Front door person was quite rude and unwelcoming, but cashiers overall were very polite and nice. Roaming staff were not asking customers if they needed help!

The only reason it gets 1 star is because it has great selection. The staff is rude and unprofessional. You would think that with so many people being laid off due to the pandemic and looking for work, Indigo would choose better crew to work for them. Glad I'm able to purchase things online as that was the last time I have entered that store for sure.

Denied entry due to their illegal and discriminatory store policy which doesn't honour lawful mask exemptions.

Curbside and online pickup are neither fair nor equal service according to the Human Rights code.

Indigo, you need to fix this.

They have decided to follow their own whims and reject those with medical mask exemptions. Curbside pick up is NOT the same as in store, and if the store is open, mask exemptions have a right to look at what they need before they buy it.
Indigo, you are pushing a huge group of people to online ordering, and that does NOT mean we will be ordering from your online site, but amazon, etc, which can deliver at least as fast and has better prices! Bad choice on your part, to disallow and humiliate those with medical makes exemptions, which are protected by law.

I'm a huge fan of Indigo's stationery items and the variety! Unfortunately this location doesn't have as many items as I thought, very limited selections.

Great store, easy to follow layout, AMAZING staff. Wish we lived closer. The staff made sure that we knew about the sales and specials they had happening, helped us find things, and really tried to get to know us. It was a wonderful experience.

Friendly staff and good selection. The only downside is I didn't see an option for curbside pick up when placing an order online but when placing an order for pickup they tend to you quickly.

Would have loved spending more time here but they have chosen to close their washrooms, not sure why as they did not explain. I hope it wasnt because they didnt want the extra cleaning involved with covid. Many businesses have their washrooms open, why not indigo?

Love how snobby yet warm this place is.

It is the Walmart of books, more Tesco style. They want to cater to everyone but the ambiance is Harrod's.

I do love the ability to touch my books before purchase - just don't like to be looked down at while doing it:)

This store likes to turn people away BEFORE their posted closing time, locking the doors on us early even when we know the specific book we want! VERY disappointed at their rushed careless attitude! Terrible customer service.

This place is huge. Very easy to get lost but if you're a book lover is that really a bad thing? It's beautiful too and they have such a wide variety of books. I could easily spend hours in here. Staff are very very kind too.

I love going to into any Indigo store. It gives me calm and serenity with the smell of new books to the smell of Starbucks coffee. My anxiety, stress free store.

Often go to this Indigo to find magazines and books for my leisure time and the employees here are very helpful!

Knitted hot water bottles! Reading socks! I mean, this begs the question, are you even allowed to read without these on!? Thankfully, selected styles (presumably, not too stylish) are priced to clear. Toys, Board games, chocolate, ludicrously styltylized pencil cases, headphones, phone cases. It's all here. Featuring three different shopping basket styles: A simple but elegant black mesh bag for the casual over-the-shoulder shopper, a bright plastic (anti-bacterial!) Wheeled cart that squeaks something fierce, so you can be tracked about the store, and an over-engineered aluminum and mesh cart with silent and smooth action for the more stealthy shopper. Don't forget to try to find the one (hidden) chair, stealthy tucked into an alcove; you sit on your own time! A pleasant way to blow away an afternoon, or kill time while your child is at a birthday party and home is too far away. Also consider checking out their collection of literature from selected authors.

I rarely visit this store to be frank, as I find the merchandise is quite overpriced. However, when I do go and I am looking for something particular that requires help from an associate, I am pleasantly greeted and asked if I need anything. Always, and I mean always I get my question answered or get a task completed by an associate. Just for that, 5 stars is deserved. But, often, I end up buying the item I am looking for on Indigo's website, where it is cheaper than in the store. Unfortunately, Indigo store does not price match their own website prices. Go figure that one.

I go to Chapters and Indigos all over Canada, in search of bargain books. This location is one of the few left with a pretty good sized section left.

I always love Indigo and their selection is always vast. Plus they have cool knick knacks and things you wouldn't think about

Great place to go walk through, grab a coffee and search for a new book or a re-read. Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable.

I will try to keep it short. Books are still cool, informative, fun, happy and, sometimes both or all. They never push you, they might lead you towards a choice. It s roomy, you can walk and not feel jam in with the usual store maximizing there retail space.
Just always a pleasant place to go.

This is my local Indigo and love the staff environment so much! My fave girl Rita is always so so helpful and kind (she also gives me a great laugh when we get chatting) - but I’m writing today to give a massive shoutout to Cheryl! She went out of her way to help me find a book I could not for the life of my find! When I asked her HOW DID SHE FIND IT? ! Her response was ‘I work in a book store: p! ’ Thanks so much for the amazing customer service!

One of few bookstores in milton, very helpful staff that can help you find whatever you're looking for.

I always find the books that I like. It's clean, the staff is always very helpful. The only improvement I'd like to see is a nice comfortable reading area.

I prefer used books stores, love recycling/reuse. The store was clean and the an employee smiled at me. Clean, friendly.

Bookstores are getting harder to find but this one is impeccable. Great staff always clean and has the book other locations don't.
