Went there for buffet lunch as I happened to be in the area. There was a salad bar, appetizer, main dishes, fruits and cake and sweets. Pretty solid. Dining room was nice and clean. $27+tax for weekday lunch buffet seems to be common these days.

We went for celebrating birthday party on patio (Which was reserved for our group). Lots of space for about 40people. Staff was very good and we have a one server all the time. Food was very good. Even though buffet some food they bring it to the table. It has a very good interior decorations.

Went to get sweets. They were yummy and delicious. We were billed incorrectly. Staff were not friendly.

Had very bad customer experience. Manager is very rude and not understandable. She doesn't give any importance to the customers. Looks like she doesn't want to work here and brings all her personal tensions on customers. Not at all professional manager.

I planned my son’s 3 birthday party there yesterday. I loved the food atmospheres, restaurants vibes all were great.the family guest all enjoyed it. I would like to give 5 star to their service staff is hard working. There’s girl name ekta who helped me she is very nice and hard working I would like to Thanku ekta and her team who helped me celebrate my son’s birthday. I highly recommend this place

Staff ignore customers, if you do get their attention to ask a question about the buffet they act like you've seriously inconvenienced them. They have a neat robot to serve you and take away your dishes; the robot has better personality than the human staff. Decor is beautiful. Highly overpriced, $75 for two people for lunch buffet, and one was a teenager. No drinks on that bill either.

We love this place we usually visit here to enjoy our meal but today we went here to book live catering for 200 people as we saw the mouth watering food. Initially we enjoyed the buffet which was superb as usual afterward we had booked live catering for my son birthday Hope we enjoy a lot this time too.

I wish I could give a minus rating. We recently organized a baby shower function and decided to order food for 45 people (Our guest number was 42 people). Unfortunately, we received food that was barely enough to feed 36 people. The quantity was not good for paneer gravy and dal. We called them and the owner said that "you might have more guests, our food cannot be less. " It was a very embarrassing situation for us at the function.

When we went to their restaurant, the whole staff was not believing us and accused us that their food can not be short. We told them only 36 dishes were used and our guest number didn’t go up. When we requested to talk with the owner. They dialed a call and made us talk with her on the phone. To make matters worse, the owner's attitude and behavior were shockingly rude. Instead of acknowledging their mistake and attempting to find a solution, the owner seemed completely disinterested and unapologetic. She came with a new reason. Their catering has three gravies and we substitute one gravy with the starter. So we choose one paneer gravy and dal for our catering. Ower said “That’s your mistake that you change our menu”, however, it was suggested by their customer service person EKTA that you can replace one item if you wish. If the food is going to be short due to changing a gravy, it is their duty to inform us while ordering. According to them, they are in this business for 20 years, we don’t organize functions every week. The owner put the whole blame on us by saying “You should not change our menu, we didn’t know how many guested were there, your guests have eaten more.etc etc. ” and ended the call by saying that I have to no time to talk with you.

Then we talked with a chef who accepted that he knew that the food is going to be short as there was one less gravy. Again, we went there twice before the function (To order and a second time to make 100% payment), and no one ever suggested us of the same. When we organized our function, why should we create an embarrassing situation for a couple of dollars?

This restaurant was recommended by the hall owner that we booked for our function. We inform them not to recommend this restaurant to anyone. They didn’t have the courtesy to apologize once for spoiling our function. Worst customer service ever we have received after paying around $850.

Food is a hit or a miss, the buffett has good selection, service is slow and lax. However, the price is insane. I was charged $37/pp for the Buffett including tax but not tips. That is way too high for an averagely cooked Buffett.

Not impressed with this restaurant at all. If you are planning to go out and enjoy a night out with family, then do not even entertain any thoughts of dining here. Service is absolutely terrible. No regard for customer service from employees or management. Complaints to management go in one ear and out the other. Gave management an opportunity to correct the situation, but found them to be dismissive. Maintaining bad service from employees such as Ekta is more important to them than running a successful business. They need to work on friendliness and service as well as their cuisine. Food was absolutely horrendous and tasted days old. They most probably used food leftover from their buffet to serve us. I speak on behalf of all who want good food. Many Indian restaurants to choose from, it’s best to avoid this one like the plague. Your money is better spent elsewhere.

Take out prices on the website (as of June 10th) are lower than what they actually charge, as confirmed by the host. Not a great way to retain high reputation.

Very good and spicy take out biryanis (chicken or lamb).

For our daughter's birthday celebration, we went there today, and the food was delicious as usual. Additionally, the owner is so genuinely grateful to the girls that work there that she tries to assist them. They were so courteous to us when I went to speak with the owner. We won't get the impression that Mr.and Mrs. Chahal own three different establishments. Special thanks to Muskan, Sonia and EKTA for looking after us so wonderfully. They have the impression that we are their special guests. Thanks a lot

When I first made a reservation for a lunch gathering with my family, the restaurant's reviews caused me a lot of anxiety. However, when we arrived, the atmosphere was completely different from what I had expected. Therefore, I advise men not to even read the reviews before visiting. Even the store manager, Ekta, became a good friend of mine child and she had made all effort to make our lunch celebration outstanding. Keep it up guys.

Pros: the food tasted good
Cons:
-service was extremely slow, even though we were literally the only people in the restaurant in the middle of the afternoon.
- one person in our party wanted to order off the menu and another wanted to get the buffet. We were told this was not allowed.
- it was very hot in the restaurant- maybe they don’t have air conditioning?
- the curries we ordered did not come with rice.

The food was ok but the plates and cutlery are not cleaned. Looks like we are eating with some used spoons. And an incident has happened with the manager.
When my friends kid throwed up by mistake in the washroom and the manager made my friend clean the washroom without giving any equipment. And when I went and checked with her she asked whats wrong in it.
I agree we are responsible to clean the mess up done by our child but how can a manager ask customer to clean the public washroom.
Looks like parents has to carry cleaning equipment while going to restaurants.

And the manager could be polite while asking to clean up. Why does someone has to be rude when a 6yrs old kid throws up. They should understand that it is an accident.

I would never recommend this restaurant especially who has kids of 1-8 yrs age because being kids they do not know when the accidents will happen. The manager is so rude too.

Who knows if the kid had actually throwed up because of their food! We never know ….

Many of the dishes were bland and tasteless. The methi chicken and chicken tikka masala were decent. The lamb and goat curries were watery and bland. The place was clean and the staff were friendly, but for $33 each, we felt it was a huge rip-off for such mediocre offerings. Any other Indian restaurant nearby will have better food.

Food is really good! But the staff service is really poor and very slow even with less customers

Today, my family and I went to this buffet. Before I say anything, I want to clarify that the staff was amazing. The waitresses/servers were very polite and did an amazing job. No disrespect to them. We greatly thank them for their service.

However, the food was dry and did not feel fresh at all. The food either had "too much" or "too little" seasoning. Even the coca-cola felt like it was left out for a very long time because there was no "fizz" in the drink. Everything felt like it was left out for too long.

The desert was good overall. The deserts made the experience worthwhile.
