Placed an online pick up order but it was cancelled the next morning as it was out of stock. Placed another order for a different item- it was hard to find an associate in store for pick up and had to wait in the extremely long line up during holiday times and wait 25 min+ to get to a cashier who then called an associate to help with pick up.

This is more for the website— I had seen that they stock of a particular item. A Jellycat. So I drove an hour to get there only to find out they did not have it. In fact, they had very little inventory at all! Very frustrating! Why have that inventory feature on a website when you still need to call to check… unhappy.: (

I couldn't buy anything from there because the things are pretty expensive for me but they have really good stuff and really good books too!

Beautiful store with nice collection of books, toys and house hold items. Excellent customer service; One of their staff Ronit was very helpful during our visit.

My first time here. The people that work here are warm and helpful. I will definitely visit again.

I like this book store. We should support them. Too many book store was closed because of ecom. Their staff is always helpful and the selection was good.

I've been shopping at Indigo for ages.

The ease of searching their system for a book saves so much time. Though I don't mind wandering around and perusing the clearance books for a good 'how to' - and they have such a great variety of other gifts and knickknacks.

The Starbucks is gone btw (now in the Loblaws).

À favorite place of my special needs son. Always a pleasure shopping here. Cozy environment and very helpful and courteous staff.

Rather large and well placed for easy shopping, it's well organized and the staff is friendly. I do love Indigo I'm general, but this store is one of my favorites.

All the books you’ll ever need and friendly staff. I came in 5 minutes before closing, something I shouldn’t of done but the staff was super helpful and quick to help me in a friendly manner to get what I need so that they could close the store

They gave good sales.

A baking dish, round, rectangle or square comes with tea towel under $20.
Some Mugs are also on sale.
Was busy, lots of children when I was there.

This Indigo has a large children's and teens section. It's well organised, so good for buying kids books. In terms of non-fiction, they don't have the variety of other locations, but still a good store overall.

They also have a decent selection of clearance goods, from books to housewares

While Chapter's online support is a few steps below average I found the in store associates to be wonderful. The latest example being my copy of Project Hail Mary I pre-ordered; due to a computer snafu my copy was shipped separately and I would have had to wait to read it. I called the store after confirming it was in stock and Carla (?) understood fully, providing me with a copy from the shelf so I didn't have to wait another two weeks. Not all Indigo locations are the same but I found this one is one of the best.

I have been picking items curbside from this location and the team is very courteous.
On Saturday May 22 I purchased 2 bibles and 2 cups with my kids initial as presents and when I got to the store a customer service rep was just about to go back inside. He saw me pulled in the pickup location asked for my order number and return within seconds with 2 beautifully boxed items inside a bag. Honestly I was speechless
I actually called inside and asked for the Manager that's how impressed I was with the level of customer service and for them just going the extra mile.

Very poor customer service. I was about to place order for buying books for curbside pick up, says will take 1 month to process the order. Are you serious! When i called they said they get 150 orders in a day and 4 people working in store. On average if one person process 50 orders in whole day they can easily process in 1-2 days. I dnt know what is management doing and what the employees are doing, they dnt have anuything else to do except process curbside order when store is closed for in store shopping.

I appreciate during this hard times of the pandemic Indigo is still open, so instead of going out I can stay home with a good book

Very helpfull staff - both for locating books and giving reviews. Do they actually read everything?

I was looking for a children's book at the Erin Mills location but couldn't locate it so I asked a staff member for some assistance. The store system indicated they had 3 copies of the book in stock but she too couldn't locate them. Although I was willing to get another book the staff member asked other employees to help with the search. They didn't give up until they discovered that the books were infact in the store but had to be kept in isolation for 72 hours because they had been previously purchased and returned. I was so pleased at how helpful they all were. Wonderful costumer service! Thank you!

Staff at this Location is awesome. New girl Jessica was very helpful. I most certainly appreciate it.

Store carries few if any current affairs books that document the perspective of the political right. Biased displays prominently demonstrate that those that support leftwing causes will be endorsed. Staff is uninformed.

Following all Covid guidelines. I was able to browse and find a couple good reads. Safe journey to Indigo to keep me busy during these wierd times.

This store has made me feel better after lockdown and back to going out. Everyone is wearing masks which makes me grateful.

Small selection, mostly not books. Lots of stuffies and cups and plates. Almost no books at all. I miss Chapters, Indigo is trying to be a hallmark store and not a book store

Indigo is a great place for finding books and exclusive bags and presents. Its tough on the pocket though so I would price compare online. Parking is mostly available. Staff is helpful.

The staff is super friendly, the store is very clean and organized, and the books are well stocked.

Even during the height of the pandemic when stores had just opened up for curb side pick up, Indigo ensured that their staff were safe and given the proper PPE. Made me want to support Indigo even more!

Quiet, well organized, pleasant staff. Has a Starbucks inside for those who care for over priced okay coffee and pastries. Partner bought some tarot card she really liked the design of for a decent price. Very clean, like impressively so.

Staff are great, but there isn't many sitting areas and don't put books that you want down otherwise people will come along and take them.

Indigo is the best store. I love to visit it at least once a mo th. It's super neat. You have lots of collection of books, toys, sketching supplies etc.the games collection is not usual that you can get off the shelf in ma y stores.and toys collection is also great. The quality of products is very nice. The sections are neatly divided. Kids love their sections. Adult section of books are nice and categorized. What else can I say.

Slow service seems to be the norm around this area. It took a customer saying "is there nobody else working" to a single cashier in a line of 15. She then called over the other employees standing around to serve customers.

Books, coffee on the side, kids activities, and other stuff. Staff is friendly and always welcoming. One of my fav location.

The absolute best place to buy books and gifts for others and even treat yourself from time to time. Very soothing environment and very helpful staff.

I really liked the store, the it has been laid out and interior is top notch. As a book lover I really appreciate the amount of effort that has been put into making this place such a welcoming experience. Prices are a bit high, they need to bring down the prices to encourage more people towards reading but overall I loved the place
