with nice Indian music playing on a decent sound system. Nice staff and good service, Ask for Navneet, she is amazing server, and best service we got. Food was good and freshly prepared.

No doubt they have good food but they don’t have manners how to serve customers there server don’t know any hospitality. After waiting 25 min just to sit We just left the restaurant. Although we went there after give them a call to ask if there is any waiting or something and i was told on call that there was no waiting so guys if no waiting means wait 25 min just to sit then its “DISGUSTING”

Great food and customer service! Was served by Veenu, she was pretty quick in taking the order and the service was amazing too.

Absolutely astounding. Every dish, every flavor, and every touch was made with a razor sharp precision and a clear attention to detail. Nothing short of perfection.
Especially Manpreet, she was so sweet and attentive to our needs. I will definitely return soon.

Update: the owner sold me lassi saying lassi and chaas are same. Use Wikipedia bro. We are not stupid. They are not same, but you just “want to sell stuff”.
I bought lassi cause it’s the owner, but poor salesmanship.
Also tried to sarcastically use an inference that “I was not able to afford lassi”.
I want the freaking chaas, cause it’s an Antacid!

Best value for vegetarian thali and taste is excellent. Service is much better now as well. Ordered take in food bit short spoke to server vareen she immediately got the manager and immediately fixed the quantity. Left the restaurant full of food ate so much since it was so delicious. Wifi is free as well. Will be back often.

Wished they had some TVs in dining area.

We were in Brampton for 5 days and eat from this place everyday. We tried their Choole bhature, Royal Falooda and Veg thali. Royal Falooda is too too good. Can’t wait to go back again when I return to Brampton.

The only thing that I didn’t like is the long wait time. They are crowded all the time be it afternoon or evening, weekdays or weekend. Hats off to the staff for managing everything so well and staying calm in the busy environment.

Veenu is a wonderful server. Thank you for the fast service. Food as usual was good. I Would definitely recommend.

I ordered twice from This restaurants and both times it was tasting disgusting. There veg momos don’t have any taste. Look at shape and you can imagine the taste. I wasted my money twice now. Will never order again

Went there to pick uber eats order, both orders were ready. The girl at reception said wait we will give you the order. Waited for 10 mins saw no one was working on my order. I asked another girl. She said oh your orders are ready. So I wasted 10 mins because of their unprofessional and unorganized staff.

Quality of the food is really bad. Tried chilli chicken and chicken noodles today. Spoiled my money by ordering from here, had to garbage everything. Not recommend at all.

Did ordered from this restaurant 3 4 times but everytime having problems sometimes chicken is overcooked, vegetables taste like eating as raw not properly cooked and even spices and turmeric tastes like raw. Totally dissatisfied with the quality of food. If you have set your prices high thats not a problem you have to provide quality and taste matches to that high prices. Went there today, ordered two veggie thali for take out. One of the female employees, rushing us to select, hell not even gave time to read the options. The food was okay, service was real disappointing. Not going to visit next time.

They are such a unprofessional staff over there. I ordered petha from skip the dishes and they sent me laddoo. This is the level of their service. If i ve the option i wish i can remove 1 star also. Skip the dishes customere care also i dont know how they choose people for cutomere cqrr.

Get this kind of stale salad with extra foul smell, stale & hard chapatis, stale & hard paneer for $180-$220 everyday. Tiffin service getting worse day by day.
At least check your food before serving to your customers if its smelling and stale or fresh.

Ate butter chicken n their large was the size of small wonder what their small will be n their server Raman said we will get a cold drink when we give them a review after a good review also when I saw the bill cold was 2 dollars.if they say this they should first confirm with us then see the review n then prepare the bill
Lastly service of the girls is very slow. The tables are dirty as it is.

I recently had the kathi roll from this store and it was damn spicy and moreover it was so hard to eat that roll apart from this the internal stuff was not cooked properly. M never gonna buy and eat stuff from this store. It was such a wastage of time

I love the food of this restaurant Bt I ordered on the skip the dishes it was just small order Bt you guys take too much time to made it. I received my ordered after one and half hour.

