Good stock. Went a few days before Christmas and despite being quite busy, the line didn't take that long, and the store was still clean and organized.

Reading is very important unfortunately I do not read but my wife does and there are so many nice things you can get here other then books:)

Beautiful black bag, great for my daughter going to college. Has multiple side pockets for storing chargers, ur phone, water bottle, snacks and inside bag has to compartments. Fits her 14' lap top plus booklets perfectly leaving some extra space. Little pricey then what I expected.but well worth it. Feels durable/strong.

Me and my friend were looking for a book and a kind lady came up to us and asked us if we needed help and she was very helpful.

This indigo is my favourite! The employees are always helpful and nice. The store is clean, organized and very well stocked. I will always keep coming back to this location.

I come here all the time.staff are nice and its a very large store so they normally have whatever you may be looking for.usually grab a coffee from starbucks and just wander.nice and easy layout.theres a lot of stores in this plaza so afterwards its always nice to walk over to petsmart and see some animals

Great book store, went with my brother. It's wonderful place and has good collection of gifts as well.
We went there for the fisrt time.you can get help all the time when you are confused like we were.lol
But truly great employees and kids love this place.
And Starbucks is right there you go get you book and read it there with cup of coffee.

There were a lot of people in line here. It made me ask, are we reading the books or are the books reading US! ITS TRULY STRANGE.but I didn't actually go in this time. I snuck to the side on the left a Starbucks awaits. 5/5 stars for the bucks I must say it!

I was in the store yesterday wanting to purchase a baby gift for my nieces baby shower. She had registered on a baby site listing some items from Indigo/Chapters. I checked the baby area and did not find what I was looking for. As I was wondering around the store a very astute young lady asked if I needed any assistance. Chelsea (is her name) checked the availability of the item. She then advised me that it was an online purchase only. She brought me to the desk for online purchases and completed my order for me. Chelsea has a very nice personality, bubbly and cheerful. Thank you Chelsea for the fantastic shopping experience at your store. Also for noticing even under a mask that I needed assistance. It was a pleasure meeting you.

I experienced the most DISGUSTING customer service from a manager here in regards to entering the store with a mask that had rhinestones on it + breathability. The manager was claiming I was "Trespassing" by asking questions about why I would have to change my mask in order to look around the store. What kind of treatment is that? She had the most passive aggressive responses and was claiming a team of "Doctors" stated all Indigos customers must wear specific masks upon arrival. This a bookstore, relax. Looking at their reviews, it seems like they treat customers poorly often. Coporate has been informed and given names of the individuals who worked there and I have been told they will be under investigation.

I am not able to wear a mask. The staff were very very rude, instructive and judgemental. Almost Militant. As opposed to most of the other establishments around this area who are calm, rational and welcoming. The three who are “guarding” the door were not any of these things. I will NEVER purchase anything from indigo again, I will cancel my account and I will be sure to let everyone in my very large circle know how I was treated. I will also call head office and let them know how their employees are treating some customers. Like I am a walking bio hazard! This is disgusting behavior. Shame on you for loosing your humanity.

Attempting to intimidate me to put on an ADDITIONAL mask overtop of the one I walked in with. What is happening here? How can any sane rational normal person accept this type of treatment? Don't worry, Amazon will have you out of business quick enough. Count your days.

Glad it's open. It's a big location, lots of supply and very clean and organized. Not a lot of staff around to answer questions, I find this to be important when it comes to book stores.

It was very good to go there for my daughter needed a book for her school. I asked for help, I got help right away, nice and fast service. Great job, keep it up.:)

Good, can be a little expensive but theyre the only chain book and gift store of that size so there arent really other options.

My experience was positive! I had ordered a book online and was contacted to pick it up! I went in spoke to the greeter at the door and received my package within 3 minutes. So I am pleased with the service and assistance!

I don't allow random chemicals to be sprayed on my hands. Not all hand-sanitizers are the same quality or safety.

When I refused to use it, I was offered gloves, but the medium size wouldn't fit extra large hands. I left.

Lots of parking. Take note: they are only accepting debit and credit during these times. Please correct me if that changes.

Employees inform you upon entry and direct customer to sanatise and social distance.

I forgot how much I love bookstores. I spent over an hour there. This had everything from books, artsy things, small travel bags, games, callender's and more. They had a big section for books on sale as well

Spent my entire time in Indigo being followed by the pregnant staff member who works there. She made several laps around me every few minutes, constantly passing by me to check what was in my hands. There was a point I was in one of the aisles and from the corner of my eye I saw her pop her head in every few seconds to check on me. She followed me everywhere, til the point I just had to leave. Singling out one person like that is an extremely unprofessional approach to treating customers. My experience was very uncomfortable. Will never come back.

Helpful staff and a welcome atmosphere. The parking lot is generally busy during peak hours but the plaza offers ample parking spots available

Came to make make gift return after calling the store ahead of time. Explained the situation and was told I could come in as long as the books were in sellable condition, which they were, that it was no problem. Went in with my passport ID, which I was told over the phone was okay and the manager, naturally a baby boomer Karen type, refused to do my return saying it’s at the manager’s discretion and she clearly was not going to be helping me. She kept asking me who I talked to over the phone but I didn’t think getting an employee’s name or remembering it if she told me at the beginning of the phone call, was relevant so I didn’t have a name. Because of this is why I think she refused my return. It was a bunch of stuff one pocket of my family had gifted me yesterday with no gift receipt. It happens. Will not be coming to this location for anything anymore. I used to tell people to make the effort to drive or take transit up the mountain because of their selection here but no more. Oh well.

Great location. Great customer service. Lots of variety of everything. Most of the time there is a small wait in line but it's worth the wait. I have plum plus and that's worked out awesome for extra discounts.

Still like the feeling of a book in your hand. Clean store, helpful staff and a large selection. The kids section is full of educationtional projects for the kids. They also have lots of unique gadgets for your home and cellular products.

Even though I know the section I am looking for, the books are hard to find as they are arranged by author and not by subject. Who wrote the book is secondary to the topic.new books mixed in with old. I'll order online from now on.

This is a nice Indigo, good layout. Lots of parking. The only thing that could be improved isn't even actually the indigo but instead the Starbucks. Its very small and since there are not alot oth others around gets very crowded. Your always in someone's way there.

They let me drink my Coke Zero in there while my buddy got his carmel vente machiato.

Lingo is a litte odd for large, medium, small, low fat and high fat options

Good customer service representative, slightly lack of product knowledge. Very expensive place but high quality products in deed that you pay for. Variety of high technology products like, books, gift items and decor etc.

The layout of the store works well with the coffee shop off it as well. I enjoy going through the indigo recommendations to get a bit of unbiased opinion.
Staff are welcoming and friendly.
Clearance book section can be good to go through as well.
Not just a book store either, lots of small home decor and stationery products to help keep you organized.

My girlfriend has a service dog and since this store is pet friendly they ran into two other dogs who lunged at her service dogs neck. For a psychiatric service dog it was terrifying for her. She went to talk to an employee who brushed her off by saying “its pet friendly so. ” and not even asking if she’s ok. This is 100% inappropriate and unacceptable. Shame on this indigo.

Indigo always has a friendly vibe to the store. The staff are extremely helpful and nice. The store itself is always aesthetically pleasing. Also if you need a nice cup of Java the Starbucks is right next door. Would recommend this Indigo to book lovers.

A giant book store. I took my kids here once to show them what a book was. "When Daddy was your age we had to open these things and find the information, uphill, both ways, in the snow". All in all, a good experience, highly recommend this "museum" for any class trips. But seriously.great selection, friendly service.
