Indigo

Went with my family after 9 for half price apps. Food came out cold. Needed to send it back. Beside us the table had an issue with their food and the server was rude to him, so the manager had to handle the situation. Not sure if they're just short staffed and over worked but this was the worst Chuck's location Ive ever been to.

I love this store but hate the layout - everything by the cash register is so jam packed together. As someone who frequently shops with kids in tow, it makes it extremely difficult to get around.

Indigo seems to have lost its way. Aisles are getting more crowded, and there doesn't seem to be a logical direction. Things are here, there, and everywhere.

Good selection of books. I really enjoy the staffs picks. Always able to find something new to stimulate the mind

Looking for a card for that special person who has achieved greatness by turning 80 we managed to find just the right one. I have not been to the mall or even been in Indigo for years. There are a lot of nice things in this store but the prices are high.

Staff is really helpful, hours are ridiculous though, used to be open late on Saturdays now it's closed at 7?

LOVE this store! I am an avid reader and there are so many great books to choose from! Nothing can replace a real book with actual paper pages in my opinion. Plus they have many innovative and beautiful gadgets for the house. I could spend hours in there!

Don’t go if you are disabled. I have back problems and getting in and out of car is hard and hurts. Employees refused to help me load my car because they would have to touch the handle of my car. Home Depot has no problem helping me. I understand there are COVID rules but there are also discrimination rules! Do not shop at this store unless you are in perfect health.

Online Order Experience: Overpriced books and terrible service if something goes wrong - expect endless email chains asking pointless questions, not remedying the situation and also their service staff never leaves a name, so you are dealing with an anonymous person - I wonder if there are many people fed up with their poor service and they now hide behind the endless excuses and hoops they make you jump through to resolve a simple problem that they created. Do yourself a favour and don't further fund this heartless megalith of corporate greed. The government's antitrust agency should investigate this company in my opinion as they have destroyed the local book shop industry.

Nice balance of lifestyle pieces and obviously books. It’s great to Order directly to the store for free if they don’t have what you looking for. Enough staff to lend assistance if needed.

Always clean, staff is knowledgeable and friendly, customer service is fantastic and check out is fast.

I love this location, very neat and organized and I've always been greeted and approached by friendly staff.

It’s a very weird layout, and I thought it was odd that so many books are kept where customers can’t get to them. Otherwise it’s a good store.

Very expensive home items, although my legs work fine, I can only imagine how tough it would be for someone to get around this crowded store in a walker or wheelchair.not very accessible. Please change up the layout.mm

I recently bought a beautiful scarf from here and it's my new favorite. Soo soft and really warm.

The staff are very knowledge able and the layout and flow are manageable. The store always has what I need need and access to get it if they don't.

This location has always had a good selection of books and the classic Indigo goodies that you always look at/buy/never came for originally. The COVID handling is done well- I felt comfortable even with being closed off to the mall and Starbucks (that's just smart for crowd control though so I appreciated it in the end.)

I really like this store. There's something to be said about seeing physical books as opposed to online only. Prices are decent but a little on the higher side. Other than that I like this store.

It was good Sunday afternoon browsing books. I met an author Patrick Wick and picked up his children's book for my son. "My Little Book"

Very busy store at Christmas time. Found it difficult to move around the shelving units with a stroller. Would like more floor space.

Big store, with lots of varieties and products. I enjoy visiting them and I always find something that excites me to buy

Very nicely organized and large space. Some Indigo's are scaled down, this one is still a full sized store and has branched out to quite a bit of merchandise other than books. It was quite busy & crowded when I went but I was spotted by staff immediately and attended to.

Always have loved Chapters / Indigo for their huge selection of books and magazines. One of.y fave places to go

Great collection of books, games, gifts, and comics. Polite and friendly staff and just a nice ambience to the store.

Good store, helpful staff especially considering they have a smaller selection and they often have to order things in. Clean and well lit. There’s often a lot of neat things to check out on your way in or out of the store. Especially the reading socks, expensive, but they are like magic foot clouds.

I love books and this is the place to get them only one problem to me is that the place is called indigo but it's not the color Indigo LOL JK

Love the look of this store. Modern & relaxing atmosphere. Find anything you want to read from magazines for every hobby, fashion or puzzler. Books for all ages & always helpful staff to answer any questions you may have. Also a very cool variety of unique gift ideas for anyone on your list & occasion. After you purchase your next novel grab a drink and snack at the in store star bucks & enjoy some you time.

We love Indigo, especially Mary Ann. She's always so upbeat, enthusiastic & willing to help. She's been such a huge encourager & over the years, has helped my daughter pick out many different books & series that she has come to LOVE! She's helped me find the perfect birthday and holiday gifts & has truly gotten to know my family! We have always loved this store but since the last the last big renovation, it's even better! Large selection, helpful staff & bonus points for the Starbucks being right next to it! Love my Starbucks & books! So does my daughter PLUS when a staff member will look EVERYWHERE for a book spending as much time as necessary to track it down, that is AMAZING customer service!

As much as so many items are available by e-commerce, I still like taking the kids to a physical bookstore. The tactile experience is worth it. I would say that Indigo and its sister stores are more of an experience than just a place to shop.

Pretty good Indigo (Chapters) with attached Starbucks. Close to the main entrance of the mall which is a perk - they have a huge selection of gifts, books, toys and games. Prices are always a bit steep but that's to be expected. You can collect plum points though.

It's a great book store. I can always find the books I need. The staff is also very helpful and are great at making recommendations.

I have a book addiction problem, so I am biased because I love to read and love books. But this is always a great place, I miss the old bargain section had a much bigger and better selection but I don't think I have ever gone in just to borwse and not come out with more books. I love them. Oh the new graffic novel section is pretty awesome too!

A friend went to indigo today and was told they would not match their own online price. This is odd because I do it everytime I go in. If this is not something they do and I've just been lucky then moving forward if I have to order online to get the cheaper price why wouldn't I order with Amazon who gives me free 2 day shipping

Indigo is a fantastic book store. They have a toy section to keep your kids distracted while you sneak away to find the latest books.

A charming book store

I had a lovely experience on the weekend when I was purchasing a book, the cashier offered me their current promotional book bag, I left the store happy with a stunning pink pleather book bag and a marvellous book.

Indigo is my one of my favourite places! The customer service is top notch with resourceful staff. On my most recent visit, a staff member helped me find in-store and online book options for the topic I was researching. I really enjoy the seasonal displays and the relaxing environment.
