This is the best place in the city to get your eyebrows threaded. Amazing service, very fair prices. I've been very going for the past ten years. You will not be disappointed. Love love this place. Sonia is the best!

I am a regular client for this spa. It's a bit expensive, but the ladies who work there give the best services. I had my facials by Jaspret, gulpret and Sonia. I used to come here a lot. Now I never will. I just came today Dec 30,2021 around 1: 45 for eyebrow threading with my mom. The threading itself was fine. They raised their prices from $3 to $7. The problem came when it was time to pay. They have those new white card machines that display the tip options at the beginning. My mom was the one paying and didn’t know how to work it. Before I could step in to help her, the lady at cash took the machine from her, and then gave it back. I noticed the tip option had disappeared when she did this so I had my suspicions. She didn’t offer the receipt after my mom had already paid so I had to ask for it. She herself had picked a 25% tip without my mom’s consent. This is so ethically immoral. A $3.50 tip on a $14 bill isn’t a big deal. But I am not a fan of the lack of ethics at play here. Tips are usually 15% and should always be at the discretion of the customer. I don’t agree with taking advantage of some customers. I will never return to this place. How are you picking a tip for yourself? Without asking? Unbelievable. Shady people. To other customers: be aware when you’re paying.

Edit: To the owner - check your cameras and see your own employee taking the machine and giving it back. It clearly happened and your lack of ownership really shows the foundations the salon operates on. Unbelievable. Also you’re going to lie to me saying eyebrows have been $7 for 3 years? Your response to another review a year ago says that you raised prices AFTER COVID. Liars.

Jasmeet at the salon did an amazing job. She was soo helpful and understanding about my needs and likings. She tried her every bit to make me feel comfortable. Would love to get myself pampered again from her pretty soon.

I have been coming here for 8 years and after the lockdowns I finally went in for service again. I showcased my exemption and even offered to wait outside. They refused my entry of providing me goods and service based on my exemption disability. They should inform themselves of mask exemptions as it is legality through the Toronto by-law 541-2020. Please educate your business on how to handle situations like these without discrimination - it is unlawful I will not be returning here.

I have been going to Indo Canada Salon and Spa and specifically to Albion/Islingtion location as a teenager since highschool days. This salon is by far the best salon. The staff is so friendly and polite. The atmosphere in the salon is so welcoming and relaxing. From my highschool days I always use to get my eyebrows done only. My first experience of facials was in college and it was by far the best experience till date. My most favorite esthetician is SONU. I always request her specifically for all my facials. Her facial techniques are like magic. She makes you feel so comfortable before and after all facials. She is very friendly and talks very nicely with all her clients. I would give Indo Canada Salon and Spa and SONU 10/10 Stars

I think this place does a good job on eyebrows, however going to get my eyebrow threading and lip done yesterday was not great. First off I asked if they do lip threading.she said yes and told me when to take off my mask, however she startled me with wax because she said they don't do threading. I didn't get the choice since the wax was already on me. Anyways they burnt my lip. I was super upset coming home. Eyebrows were fine but lip is all burnt (and I never wanted a wax!)

This is the best beauty salon I've ever been to. Their services are really amazing. Everyone is so professional and polite. Especially mandy's work is amazing. I got my waxing and eyebrows done and she did awesome work.

Call beforehand just to make sure they have time to take you, but it's usually no problem because they have lots of staff. Eyebrow people are great at their job! Cheap and great service

I have been going to this Salon from the past 3 years and i must say this is the best salon i have ever gone too. The staff are always smiling and very professional in their services. My all time favourite is Sonu who listens to your needs and incorporates her own ideas and the end result is outstanding. She is an expert in whatever she does. I use to drive all.the way to the West end for my brows because let me tell you - brows are life and you can't trust everyone. Well my regular lady was just too far and she had increased the prices unfairly.

Luckily I found Indo Canada.

I have been a client of Indo Canada for over 8 years. Their service is impeccable. I usually ask for Mandy. Mandy and the other ladies there are detail oriented, friendly and will customize their approach based on your needs. For waxing and threading, there isn’t another place I would rather go to. Out of every possible south Asian salon, this is your best bet. Feel free to make an appointment or make custom requests. They do an excellent job! Thanks Mandy.

Expensive. The lady did not do a proper facial, sorry to say, the experience i had b4 was amazing. My last visit was disappointing.

I went here for waxing and Jessie (Jaspreet) was very polite and friendly. She was an expert in her job and really respected my time even though I got a little late from my appointment time. It was very impressive. She putted her best effort to go above and beyond my expectation as it was my first visit. I loved the staff as they showed a lot of care for their customers experience. Sonia at the reception was also very courteous which is really missing nowadays specially if you go those high branded expensive salon where the staff attitude is a biggest problem. Overall I had a great experience, would always go here only and would recommend to everyone. Thank you Jas:)

I have been getting my eyebrows threaded at Indo since I was in high school (15 years)! I've never had a bad experience with them. They are kind and friendly people and I always feel welcome there.
This is by far the best place for threading and waxing in Etobicoke.
I highly recommend Sonia. She's THE BEST at what she does and a wonderful person! She's attentive to your needs and always does a perfect job.

They dont listen first of all and if they listen.they give you all excuses.first try to learn how to do hair cut.

I have heard a lot about this place and I went to for hair cut, they simply destroyed my hair, my hair looks very ugly and left side of hair is short and right side is long, it looks like someone learn on it, and made a jock, so unhappy, so unprofessional hairstylist and I can never imagine a professional person can do such a work, won’t recommend to anyone, any of thier locations,

Worst experince! I asked them to color my hair omber and she ended up giving me highlights! Which was not even the color we decided. I ended up going back to fix my hair and she argued that this is what I asked for instead of just apologizing. I told her I did not like this blond and would like to change it to a brown. She colored my hair second time and such a dissapointment again! She coloroed my hair dark which was what I had started with! Such a waste of money. Both times I had showed her pictures of what I wanted my hair to look like and both times she failed to do so. Would never go back for any service.
