Clean store, seems to be well run. Very limited interaction with the employees but they seemed nice. It's another Indigo, kind of what you would expect!

Loved the store. The store was big and had a lot more collections to choose, from the other outlets of Indigo that I have visited so far.

Always love having no time restrictions when I go to indigo. You can feel the "library vibe" it's pretty quiet and cozy to just get your nose into a book or 2 while still in the store! Lol

Nicely renovated. Good place to just relax and wall around, sit and read, or whatever. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

The books were very interesting and the customer service was good. My favourite part was all the graphic novels and comics, I could spend hours just looking for one to read.

The new look of the store is beautiful, it is like wandering through a beautiful home. The shift to e reading was grossly evident with so many of the stacks gone. A little nostalgic for me I must admit. But still a great feeling in the store. Staff was super helpful with me solving my problem. Made it easy. Love that place.

I really enjoy my shopping at this location. The staffs are always pleasant and helpful! Last night I went there for some notebooks and for some reason they weren’t showing 40% off on my receipt so I called them. They picked up the phone right away and verified for me. So I went there today to adjusted the prices. Very smooth. I was very happy and thankful.

The new store design makes finding the BOOKS you're looking for unnecessarily complicated and annoying. Currently have 3 gift cards in my wallet unused because of it.

Is buying a gift card for their store for $50 any different than buying a book for the same price, I think it's the same but please enlighten me if I am missing something.

I was not impressed with the manager of this location today. I bought a thick interior design magazine for my husband's birthday, which I went in to exchange. The woman behind the cash told me I could not return magazines. This magazine was an October issue, and it is November 1st today. I asked her to call the manager. The manager did not come and speak to me, but I saw him brush off his employee and say "no" immediately. This magazine was still being sold on their shelf. I did not purchase the $80 of new books I was about to get.

So, I went to the brant street indigo on the way home, and they returned it right away, so I gave them my extra $80 with new purchases!

Lovely store. Very clean and well organized with friendly staff, even during the pandemic. Masks are mandatory and hand sanitizer gel is available at the entrance.

I went to Indigo Ancaster to purchase a book of fairytales to read with my kids. The cashier rolled her eyes at me when I put the book down on the counter and stated I was making an “impulse buy”. Really!? WHO SAYS THAT!? I enjoyed my time within the store until I went to make a purchase.this isn’t the first time the staff has been rude to me.

I always enjoy shopping at Indigo, particularly this location. The staff are always friendly and helpful, and the store is clean and organized.

I recently had purchased something online and there was a mix up at the warehouse and the wrong item was shipped. I went into this location and one of the managers, Cam, helped me resolve the issue very quickly and everything was sorted out incredibly efficiently and without and stress for me - very happy with how everything was handled!

To the staff here - thank you and and keep up the amazing work!

Great place to relax look at some books and grab a coffee from the attached Starbucks if you're in the mood. Staff is always curteous and helpful.

The most relaxing store to shop in, I can always find something indulgent to buy whether it’s a great book, a nice water bottle/coffee mug, cute stuff for my home office or cozy pj’s. Staff is always super friendly

Indigo Ancaster always has what im looking for. Staff is always happy to help and guide me in the right direction when needed. Clean friendly and plenty of parking

I enjoy shopping here. Except for when I went to pay and they refused to take my cash. At least put up a sign warning customers before they get to the cash register. Very annoying

I liked the layout better when it was Chapters. Still nice with friendly staff. I dont know how anyone would give a bookstore a bad review but whatever.

Prices a bit higher than I would like (that's why 4*). Incredible place to visit! Enormous selection! Impeccably clean. Friendly helpful staff. It's always a very long visit! Hard to leave!

Unfortunately when I got home and checked the receipt, there was an error. The cook book I purchased had a $25 round sticker on the front and I was charged the $32 price from the back of the book. Now, I need to make a trip back to your store to have this rectified.
