Nice store was out shopping with the wife and we had a look around nice place and nice stuff to.

Large bookstore, lots of non book trinkets. Magazine section usually stands out well, but recent changes have made this a poorer and restrictive selection with a very chaotic mixing of magazine topics all over the place. In house source advised their magazine distributer has made changes for the worse regardless of satisfaction to the consumer. Sorry but this was were all my indigo spending went, so looks like I will have to shop elsewhere. Good luck!

Awesome experience purchasing a toy from Indigo Kids. Cashier was very friendly and extremely meticulous with the free gift wrapping, ensuring that it was done cleanly and prettily.

This new-ish Indigo location is very nicely designed. It has a museum type feel, with different types of products grouped into smaller rooms. (The only drawback of the design is that you really need to search for the clearance items.) As with all Chapters/Indigos, there is a lot more than books available here - stationary, board games, kids books and toys, home decor, health and wellness, fashion accessories and lots of fun little gift items. I quite enjoy grabbing a drink from the attached Starbucks and slowly browsing the store. There are lots of great finds here!

Great store, I am still trying to figure out how they make money. Can be a good place to pickbup a present for a birthday etc

Well layed out and modern book store. Starbucks connects to it as well to complete the experience. I liked how they incorperated gifts, cooking ware and other cool stuff to enhance each section. Prices are reasonable staff friendly and helpful without being annoying.

Great service, my concern (purely dodo'ish') is that I only use it as a book store. Great for some new releases, but I never seem to come away with a feeling of total satisfaction when I'm browsing.
It doesn't feel like a book store anymore, again that's probably just my dodo'ism'.
Still staffed by helpful and pleasant people ;however I don't like Heather trying to sell me a particular pick.

Nice beautifully done store. Good selection but a bit sparse and there's lots of decor rather than books. It's more of a modern store, unlike the Chapters stores that closed down.

Great collection of books, helpful and friendly staff. Now very convenient location at Conestogo Mall. Drawback - theg still try to sell pillows and coffee mugs.

The new Indigo is really nice. As much as everyone is into ebooks and everything, there is always soemthing nice about going into a bookstore and looking though physical paperbacks and hardcovers.

Good items but low the price reasonably $5 or more for a single pen what are we riches keep it reasonable but good things

Love this store and the staff are pretty great too. I think they only lost a star for me anyway is because the layout still baffles me a bit.

Excellent customer service. I was looking for a product that they were out of stock on and the CSR found it at another nearby store and reserved it for me.

I used to work at the old location about 15 years ago and thought it was awesome. But this new store is amazing! With the feel of being at home, clean, nice colour scheme. And the kids section has a great selection of items.

Not a huge fan of the new layout, as it feels more on the darker side then their previous Chapters store on Weber/King. I had asked someone about film (that I called to have set aside the previous day but never got a chance to pick up) and they quickly responded they don't carry it, without even checking their systems. They were apologetic after I informed them they had some there, but wasn't impressed with how quick they were to dismiss.

While at the store for a purchase the associate noticed I had two Plum rewards accounts and therefore I was not collecting all my rewards on one account. The part of the experience that I found impressive was I was unaware and she brought it to my attention. She then told me it was difficult to correct and may take some time, but to leave it with her and she would take care of it. I have to be honest I didn't expect it to be looked after, but when I checked my account later that day it was! I tend to find with most retail stores you really have to push and follow up to make sure your questions or concerns are taken care of and this was the complete opposite. I unfortunately did not catch her name but on my receipt it shows operator 892AH. I hope this gets to the right person and she gets the recognition she deserves for a job well done!

Really well laid out, easy to find everything. Kept very clean and tidy, the staff dont harass you to try to help you but are always nearby and willing to assist. Good variety of items. One of the nicer Indigo stores.

Great staff my girlfriend and I were gift shopping for her baby cousin got what we wanted and had it gift wrapped it was quick and the gifts were well wrapped.

Loved the store. But this is more a gift shop than a book shop. It's sad that there are so few people purchasing books (printed copies) these days that a store like Indigo has to rely on gifts and coffee to cover its costs. Apart from that, their selection of books makes for a good visit. They should make more of an attempt to keep their prices lower and encourage children to visit their stores more often. Our children are the consumers of tomorrow. If they have no interest in books then stores like Indigo gave a very uncertain future.

The store has a pleasant atmosphere with a wide variety of books and products. I really like the store's selection of notebooks (although they are on the more pricey side). I wish that the store had a larger section of visual art instruction books, but I guess that visual art instruction books are just not as popular as they once where.
