Indigo - North London

20 minutes in there looking for history books. Couldn't find staff so we had to wait in line to use the computer to find a book and the keyboard was missing keys. They need more books in stock. I ended up ordering the books I needed online. Much easier

Love coming to look at what they’ve got! Always feels homey and welcoming. Even just coming in to walk around with Starbucks in hand looking at the different books is a fun experience.
Staff are very friendly and helpful.

They have a wide variety of fictional and non-fiction selection for all ages. The staff are super friendly and eager to help you find what you are looking for. The building is always clean and smells delicious as Starbucks is inside.

This is a lovely Indigo location with a Starbucks located conveniently inside. A reliable place to buy books or order them, its clearly marked sections will always help you find what you're looking for. There is a large table in one section where customers can peruse their books before buying, or quietly work/study. Check the sale section for hidden gems!

Great story with nice staff. The place has so many books that anyone can be satisfied. As well as having a convenient Starbucks inside so you can drink coffee as you read.

It's a big store with a lot of options and very helpful staff, the kiosks are around so you can search up the book of your choosing

It's a nice enough chain store and it's always a pleasure to be surrounded by books but if you've been inside one Chapters you've seen them all. There isn't much to distinguish between them; this store is as nice as any other but it isn't anything special.

Gret selection of books and gifts. Comfortable chairs while you wait for the book lover to finish her shopping. Never felt rushed or uncomfortable.

Not so much a book store anymore, half the floor is for product unrelated to books. Still, layout is good and staff are great

Always love Indigo stores but this one just feels a bit too crammed with stuff compared to most. Super busy place always. Nice to have the Starbucks attached.

Although I couldn't find the book I wanted, the staff was very helpful in trying to help me look for it as well as offer other methods where I can order it from the store or at home. Great environment and very easy to navigate!

We are very lucky to have such a well organized and stocked Indigo in north London. I can always find gifts, books and cards for any occasion. My favorite pace to shop for our cottage decor and unique Christmas gifts. It helps that Starbucks is there to fuel you for shopping!

My favourite place to be on a day off or a Sunday afternoon. Great selection of books magazines and amazing gifts for self or special friends

Good selection for what I found to be excellent prices. Some hardcovers are pricey, but I had no problem finding anything.

I generally always LOVE Chapters Indigo, however, this day, I had a horrible experience! The male manager, Robin, who was the manager on duty that day was a HORRIBLE and I mean HORRIBLE person to deal with. I felt as if he was following me around the whole time, the reason as to why I am unsure. Then, as I was starting to feel uncomfortable, I was at a table deciding what I did and didnt want to purchase and he came up and commented on the stuff I had picked out then grabbed MY OWN personal day planner and began looking theough it. When I confronted him, he just disregarded, entirely, what I had to say. What I was visibly upset about. I am a very good customer of chapters and will NOT be visiting the north end location again.