The food is good with reasonable prices. But they takes a lotttt of time to prepare it. We took some sweets n it just takes a minute or two to pack it up but, the management told me that I have to wait for 10 minutes and then when I went back they told me I have to wait for more time! Come guys. I hope to see improvement otherwise I will be more happy to go another restaurants.

Ordered dahi bhalla and got sambhar wada with curd and first time in my life i ate salty dahi bhalla and without tamarid.

I order paneer dosa from uber eats. It was the worst dosa of my life. I will never order from this place. Dosa was not properly cooked.

Server attended after 15 minutes, then brought the wrong order out. The food wasn't great either! (very spicy and not that authentic). To top it all, the place was extremely noisy and the server who brought the bill had a hard time understanding my concerns (language issues). Decent prices but if you're okay with the quality and experience I described, please be their guests!

Food is ok at that price, i came back after very bad experience last time, our Server Aman dhaliwal gave us really good service, i will definately come back to enjoy.

Food was ok but fast, Hot gulabjamun were not hot and service is like you have to call the server everytime you need by using the device on the table but i would personally like having the person who took the order take care of things needed in between atleast once rather than you calling them everytime for trivial things like napkins/spoon etc which should be available few extras on the table already. On dessert time we didn't have much space left on the table to enjoy it properly because most of the space was occupied with dinner dishes that nobody felt responsible to take care or at least removing some of them if not all. So overall not a very good experience we had on a quickly planned dinner.

5 naan and one butter chicken came up to 19 dollars. I was completely fine with the price until i got home to find only 4 pieces of chicken in my butter chicken order.

Took them 25 mins to put 4 pieces of chicken and some sauce into a container, there is 0 sense of urgency in this restaurant.

Please go here only if you are fluent in Punjabi because youd have to argue with the employees as ive seen 3 customers inside the shop have to do at the time of my visit.would not reccommend to anyone.

I am regular customer the customer service is always awesome but yesterday the employee fell down very badly.other employees trying to help her to pick her up but old guy seems to be supervisor ask them to leave her n continue their work.fortunately i was there n help her to sit to chair so that atleast she stand up n go ahead n literally i was shocked when she again started her work after 3-4 minutes n the same guy was asking her to go on same slippery floor to serve.what is this ridiculous management who are not taking care of their employees.really bad experience of inhumanity: (

They placed a board “Please wait to be seated” due to which I waited for 10 minutes and upon asking at cash counter I was directed to sit anywhere I like. (Deducting 1).

NEVER COMING BACK! I wouldn’t even give 1 star. They focus on quantity not on quality. Ordered non veg Chinese thali, noodles were cold and full of ketchup. Same thing with chilli chicken full of ketchup and sour. Ordered veg thali, baigan bhrtha was overcooked. Not sure why they were serving old gajrella, it smelled bad. You can make better noodles at home than this restaurant.

On our first visit we had quite a bad experience, there was a complication while packing our food. When we called back to inform the mispack, a girl named Kanchan dealt with our issue. She was very experienced and friendly. Overall, the food was great. The waiters need to be more attentive.

Tried for the first time after listening lot of radio ads but poor quality of food being served. Naam bade aur darshan chotte will not recommend this to any punjabi. Goat curry was too hard to chew and chinese thali very oily and curry was sweet. Will not come again

Last night it was very bad experience for take out.the staff member kanchan was very rude with me even though i wait for more than 30 minutes and she harashly sid to the collegue to grome the area and after she served with same hands without cleaning hands.

Usually the food is ok not so good i prefer to go because its nearby punjabi restaurant. But i used to hate 2-3 favourite dishes of mine when i tried at this place. Manchurian was one of my bad experiences.and today i tried onion kulcha my favourite but here it seems like they put left overs and it was worst thing i ever tasted
