Fantastic bookstore - the perfect place to buy books, magazines, and last-minute gifts.

We loved this location because it has ample seating space - for people who prefer to take time when deciding what books to buy and take home.

The in-store Starbucks is also a great place to sit back and leaf through the books you’ve shortlisted before you firm up the purchase decision.

Not as broad as selection as I am used to from other Chapters, although granted this one is just a bit smaller than those others, too.

Honestly very upset about a situation that just took place. My wife and I brought our 9 year old. She picked out two books of diary of the Wimpy kid because she loves the books. When we went to the counter the girl that was at the cash said she should be reading real books not picture books. Since when was it okay too tell an 9 year old that she shouldn’t be happy with what she’s reading?

Arrived at the store slightly before opening.doors were unlocked promptly when they were supposed to be.staff were very helpful in guiding me to the specific book I was looking for, and the checkout process went smoothly.great bookstore.

I don't usually go to Starbucks unless I'm in a Chapter's. I have to say though, this Chocolate Java Mint Frappuccino was amazing to say the least!

As with everything in the Indigo family, it is more a home decor place than a bookstore these days.

I love this store. This is THE place to buy books, last minute gifts, and stationery. Heather’s Picks section is always the place to start. They also have a fun children’s section where, in addition to books, you can find all sorts of toys, puzzles, and so on. You can walk into a Starbucks right from the store.

Large selection, very clean, many new and popular items. Anything that isn't clearance or on sale is more expensive than elsewhere. I don't recommend buying anything regular price.

It seems to have less and less actual books every time I go. The computers to look up books were not working and I found most of the staff up front chit chatting. Ended up just walking around the store and leaving. I hate to say it, but it is easier and cheaper to order from Amazon and get it the next day.

Been coming here ever since they opened over ten years ago. Over time, the emphasis has been more and more on housewares, stationary, games, toys etc.but they still have a good book selection and (with Starbucks) is a hub for the neighbourhood.

Feels like home away from home

Come here often. They have a great kids and home section. The layout of the store is inviting and staff are friendly. Glad I live near here.

Great place for books and slight varieties of plushies and pots, not that many board game selections.

Nice book store, though it took a long time to find a staff member, however they were very friendly and professional

Barb was amazing. She patiently helped our special needs some books for an upcoming long car trip. Barb is a huge asset to your store.

I miss plain old Chapters like this. They used to be in many cities. But they've closed most down. It's such a shame.

Really happy that this physical book store is still around, please support it when you can! It has decent selection, books are easy to find, staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Easy to browse and skim books.
